本发明涉及一种底置取力器总成,其特征在于:取力器输入齿轮轴布置在取力器壳体内的上方,取力器输出轴布置在取力器壳体内的中部,取力器输出轴为空心轴结构,取力器输出轴内设有内花键槽,取力器输出齿轮固定连接在取力器输出轴上的取力器齿座上,取力器输入齿轮轴上的取力轴输入齿轮与取力器输出齿轮啮合,突缘位于取力器壳体后端通过突缘紧固座限位,突缘前端设有外花键,突缘前端插入到取力器输出轴的内花键槽中,其解决取力器装配困难、取力困难及输出形式单一的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种底置取力器总成,属于变速器取力器,特别涉及一种中重型汽车变速器底置取力器。
背景技术
目前,中重型汽车取力器一般安装在变速器后端,以花键或突缘的单一形式输出。由于变速器后端需要装配输出法兰、管线束等,所以将取力器安装在变速器后端存在装配空间不足的问题,同时,取力器单一输出形式不能兼容不同对接方式的后接装置,存在改装不方便的问题。经初步查询,未见与我结构相似结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种底置取力器总成,其解决取力器装配困难、取力困难及输出形式单一的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:底置取力器总成,由取力轴输入齿轮、取力器输入齿轮轴、取力器输出齿轮、取力器输出轴、取力器齿座、取力器换档齿套、拨叉、拨叉轴、进气接头、指示开关、回位弹簧、突缘、突缘紧固座组成,取力器直接安装在变速器底部,取力器输入齿轮与变速器主箱中间轴齿轮啮合取力,其特征在于:取力器输入齿轮轴布置在取力器壳体内的上方,取力器输出轴布置在取力器壳体内的中部,取力器输出轴为空心轴结构,取力器输出轴内设有内花键槽,取力器输出齿轮固定连接在取力器输出轴上的取力器齿座上,取力器输入齿轮轴上的取力轴输入齿轮与取力器输出齿轮啮合,突缘位于取力器壳体后端通过突缘紧固座限位,突缘前端设有外花键,突缘前端插入到取力器输出轴的内花键槽中,取力器输出轴轴端采用密封端盖压装密封,取力器齿座上设有外花键,取力器换档齿套通过其内侧的花键槽与取力器齿座外花键配合套在取力器齿座上,取力器换档齿套外侧开有拨叉槽,拨叉轴布置在取力器壳体内的下方,拨叉轴前端连接进气接头,拨叉轴套有回位弹簧,拨叉轴上的拨叉插入取力器换档齿套上的拨叉槽内,取力器壳体底部有指示开关与拨叉连接。
本发明的积极效果是安装方便,性能可靠,承载能力大,输出形式多,便于整车的总体布置,可满足中重型汽车的多种使用状况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明:如图1所示,底置取力器总成,由取力轴输入齿轮1、取力器输入齿轮轴2、取力器输出齿轮3、取力器输出轴4、取力器齿座5、取力器换档齿套6、拨叉7、拨叉轴8、进气接头9、指示开关10、回位弹簧11、突缘12、突缘紧固座13组成,取力器直接安装在变速器底部,取力器输入齿轮1与变速器主箱中间轴齿轮啮合取力,其特征在于:取力器输入齿轮轴2布置在取力器壳体内的上方,取力器输出轴4布置在取力器壳体内的中部,取力器输出轴4为空心轴结构,取力器输出轴4内设有内花键槽,取力器输出齿轮3固定连接在取力器输出轴4上的取力器齿座5上,取力器输入齿轮轴2上的取力轴输入齿轮1与取力器输出齿轮3啮合,突缘12位于取力器壳体后端通过突缘紧固座13限位,突缘12前端设有外花键,突缘12前端插入到取力器输出轴4的内花键槽中,取力器输出轴4轴端采用密封端盖14压装密封,取力器齿座5上设有外花键,取力器换档齿套6通过其内侧的花键槽与取力器齿座5外花键配合套在取力器齿座5上,取力器换档齿套6外侧开有拨叉槽,拨叉轴8布置在取力器壳体内的下方,拨叉轴8前端连接进气接头9,拨叉轴8套有回位弹簧,拨叉轴8上的拨叉7插入取力器换档齿套6上的拨叉槽内,取力器壳体底部有指示开关10与拨叉8连接。
取力器输出轴4为空心轴,内设花键槽,可通过此内花键槽与实现取力器花键联接的输出型式,也可内花键槽与设有外花键的突缘12连接,实现取力器突缘的输出型式。
具体动力传动路线为:经齿轮啮合,变速器主箱中间轴齿轮将动力通过取力器输入齿轮1传递给取力器输出齿轮2,然后通过取力器换档齿套6的连接,将动力传递给取力器输出轴4,然后通过取力器输出轴4花键输出,或者取力器输出轴4传递给突缘12将动力输出。
具体控制方式为:在取力器进气接头9通入07-08MPa的空气,空气推动拨叉轴8运动,拨叉轴8带动拨叉7,拨叉7推动取力器换档齿套6,从而使齿套结合,动力传递开始,取力器工作。当不需要取力器工作时,切断进气口的空气,通过回位弹簧11将取力器动力传递中断。
当取力器工作时,通过拨叉7与指示开关10作用,将指示开关10的接触处压缩,使指示开关10接通,提示取力器开始工作;当取力器停止工作时,指示开关10不接通,提示取力器停止工作。

1.底置取力器总成,由取力轴输入齿轮、取力器输入齿轮轴、取力器输出齿轮、取力器输出轴、取力器齿座、取力器换档齿套、拨叉、拨叉轴、进气接头、指示开关、回位弹簧、突缘、突缘紧固座组成,取力器直接安装在变速器底部,取力器输入齿轮与变速器主箱中间轴齿轮啮合取力,其特征在于:取力器输入齿轮轴布置在取力器壳体内的上方,取力器输出轴布置在取力器壳体内的中部,取力器输出轴为空心轴结构,取力器输出轴内设有内花键槽,取力器输出齿轮固定连接在取力器输出轴上的取力器齿座上,取力器输入齿轮轴上的取力轴输入齿轮与取力器输出齿轮啮合,突缘位于取力器壳体后端通过突缘紧固座限位,突缘前端设有外花键,突缘前端插入到取力器输出轴的内花键槽中,取力器输出轴轴端采用密封端盖压装密封,取力器齿座上设有外花键,取力器换档齿套通过其内侧的花键槽与取力器齿座外花键配合套在取力器齿座上,取力器换档齿套外侧开有拨叉槽,拨叉轴布置在取力器壳体内的下方,拨叉轴前端连接进气接头,拨叉轴套有回位弹簧,拨叉轴上的拨叉插入取力器换档齿套上的拨叉槽内,取力器壳体底部有指示开关与拨叉连接。
