Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种制造热轧扁平产品的生产设备,它包括一多机架轧机机列和一条带有热轧带冷却设备和位于该冷却设备后的用于带材卷取的卷取机的输出辊道。
如今,用于制造热轧带材的轧制设备大体如此设计和运作:在每个机架中进行奥氏体加工,也就是说,保证每个机架中的变形温度高于铁-碳平衡相图的GOS线。在最后轧制道次之后(为了获得细晶的最终组织,该最后轧制道次应该最接近GOS线),马上冷却至卷取温度,此时在冷却过程和卷成的带卷中发生组织转变。
对于含碳量低于0.2%的钢来说,终轧温度要适于上述工艺之后的轧制,也就是说,根据含碳量,在轧机机列的最后机架中的终轧温度为840-920℃。通过选择终轧速率而保持上述终轧温度,同时带材在轧机机列中自然冷却而由轧机机架的驱动功率控制热量输入。这种工艺毫无问题地用于大于最小带厚的带厚,根据轧机类型,该最小带厚位于1-3mm数量级内。如果没有超出上述带厚,所需轧制速率可大于12m/s,该速率在自由通向轧机机列后的辊道时可不再受太多限制。
尽管困难,当今的发展趋势仍然向着更小的带厚方向发展,力图探索出这样一种道路,在降低终轧温度的同时能有较小的轧制速率。这种轧制工艺在描述铁素体轧制时已经披露了,由于其加工温度低于GOS线,也就是说,在α-γ双晶区或在低于GPS线的铁素体区内实现上述加工。
一种最佳方法包括一个在奥氏体区轧制出2-8mm中间厚度的初轧步骤和一个在铁素体区轧制出小于1.3mm的最薄成品厚度的精轧步骤。在这两个加工步骤之间,轧件必须从奥氏体区的终轧温度冷却到铁素体区的轧制温度。这意味着,温度要从840-920℃降至600-780℃。
这两个加工步骤后的终轧温度也是600-780℃,同时,该终轧温度处于一个数量级内,此时在开卷后,晶体组织在成卷的带卷中发生再结晶。因此形成一种使产品在应用时不需要再次冷加工或热处理的晶体组织。
要有一个好的最终组织,主要的先决条件是遵守从奥氏体区冷却至铁素体区的最短冷却时间。为了能在奥氏体区实现奥氏体转变成铁素体,就必须遵守最短冷却时间。根据为第一次铁素体变形所选择的温度,该最短冷却时间在10-200秒之间。
在传统布局的宽带钢热连轧机中,实施上述工艺有很大困难。首先,应该在2-8m的带厚范围内完成奥氏体向铁素体的转变,也就是说,在该带厚范围内,轧件大致位于传统精轧机的中间。由于在该位置处,机架-机架间的穿过时间只有几秒钟,所以实施冷却只是理论上可行,而不可能遵守转变所需时间。因此,根据上述方法的铁素体区轧制不可能实际用于传统布局的宽带钢热连轧机。
相对上述现有技术,本发明的任务在于提供一种用于铁素体区轧制热轧带材的生产设备,通过该设备消除了上述缺陷的问题。本发明的任务还准备提供一种工艺,根据该工艺,可以毫无问题地实现热轧带材在铁素体区的精轧。
通过上述类型的本发明的生产设备,上述任务是这样实现的,在传统宽带钢热连轧机3的卷取机5之后,还设置一1至4个机架的紧凑轧机机列6(参照图)。该轧机机列专门用于铁素体区加工。此外,该设备还有小于500mm的工作辊直径和用于达到带材厚度和平坦度公差的控制-调整回路,如以满足冷轧产品的需要。
在轧制工艺的全过程里,传统布局的宽带钢热连轧机3通过奥氏体区轧制生产出中间厚度,紧凑的铁素体加工段6完成铁素体区终轧。用最简单的方式,在带材穿过位于奥氏体加工段3和铁素体加工段6之间的输出辊道4时,对由奥氏体区到铁素体区的中间厚度进行冷却。所述穿过时间是指相对地穿过该辊道长的时间,所述辊道是为将奥氏体轧制出的带材冷却至卷取温度而铺设的,正常情况下进行铁素体区轧制时,上述穿过时间保证所需冷却和奥氏体向铁素体的转变。为奥氏体轧制工艺而采用的冷却设备9还能在必要时用来获得所需的冷却速率。从最后的奥氏体加工3.1到第一次铁素体加工6.1的穿过时间不一定足够长而使奥氏体完全转变为铁素体,所以,设置了一个蓄热装置(未画出),该装置直接安置在传统的卷取设备5和紧凑的铁素体加工段6之间。
紧随紧凑的铁素体加工段6之后,专门设置了用于卷取薄带7的卷取机8。由于在某些情况下,不再考虑带厚的问题,这些装置的结构不会带来问题。
在唯一的附图中画出的用于奥氏体和铁素体轧制的热轧带材生产设备1在第一多机架轧机机列3的前面设置了一未详细描述的初轧机列12或带有浇铸机的薄板加热炉13。
从本发明得出一个总的设计构思,在一个理想方式中,它不仅允许进行奥氏体加工还进行铁素体轧制。
Claims (10)
1.制造热轧扁平产品的生产设备,它包括一多机架轧机机列、一条带有热轧带冷却设备和位于该冷却设备后的用于带材卷取的卷取机的输出辊道以及沿轧制方向设置在该卷取机后的紧凑加工段,其特征在于,所述紧凑加工段包括一具有至少一机架的用于轧制薄的带材的轧机,所述轧机机列包括多个被设计用来在奥氏体温度范围轧制的机架,沿轧制方向设置在轧机机列之后的紧凑加工段被设计成在铁素区温度范围内的600℃~780℃之间轧制,带材的冷却设备被设计用来将带材从奥氏体温度冷却至铁素体温度并被设计用来将带材从奥氏体温度冷却至铁素体温度并被设置在轧机机列和紧凑加工段之间的输出辊道范围。
2.如权利要求1的生产设置,其特征在于,该生产设备包括用来冷却薄带材的专门冷却机,就设置在紧凑加工段之后。
3.如权利要求1的生产设备,其特征在于,该生产设备包括一个加热储存装置,其设置在紧凑加工段前面。
4.如权利要求1的生产设备,其特征在于,用于在铁素体温度范围内轧制的、紧凑加工段的轧机包括调节电路和控制电路,以便获得如冷轧机架中带材的厚度和平面度的公差。
5.如权利要求2的生产设备,其特征在于,该紧凑加工段包括一四辊轧机或六辊轧机。
6.如权利要求5的生产设备,其特征在于,轧机机列的机架,其工作辊的直径小于800mm。
7.如权利要求6的生产设备,其特征在于,该工作辊的直径小于400mm。
8.如权利要求7的生产设备,其特征在于,该轧机机列的机架包括用于驱动工作辊的支承辊。
9.如权利要求7的生产设备,其特征在于,该轧机机列机架包括用于驱动工作辊的中间辊。
10.用一种包括一多机架轧机机列、一条带有带材冷却设备和用于带材卷取的卷取机以及沿轧制方向设置在卷取机之后的用于轧制薄带材的紧凑加工段的生产设备来制造热轧扁平产品的方法,该方法包括操作轧机机列和紧凑加工段,使得部分热轧带材同步通过轧机机列和紧凑加工段,还包括热轧带材在轧机机列中奥氏体温度范围内的变形,以及热带材在紧凑加工段中在铁素体范围内的600℃到780℃温度之间的变形。
