胃部疾患的病因,长期以来大都认为是与遗传、胃酸过多、胆汁返流、吸烟等多种因素有关,尤其认为胃酸是发病的主要因素。胃炎、胃溃疡等胃部疾病的传统治疗方法是中和胃酸或抑制胃酸分泌。
通过对胃液的研究分析发现,十二指肠溃疡病人,胃酸分泌过高;但胃溃疡病人中胃酸分泌增加者仅占16%,许多病人胃酸分泌正常,有的甚至低于正常。由此可见胃酸分泌的多少,并非是胃溃疡发病的重要因素。研究分析还发现胃粘膜防御能力降低、免疫能力下降,从而使胃酸等攻击作用相对增加,是形成胃溃疡的主要原因。所以,增强胃粘膜的保护能力,提高免疫力才是防治胃部疾患的首选措施。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明提供的可以提高免疫力的保健食品,本发明针对现有保健食品在提高免疫力方面的不足,研发了由沙棘籽油、蜂胶粉、发酵纳豆、紫薯提取液、淡奶粉、蛋白粉、具有保健功能的中药提取物、复合氨基酸组成的保健食品。将上述各成分优点充分发挥,相互组合后又协同作用,最终达到增强胃粘膜的保护能力、提高免疫力的作用。
2、本发明提供的可以提高免疫力的保健食品,配方中的沙棘籽油在增强免疫力方面,可明显增强E花环形成率、血清抗SRBC抗体效价、α醋酸萘酯酶活性,并且对辐射损伤后小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫功能恢复均有明显增进作用。实验研究表明,在保护胃粘膜方面,沙棘籽油可明显降低胃液量和游离酸量以及胃蛋白酶活性,具有明显的抑制胃溃疡的作用。实验研究还表明,沙棘籽油对大白鼠应激性胃溃疡、利血平型胃溃疡及慢性醋酸型、幽门结扎型胃溃疡等皆有明显的保护治疗作用,其表现是溃疡发生率低,溃疡发生指数减少,胃液分泌下降。因此能够提高免疫力。
3、本发明提供的可以提高免疫力的保健食品,配方中的蜂胶粉含有丰富的黄酮类化合物、萜类、芳香酸等药理活性成分。在增强免疫力方面,用MTT法、耳肿胀法、Jerne改良玻片法、血凝法、半体内法、乳酸脱氢酶测定法,分别观察小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞、血清溶血素、腹腔巨噬鸡红细胞、NK细胞活性状况。结果表明,蜂胶提取物具有增强小鼠细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能的作用。在保护胃粘膜方面,经实验观察蜂胶对利血平溃疡模型和冰醋酸烧灼型溃疡模型的作 用,结果表明,蜂胶可显著抑制利血平溃疡的形成,对醋酸烧灼型溃疡的愈合有明显的促进作用。因此蜂胶粉确是一种集增强免疫力、对胃粘膜损伤有辅助保护功能于一身,增强免疫力,改善胃粘膜损伤,将其用于制备保健品,无疑是提高了免疫力,增强胃粘膜的保护能力。
4、本发明提供的可以提高免疫力的保健食品,纳豆中含有丰富的稳定血压的成分,长期服用可以调节血压。适合于高血脂、高血压、高血糖的“三高”人群。纳豆经过发酵后可以改善肠胃功能,利尿通便,改善睡眠、抗缺氧、抗疲劳,依次提高免疫力。

实施例1
本实施例提供的一种可以提高免疫力的保健食品,所述可以提高免疫力的保健食品包括如下重量份的原料:沙棘籽油65份、蜂胶粉12份、发酵纳豆34份、紫薯提取液2份、淡奶粉21份、蛋白粉4份、具有保健功能的中药提取物7份、复合氨基酸2份。
作为优选方案,所述蜂胶经过如下方法处理:
步骤一、将蜂胶粉碎后,取10倍重量的75%乙醇与蜂胶粉混合,将混合物在70℃下,浸提3次,每次1h,合并提取液后过滤,得滤液;
步骤二、将滤液减压真空浓缩至相对密度为1.33的稠膏,将稠膏干燥、 粉碎成200目细粉,即可。
作为优选方案,所述发酵纳豆的制备方法为:
步骤一、将原料黄豆去杂质,获得颗粒饱满、光泽度高、无虫害的黄豆,备用;
步骤二、将去杂后的黄豆洗净后加水浸渍25h;
步骤三、浸渍好的黄豆加压蒸煮不少于50min;
步骤四、在90℃下接种纳豆菌;
步骤五、将温度控制在55℃,相对湿度为60%,发酵16h。
作为优选方案,所述具有保健功能的中药提取物中含有的中药材为:杜仲、山茱萸、枸杞、茯苓、黄精、丁香、肉桂、人参。
作为优选方案,所述紫薯提取液的制备方法如下:称量紫薯,向紫薯中加入20倍重量的水,浸泡1h后微波提取30min,过滤去渣,得紫薯提取液。
作为优选方案,所述微波的频率为2450MHZ。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种可以提高免疫力的保健食品,沙棘籽油50份、蜂胶粉20份、发酵纳豆23份、紫薯提取液27份、淡奶粉16份、蛋白粉19份、具有保健功能的中药提取物4份、复合氨基酸4份。
作为优选方案,所述蜂胶经过如下方法处理:
步骤一、将蜂胶粉碎后,取6倍重量的75%乙醇与蜂胶粉混合,将混合物在80℃下,浸提1次,每次2h,合并提取液后过滤,得滤液;
步骤二、将滤液减压真空浓缩至相对密度为1.30的稠膏,将稠膏干燥、 粉碎成200目细粉,即可。
作为优选方案,所述发酵纳豆的制备方法为:
步骤一、将原料黄豆去杂质,获得颗粒饱满、光泽度高、无虫害的黄豆,备用;
步骤二、将去杂后的黄豆洗净后加水浸渍20h;

步骤一、将蜂胶粉碎后,取7倍重量的75%乙醇与蜂胶粉混合,将混合物在75℃下,浸提2次,每次2h,合并提取液后过滤,得滤液;
步骤二、将滤液减压真空浓缩至相对密度为1.32的稠膏,将稠膏干燥、 粉碎成200目细粉,即可。
作为优选方案,所述发酵纳豆的制备方法为:
步骤一、将原料黄豆去杂质,获得颗粒饱满、光泽度高、无虫害的黄豆,备用;
步骤二、将去杂后的黄豆洗净后加水浸渍23h;
步骤三、浸渍好的黄豆加压蒸煮不少于30min;
步骤四、在80℃下接种纳豆菌;
步骤五、将温度控制在45℃,相对湿度为70%,发酵13h。

作为优选方案,所述蜂胶经过如下方法处理:
步骤一、将蜂胶粉碎后,取8倍重量的75%乙醇与蜂胶粉混合,将混合物在79℃下,浸提2次,每次2h,合并提取液后过滤,得滤液;
步骤二、将滤液减压真空浓缩至相对密度为1.32的稠膏,将稠膏干燥、 粉碎成200目细粉,即可。
作为优选方案,所述发酵纳豆的制备方法为:
步骤一、将原料黄豆去杂质,获得颗粒饱满、光泽度高、无虫害的黄豆,备用;
步骤二、将去杂后的黄豆洗净后加水浸渍23h;
步骤三、浸渍好的黄豆加压蒸煮不少于30min;
步骤四、在78℃下接种纳豆菌;
步骤五、将温度控制在43℃,相对湿度为80%,发酵12h。
作为优选方案,所述具有保健功能的中药提取物中含有的中药材为:杜仲、山茱萸、枸杞、茯苓、黄精、丁香、肉桂、人参。
作为优选方案,所述紫薯提取液的制备方法如下:称量紫薯,向紫薯中加入17倍重量的水,浸泡2h后微波提取29min,过滤去渣,得紫薯提取液。
作为优选方案,所述微波的频率为945MHZ。

1.一种可以提高免疫力的保健食品,其特征在于:所述可以提高免疫力的保健食品包括如下重量份的原料:沙棘籽油50-65份、蜂胶粉12-20份、发酵纳豆23-34份、紫薯提取液2-27份、淡奶粉12-21份、蛋白粉4-19份、具有保健功能的中药提取物2-7份、复合氨基酸2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可以提高免疫力的保健食品,其特征在于:所述可以提高免疫力的保健食品包括如下重量份的原料:沙棘籽油50-60份、蜂胶粉15-20份、发酵纳豆23-31份、紫薯提取液13-27份、淡奶粉16-21份、蛋白粉7-19份、具有保健功能的中药提取物4-7份、复合氨基酸3-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可以提高免疫力的保健食品,其特征在于:所述可以提高免疫力的保健食品包括如下重量份的原料:沙棘籽油55份、蜂胶粉18份、发酵纳豆26份、紫薯提取液19份、淡奶粉18份、蛋白粉12份、具有保健功能的中药提取物5份、复合氨基酸3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可以提高免疫力的保健食品,其特征在于:所述蜂胶经过如下方法处理:
步骤一、将蜂胶粉碎后,取6-10倍重量的75%乙醇与蜂胶粉混合,将混合物在70-80℃下,浸提1-3次,每次1-2h,合并提取液后过滤,得滤液;
步骤二、将滤液减压真空浓缩至相对密度为1.30-1.33的稠膏,将稠膏干燥、 粉碎成200目细粉,即可。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可以提高免疫力的保健食品,其特征在于:所述发酵纳豆的制备方法为:
步骤一、将原料黄豆去杂质,获得颗粒饱满、光泽度高、无虫害的黄豆,备用;
步骤二、将去杂后的黄豆洗净后加水浸渍20-25h;
步骤三、浸渍好的黄豆加压蒸煮不少于20-50min;
