Abstract

本发明属于防锈技术领域,特别是一种金属喷涂除锈防锈液,其按重量份由磷酸5‑15份、硫脲0.8‑2份、三聚磷酸钠1‑3份、苯钾酸钠2‑5份、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)0.5‑1.5份、三乙醇胺1‑3份、氯化钠0.3‑0.8份和次亚磷酸钠2‑5份组合而成。本发明是一种兼具除锈和防锈的复合防锈液,保护铁及非铁金属制品及设备,即使在氯化物含量超过400ppm的液体中也不会发生锈蚀。本品可长期防止金属产品在淡水、海水、盐水及其它含硫化物、卤素的高腐蚀溶液中发生锈蚀,具有很高的防腐性能和极强的附着力可延长防锈期至三年以上,可广泛用于船舶海运,以及在需要低成本防锈的淡水、海水作业中;本发明不产生挥发性有毒物质,不含甲醛、苯、重金属等有害物质,有利于环境保护和操作者的身心健康。

本发明属于防锈技术领域,特别是一种金属喷涂除锈防锈液。
背景技术
金属防锈液一种工业注液体制剂,涂覆于黑色金属表面,防锈抗氧化,附着性优良,不产生挥发性有毒物质,适用于工序间或户内外钢铁铝及合金制品器械等表面防锈处理。但目前的金属防锈液只是单纯的防锈,除锈功能却比较欠缺,所以在使用中必须一次性把锈迹彻底清除干净,否则会导致锈迹蔓延,就必须再次喷涂,实为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有金属防锈液不具备除锈功能的缺陷,发明一种具有除锈功能的金属喷涂除锈防锈液。

所述金属喷涂除锈防锈液的制备方法,是按如下的方式来实现的:按所述配方称取各原料组分,将各原料组分混合后搅拌均匀,即得到金属喷涂除锈防锈液。
本发明的积极效果如下:本发明是一种兼具除锈和防锈的复合防锈液,保护铁及非铁金属制品及设备,即使在氯化物含量超过400ppm的液体中也不会发生锈蚀。本品可长期防止金属产品在淡水、海水、盐水及其它含硫化物、卤素的高腐蚀溶液中发生锈蚀,具有很高的防腐性能和极强的附着力可延长防锈期至三年以上,可广泛用于船舶海运,以及在需要低成本防锈的淡水、海水作业中;本发明为水溶性防锈溶液,不产生挥发性有毒物质,不含甲醛、苯、重金属等有害物质,有利于环境保护和操作者的身心健康;干燥后变为透明光亮膜层,可以用做最终的防腐涂层,也可作为防锈底漆使用;封闭膜层具有优异的光亮性、平整性、防变色性等特点。

在具体实施中,所述的磷酸为工业级磷酸,所述氯化钠为工业盐。
本发明可长期防止金属产品在淡水、海水、盐水及其它含硫化物、卤素的高腐蚀溶液中发生锈蚀,具有很高的防腐性能和极强的附着力可延长防锈期至三年以上,可广泛用于船舶海运,以及在需要低成本防锈的淡水、海水作业中。
