Abstract

本发明提供一种水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,涉及防腐涂料领域,表面清洗:进行喷砂处理,清理和粗化水利闸门表面;然后浸入金属清洗剂超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干;喷涂底漆:对水利闸门表面进行喷涂底漆,所述底漆厚度为0.15‑0.25mm,将水利闸门装入热处理炉进行预热,置于温度为180~220℃的烘箱中35min~45min,使得底漆固化且工件预热;喷涂防腐漆:将水利闸门降温至60~70℃温度区间,然后喷涂防腐漆,并在80~90℃中放置1.5~2h,使得防腐漆固化;喷涂表面漆层;本发明的防腐涂料附着力强;使用本制备方法涂层更加轻薄,可以使用更少的防腐涂料,且防腐涂料不污染环境、施工方便;经济适用、成本低,可以进行反复喷涂。

一种水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防腐涂料领域,具体涉及一种水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法。
背景技术
随着现代社会的发展,钢闸门广泛用于水工建筑物的重要组成部分,它主要可用以拦截水流,控制水位、调节流量、排放泥沙和飘浮物等。钢闸门经常与各种液体物质接触,所处的环境需要比较好的耐腐蚀效果,其往往在酸碱盐及潮湿环境下,不过现有的钢闸门的防腐效果不尽理想,因此有待做进一步改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,使得水利闸门具有良好的防腐效果。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.表面清洗:进行喷砂处理,清理和粗化水利闸门表面;然后浸入金属清洗剂超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干;
S2.喷涂底漆:对水利闸门表面进行喷涂底漆,所述底漆厚度为 0.15~0.25mm,将水利闸门装入热处理炉进行预热,置于温度为 180~220℃的烘箱中35min~45min,使得底漆固化且工件预热;
S3.喷涂防腐漆:将水利闸门降温至60~70℃温度区间,然后喷涂防腐漆,并在80~90℃中放置1.5~2h,使得防腐漆固化;
S4.喷涂表面漆层;对水利闸门表面进行喷涂表面漆层,对水利闸门表面进行上色。
优选地,所述S1中盘喷砂处理用的砂粒为铜矿砂和铁砂。
优选地,所述S2中的底漆包括如下组成:水性环氧树脂乳液45-55 份、镍合金粉4~8份、三硬脂酸甘油酯1~2份、酚醛胺固化剂10~13 份、聚酰胺固化剂2~4份、线性酚醛环氧树脂12~16份、二氧化钛1~3 份、氧化锌3~5份、丙酮20~25份、醋酸1~3份、纳米生物防污剂4~7 份。
优选地,所述S3中的防腐漆包括如下组成:去离子水150~200份、醇酸乳液40~60份、水性氟碳树脂70~90份、纯丙乳液120~140份、有机硅乳液10~20份、丙二醇20~35份、流平剂5~6份、消泡剂5~6 份、润湿剂4~6份、分散剂4~8份、成膜助剂10~40份。
本发明提供了一种水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,本发明提供的防腐涂料附着力强;使用本制备方法涂层更加轻薄,可以使用更少的防腐涂料,且防腐涂料不污染环境、施工方便;经济适用、成本低,可以进行反复喷涂。

实施例1:
一种水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.表面清洗:进行喷砂处理,清理和粗化水利闸门表面;然后浸入金属清洗剂超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干;
S2.喷涂底漆:对水利闸门表面进行喷涂底漆,所述底漆厚度为 0.15mm,将水利闸门装入热处理炉进行预热,置于温度为180的烘箱中35min,使得底漆固化且工件预热;
S3.喷涂防腐漆:将水利闸门降温至60温度区间,然后喷涂防腐漆,并在80中放置1.5,使得防腐漆固化;
S4.喷涂表面漆层;对水利闸门表面进行喷涂表面漆层,对水利闸门表面进行上色。
优选地,所述S1中盘喷砂处理用的砂粒为铜矿砂和铁砂。
优选地,所述S2中的底漆包括如下组成:水性环氧树脂乳液45 份、镍合金粉4份、三硬脂酸甘油酯2份、酚醛胺固化剂10份、聚酰胺固化剂2份、线性酚醛环氧树脂12份、二氧化钛1份、氧化锌3 份、丙酮20份、醋酸1份、纳米生物防污剂4份。
优选地,所述S3中的防腐漆包括如下组成:去离子水150份、醇酸乳液40份、水性氟碳树脂70份、纯丙乳液120份、有机硅乳液10 份、丙二醇20份、流平剂5份、消泡剂5份、润湿剂4份、分散剂4 份、成膜助剂10份。
实施例2:
一种水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,
S1.表面清洗:进行喷砂处理,清理和粗化水利闸门表面;然后浸入金属清洗剂超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干;
S2.喷涂底漆:对水利闸门表面进行喷涂底漆,所述底漆厚度为 0.25mm,将水利闸门装入热处理炉进行预热,置于温度为220℃的烘箱中45min,使得底漆固化且工件预热;
S3.喷涂防腐漆:将水利闸门降温至70℃温度区间,然后喷涂防腐漆,并在80~90℃中放置2h,使得防腐漆固化;
S4.喷涂表面漆层;对水利闸门表面进行喷涂表面漆层,对水利闸门表面进行上色。
优选地,所述S1中盘喷砂处理用的砂粒为铜矿砂和铁砂。
优选地,所述S2中的底漆包括如下组成:水性环氧树脂乳液55 份、镍合金粉8份、三硬脂酸甘油酯2份、酚醛胺固化剂13份、聚酰胺固化剂4份、线性酚醛环氧树脂16份、二氧化钛3份、氧化锌5份、丙酮25份、醋酸3份、纳米生物防污剂7份。
优选地,所述S3中的防腐漆包括如下组成:去离子水200份、醇酸乳液60份、水性氟碳树脂90份、纯丙乳液140份、有机硅乳液20 份、丙二醇35份、流平剂6份、消泡剂6份、润湿剂6份、分散剂8 份、成膜助剂40份。
试验
将实施例1、2制得的水利闸门防护涂层进行试验,并与市面普通人防门耐高温表面涂层进行对比;试验结果如下:
试验证明:本发明提供的防腐涂料附着力强;使用本制备方法涂层更加轻薄,可以使用更少的防腐涂料,且防腐涂料不污染环境、施工方便;经济适用、成本低,可以进行反复喷涂。
耐腐蚀性能:将实施例1、实施例2和普通防护涂层水利闸门浸入强酸(pH=1)、强碱(pH=14)溶液中进行防腐测试,经过30天腐蚀,实施例1、实施例2的涂层表面没有发生明显变化,普通防护涂层水利闸门已经发生明显腐蚀现象。

Claims (4)

1.一种水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.表面清洗:进行喷砂处理,清理和粗化水利闸门表面;然后浸入金属清洗剂超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干;
S2.喷涂底漆:对水利闸门表面进行喷涂底漆,所述底漆厚度为0.15~0.25mm,将水利闸门装入热处理炉进行预热,置于温度为180~220℃的烘箱中35min~45min,使得底漆固化且工件预热;
S3.喷涂防腐漆:将水利闸门降温至60~70℃温度区间,然后喷涂防腐漆,并在80~90℃中放置1.5~2h,使得防腐漆固化;
S4.喷涂表面漆层;对水利闸门表面进行喷涂表面漆层,对水利闸门表面进行上色。
2.如权利要求1所述的水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,其特征在于,所述S1中盘喷砂处理用的砂粒为铜矿砂和铁砂。
3.如权利要求1所述的水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,其特征在于,所述S2中的底漆包括如下组成:水性环氧树脂乳液45-55份、镍合金粉4~8份、三硬脂酸甘油酯1~2份、酚醛胺固化剂10~13份、聚酰胺固化剂2~4份、线性酚醛环氧树脂12~16份、二氧化钛1~3份、氧化锌3~5份、丙酮20~25份、醋酸1~3份、纳米生物防污剂4~7份。
4.如权利要求1所述的水利闸门防护涂层的防腐涂料及喷涂方法,其特征在于,所述S3中的防腐漆包括如下组成:去离子水150~200份、醇酸乳液40~60份、水性氟碳树脂70~90份、纯丙乳液120~140份、有机硅乳液10~20份、丙二醇20~35份、流平剂5~6份、消泡剂5~6份、润湿剂4~6份、分散剂4~8份、成膜助剂10~40份。
