Abstract
The invention relates to a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract and application thereof as a whitening sunscreen agent, in particular to a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract of radices sophorae and cortex acanthopanacis, which shows strong synergistic effect in the aspects of free radical removal and tyrosinase inhibition and is expected to be developed and used for preparing cosmetics, especially the whitening sunscreen agent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract and application thereof as a whitening sunscreen agent.
Background
The herba Sonchi arvensis root is a Chinese medicine distributed in northeast and south of China, and has effects of lowering blood sugar, reducing blood lipid, clearing away heat and removing dampness. Cortex Acanthopanacis is the dried root bark of Acanthopanax gracilistylus W.W. Smith of Araliaceae, the root is harvested in summer and autumn, cleaned, stripped and dried; has effects in dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening muscle and bone, and inducing diuresis to alleviate edema. It has been reported that the acanthopanax senticosus extract can be used in cosmetics for removing pigmentation caused by acne or for whitening skin. The invention provides a chicory root extract and a compound extract of the chicory root and the cortex acanthopanacis, which have a synergistic effect in the aspects of free radical removal and tyrosinase inhibition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a chicory root extract, which is characterized in that the preparation method of the chicory root extract comprises the following steps:
taking dried radices sophorae alopecuroidis, crushing the radices sophorae alopecuroidis, adding water, extracting under reflux for 5-10 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, filtering, decoloring filtrate by active carbon, concentrating and drying to obtain the radices sophorae alopecuroidis extract.
The water is preferably distilled water or deionized water, and the mass amount of the water is 15-30 times of the mass of the chicory root.

The radices sophorae flavescentis and the cortex acanthopanacis radicis can be traditional Chinese medicinal materials or traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: (1) the invention provides a chicory root water extract which shows certain activity in the aspects of free radical removal and tyrosinase inhibition, and can be used as a cosmetic additive for whitening or sunscreen; (2) the invention also provides a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract of the radices sophorae flavescentis and the cortex acanthopanacis, and the compound traditional Chinese medicine extract shows strong synergistic effect in the aspects of free radical removal and tyrosinase inhibition.

Example 1

Example 2
Pulverizing dried herba Sonchi Oleracei (1kg), adding deionized water (30kg), reflux extracting for 10 hr, naturally cooling to room temperature, filtering, decolorizing the filtrate with active carbon, concentrating, and drying to obtain the extract (63.5g, hereinafter referred to as product B).
Example 3
Pulverizing dried herba Sonchi Oleracei (1kg), adding distilled water (15kg), soaking at room temperature for 5 hr, filtering, decolorizing the filtrate with active carbon, concentrating, and drying to obtain herba Sonchi Oleracei extract (17.3g, hereinafter referred to as product C).
