Abstract

本发明涉及一种地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯合成技术领域。所述的聚氨酯弹性体组合物,由下列质量分数的物质组成:聚醚多元醇10‑25%;异氰酸酯50‑85%;扩链剂5‑35%;其中,聚醚多元醇为官能度为2或3,数均分子量在300‑1000的聚醚多元醇。制得的聚氨酯弹性体组合物具有硬度高,耐黄变效果好,耐水性好,耐低温的优异性能。本发明所提供的制备方法,包括两个步骤,科学合理,易于实施,生产操作时流动性好,反应温和不产生气泡。

地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯合成技术领域。
背景技术
聚氨酯是一种具有高强度、抗撕裂、耐磨等特性的高分子材料,性能介于橡胶与塑料之间的高分子合成材料,其特点是硬度调整范围宽,既有橡胶的弹性又有塑料的硬度。近年来被广泛应用于制造塑料制品、耐磨合成橡胶制品、合成纤维、硬质和软质泡沫塑料制品、胶粘剂和涂料等领域,同时,也用于各类木器、化工设备、电讯器材和仪表及各种运输工具的表面涂饰。地坪涂料有环氧类和聚氨酯类,环氧地坪涂料虽然具有硬度高,强度好,耐磨性和耐化学品侵蚀等特点,但是环氧地坪涂料质脆易裂,耐候性差,只能应用于紫外线较弱的室内场所。聚氨酯涂料具有优异的耐磨性、耐化学品性、耐油污性、良好的抗冲击性和延展性,但芳香族的地坪涂料在施工过程中易受到环境的湿度影响,对水敏感,极易发泡;其次芳香族的地坪涂料耐紫外线性能较差,容易泛黄。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物,具有硬度高,耐黄变效果好,耐水性好,耐低温的优异性能。
同时,本发明提供其制备方法,科学合理,易于实施,生产操作时流动性好,反应温和,不产生气泡。
本发明所述的地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物,由下列质量分数的物质组成:
聚醚多元醇 10-25%;
异氰酸酯 50-85%;
扩链剂 5-35%;
其中,聚醚多元醇为官能度为2或3,数均分子量在300-1000的聚醚多元醇。
所述的聚醚多元醇为SA380、DV125、YNW403、DL400或DL1000中的一种或几种。
所述的异氰酸酯为T-100、T-80、HDI、IPDI或氢化MDI中的一种或几种。
脂肪族类的异氰酸酯为原料制得的地坪涂料,具有耐黄变好,反应温和不产生气泡。
聚醚型多元醇所制备的地坪涂料,耐低温性及对氧、酸和碱的稳定性较佳。
所述的扩链剂为二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺或三异丙醇胺中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取配比量的聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯,在80-100℃下反应2-8小时,得到预聚物组分;
2)使用时,预聚物组分与扩链剂以质量比100:(10-40)混合,混合均匀后,涂覆到地面,反应完成后,固化成型。
所述的涂覆方式有刷涂、滚涂或喷涂。
所述步骤1)中,预聚物组分中异氰酸根含量为20-25%。
所述步骤2)中,固化反应时间为10-16小时。
所述步骤2)中,混合和固化反应都是在20-35℃下进行。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.制得的聚氨酯弹性体组合物具有硬度高、耐黄变效果好、强度高、透明性高、耐水性好、耐低温性和耐酸碱耐氧稳定性佳的优点;
2.所述的制备方法科学合理,简单易行,生产操作时流动性好,反应温和不产生气泡。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例所用原料:
实施例1
预聚物组份:聚醚多元醇DV125 20.9%,IPDI 79.1%,在90℃反应7小时,在真空度-0.095MPa下脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为22.4%的预聚物。
预聚物组份与二乙醇胺常温下按照100:16.5的比例混合,搅拌均匀后,喷涂到地面,常温下16h反应固化后成型。
实施例2
预聚物组份:聚醚多元醇SA380 9.6%,聚醚多元醇DL1000 9.6%,H12MDI80.8%,在90℃反应7小时,在真空度-0.095MPa下脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为22.4%的预聚物。
预聚物组份与二乙醇胺胺常温下按照100:28的比例混合,搅拌均匀后,喷涂到地面,常温下15h反应固化后成型。
实施例3
预聚物组份:聚醚多元醇SA380 15.9%,H12MDI84.1%,在90℃反应7小时,在真空度-0.095MPa下脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为22.4%的预聚物。
预聚物组份与二乙醇胺胺常温下按照100:26.5的比例混合,搅拌均匀后,喷涂到地面,常温下15h反应固化后成型。
实施例4
预聚物组份:聚醚多元醇YNW403 11%,H12MDI85%,在85℃反应6小时,在真空度-0.095MPa下脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为22.4%的预聚物。
预聚物组份与三乙醇胺胺常温下按照100:34.2的比例混合,搅拌均匀后,喷涂到地面,常温下16h反应固化后成型。
对比例1
预聚物组份:聚醚多元醇SA380 33%,TDI-100 67%,在80℃反应2小时,在真空度-0.095MPa下脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为23%的预聚物。
预聚物组份与三乙醇胺胺常温下按照100:34.2的比例混合,搅拌均匀后,喷涂到地面,常温下16h反应固化后成型。
对比例2
预聚物组份:聚醚多元醇YNW403 23%,TDI-100 77%,在80℃反应2小时,在真空度-0.095MPa下脱除气泡,得到异氰酸根含量为24.3%的预聚物。
预聚物组份与三乙醇胺胺常温下按照100:34.2的比例混合,搅拌均匀后,喷涂到地面,常温下16h反应固化后成型。
对实施例1-4和对比例1-2所制样品进行性能测试。
制作成哑铃型样条,夹具间距离50mm,标距20mm,厚度2mm,测试温度25℃,使用GOTECH TCS-2000拉力试验机。
对实施例1-4所得产品及对比例1-2产品进行性能对比,结果如表1所示。

Claims (7)

1.一种地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物,其特征在于:由下列质量分数的物质组成:
聚醚多元醇 10-25%;
异氰酸酯 50-85%;
扩链剂 5-35%;
其中,聚醚多元醇为官能度为2或3,数均分子量在300-1000的聚醚多元醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物,其特征在于:聚醚多元醇为SA380、DV125、YNW403、DL400或DL1000中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物,其特征在于:异氰酸酯为T-100、T-80、HDI、IPDI或氢化MDI中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物,其特征在于:扩链剂为二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺或三异丙醇胺中的一种或几种。
5.一种权利要求1所述的地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)称取配比量的聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯,在80-100℃下反应2-8小时,得到预聚物组分;
2)使用时,预聚物组分与扩链剂以质量比100:(10-40)混合,混合均匀后,涂覆到地面,反应完成后,固化成型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中,预聚物组分中异氰酸根含量为20-25%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的地坪涂料用聚氨酯弹性体组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中,固化反应时间为10-16小时。
