Abstract

本发明提供一种泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,涉及水泵领域,包括如下步骤:喷砂处理:将泵壳部件悬挂固定在挂具上,然后进行喷砂粗化处理;表面清洗:通过挂具将泵壳部件浸入金属清洗剂、去离子水和无水乙醇中进行超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干,烘干处理的温度为55‑65℃,烘干时间为15‑25分钟;防腐底漆:对所述干燥的泵壳部件表面进行等离子喷涂防腐底漆,所述防腐底漆厚度为0.05~0.15mm;对喷涂底漆的泵壳部件表面进行打磨处理,去除底漆喷涂时泵壳部件表面产生的颗粒或毛屑;喷涂涂层;用非金属防护涂层材料对待喷涂的泵壳部件表面进行喷涂,制成防护涂层,固化6~8小时即可;本发明提高泵壳的防腐蚀性能,而且材料环保、经济适用、成本低,可以进行反复喷涂。

一种泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及双吸泵防护领域,具体涉及一种泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺。
背景技术
双吸泵作为离心泵的一种重要形式,因其具有扬程高、流量大等特点,在工程中得到广泛应用。这种泵型的叶轮实际上包括泵壳和叶轮等部件,泵壳和叶轮通常因为所需功能的不同而喷涂不同的防护涂层,由于泵壳部件经常与各种液体物质接触,特别是在输送黄河水的流域,泥砂含量及成份、形态等情况复杂多变,泵壳部件损坏率很高,因此,泵壳部件的防腐蚀处理尤其重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,使得提高泵壳的防腐蚀性能。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.喷砂处理:将泵壳部件悬挂固定在挂具上,然后进行喷砂粗化处理;
S2.表面清洗:通过挂具将泵壳部件浸入金属清洗剂、去离子水和无水乙醇中进行超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干,烘干处理的温度为55-65℃,烘干时间为15-25分钟;
S3.防腐底漆:对所述干燥的泵壳部件表面进行等离子喷涂防腐底漆,所述防腐底漆厚度为0.05~0.15mm;
S4.对喷涂底漆的泵壳部件表面进行打磨处理,去除底漆喷涂时泵壳部件表面产生的颗粒或毛屑;
S5.喷涂涂层;用非金属防护涂层材料对待喷涂的泵壳部件表面进行喷涂,制成防护涂层,固化6~8小时即可。
优选地,所述S1喷砂作业用砂粒为精制石英砂。
优选地,所述S3中的防腐底漆按照重量份数计,其组份包括:去离子水150~200份、醇酸乳液40~60份、水性氟碳树脂70~90份、纯丙乳液120~140份、有机硅乳液10~20份、环烷酸锰1~2份、二氧化钛3~5份、丙二醇20~35份、丁醇4~7份、氯化石蜡5~9份、流平剂5~6份、消泡剂5~6份、润湿剂4~6份、分散剂4~8份、成膜助剂5~8份。
优选地,所述S4中的在45~50℃的温水中对泵壳部件表面进行打磨处理。
优选地,所述S5中的非金属防护涂层材料包括金刚砂和聚氨酯橡胶。
本发明提供了一种泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,提高泵壳的防腐蚀性能,而且材料环保、经济适用、成本低,可以进行反复喷涂。

实施例1:
一种泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S6.喷砂处理:将泵壳部件悬挂固定在挂具上,然后进行喷砂粗化处理;
S7.表面清洗:通过挂具将泵壳部件浸入金属清洗剂、去离子水和无水乙醇中进行超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干,烘干处理的温度为55-65℃,烘干时间为15-25分钟;
S8.防腐底漆:对所述干燥的泵壳部件表面进行等离子喷涂防腐底漆,所述防腐底漆厚度为0.05~0.15mm;
S9.对喷涂底漆的泵壳部件表面进行打磨处理,去除底漆喷涂时泵壳部件表面产生的颗粒或毛屑;
S10.喷涂涂层;用非金属防护涂层材料对待喷涂的泵壳部件表面进行喷涂,制成防护涂层,固化6~8小时即可。
优选地,所述S1喷砂作业用砂粒为精制石英砂。

S13.防腐底漆:对所述干燥的泵壳部件表面进行等离子喷涂防腐底漆,所述防腐底漆厚度为0.05~0.15mm;
S14.对喷涂底漆的泵壳部件表面进行打磨处理,去除底漆喷涂时泵壳部件表面产生的颗粒或毛屑;
S15.喷涂涂层;用非金属防护涂层材料对待喷涂的泵壳部件表面进行喷涂,制成防护涂层,固化6~8小时即可。

S17.表面清洗:通过挂具将泵壳部件浸入金属清洗剂、去离子水和无水乙醇中进行超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干,烘干处理的温度为55-65℃,烘干时间为15-25分钟;
S18.防腐底漆:对所述干燥的泵壳部件表面进行等离子喷涂防腐底漆,所述防腐底漆厚度为0.05~0.15mm;
S19.对喷涂底漆的泵壳部件表面进行打磨处理,去除底漆喷涂时泵壳部件表面产生的颗粒或毛屑;
S20.喷涂涂层;用非金属防护涂层材料对待喷涂的泵壳部件表面进行喷涂,制成防护涂层,固化6~8小时即可。

本发明提供了一种泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,提高泵壳的防腐蚀性能,而且材料环保、经济适用、成本低,可以进行反复喷涂。

Claims (5)

1.一种泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.喷砂处理:将泵壳部件悬挂固定在挂具上,然后进行喷砂粗化处理;
S2.表面清洗:通过挂具将泵壳部件浸入金属清洗剂、去离子水和无水乙醇中进行超声清洗处理,然后真空烘干,烘干处理的温度为55-65℃,烘干时间为15-25分钟;
S3.防腐底漆:对所述干燥的泵壳部件表面进行等离子喷涂防腐底漆,所述防腐底漆厚度为0.05~0.15mm;
S4.对喷涂底漆的泵壳部件表面进行打磨处理,去除底漆喷涂时泵壳部件表面产生的颗粒或毛屑;
S5.喷涂涂层;用非金属防护涂层材料对待喷涂的泵壳部件表面进行喷涂,制成防护涂层,固化6~8小时即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述S1喷砂作业用砂粒为精制石英砂。
3.如权利要求1所述的泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述S3中的防腐底漆按照重量份数计,其组份包括:去离子水150~200份、醇酸乳液40~60份、水性氟碳树脂70~90份、纯丙乳液120~140份、有机硅乳液10~20份、环烷酸锰1~2份、二氧化钛3~5份、丙二醇20~35份、丁醇4~7份、氯化石蜡5~9份、流平剂5~6份、消泡剂5~6份、润湿剂4~6份、分散剂4~8份、成膜助剂5~8份。
4.如权利要求1所述的泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述S4中的在45~50℃的温水中对泵壳部件表面进行打磨处理。
5.如权利要求1所述的泵壳防护涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述S5中的非金属防护涂层材料包括金刚砂和聚氨酯橡胶。
