Abstract
本发明涉及纳米技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米防水涂料及其防水方法,包括如下重量份组分:纳米氟聚合物粒子20‑60份、改性环氧树脂10‑20份、石棉粉20‑26份、聚硅氧烷0.03‑8份、聚氨酯3‑18份、二乙醇胺5‑10份、硫酸钡6‑8份、纳米二氧化钛0.3‑10份、纳米氧化锌0.4‑10份,本发明的有益效果是:(1)本发明提供一种环保且性能优异的纳米防水涂料,及该材料的应用方法;将纳米防水涂料喷到目标产品上,使目标产品与空气接触的部件表面有一层透明的防水保护层,可以很好的保护产品的内部零件,使得目标产品在性能上有了进一步的提升,且本发明操作简单,节能环保;(2)本发明的纳米防水涂料中添加了石棉粉,增强目标产品与空气接触部件表面的耐磨性和耐候性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纳米技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米防水涂料及其防水方法。
背景技术
防水涂料具有防水防渗的功能,防腐涂料具有防腐蚀的功能。
但是,在实际使用中,往往需要所使用的涂料同时具有防水和防腐蚀的功能,目前为了较好地实现防水和防腐的功能,只能在设施外壳或建筑外壁上同时涂上 防水涂料和防腐涂料,形成不同的防水层和防腐层。但是,这种防水防腐方法具有严重的缺陷。当防水涂料为外覆层而防腐涂料为内覆层时,一些具有腐蚀能力的液体可能会率先破坏以防水涂料为主的外覆层,从而使外覆层失效,当防腐涂料为外覆层而防水涂料为内覆层时,一些具有渗透作用的液体可能会通过以防腐涂料为主的外覆层渗透进去,而不管是以防水涂料为外覆层还是以防腐涂料为外覆层的方法,都无法防备酸雨对涂层的渗透腐蚀作用,使涂层对设施本体的保护能力降低。
随着纳米科技的发展,绿色环保理念的普及,能同时防水防腐的新型涂料受到了越来越多的关注。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种纳米防水涂料及其防水方法。
本发明提供如下的技术解决方案: 一种纳米防水涂料,包括如下重量份组分:
纳米氟聚合物粒子20-60 份、改性环氧树脂10-20份、石棉粉20-26份、聚硅氧烷0 .03-8份、聚氨酯3-18份、二乙醇胺5-10份、硫酸钡6-8份、纳米二氧化钛0.3-10份、纳米氧化锌0.4-10份。
优选的,包括如下重量份组分,纳米氟聚合物粒子35 份、改性环氧树脂16份、石棉粉24份、聚硅氧烷5份、聚氨酯10份、二乙醇胺8份、硫酸钡6份、纳米二氧化钛0.3份、纳米氧化锌10份。
本发明还提供了一种纳米防水涂料的防水方法,包括如下步骤: 一、将纳米防水涂料均匀喷涂至目标部件上,涂层厚度为0 .1- 0 .2mm;二、在40的条件下,将喷涂好的目标部件用热风吹干2-3小时,使目标部件表面形成一层透明的防水保护层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是: (1)本发明提供一种环保且性能优异的纳米防水涂料,及该材料的应用方法;将纳米防水涂料喷到目标产品上,使目标产品与空气接触的部件表面有一层透明的防水保护层,可以很好的保护产品的内部零件,使得目标产品在性能上有了进一步的提升,且本发明操作简单,节能环保;(2)本发明的纳米防水涂料中添加了石棉粉,增强目标产品与空气接触部件表面的耐磨性和耐候性。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明的技术方案。这些实施例仅用于说明本发明的最优方案而不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种纳米防水涂料,包括如下重量份组分:
纳米氟聚合物粒子20 份、改性环氧树脂10份、石棉粉20份、聚硅氧烷0 .03份、聚氨酯3份、二乙醇胺5份、硫酸钡6份、纳米二氧化钛0.3份、纳米氧化锌0.4份。
一种纳米防水涂料的防水方法,包括如下步骤: 一、将纳米防水涂料均匀喷涂至目标部件上,涂层厚度为0 .1mm;二、在40的条件下,将喷涂好的目标部件用热风吹干2小时,使目标部件表面形成一层透明的防水保护层。

优选的,包括如下重量份组分,纳米氟聚合物粒子35 份、改性环氧树脂16份、石棉粉24份、聚硅氧烷5份、聚氨酯10份、二乙醇胺8份、硫酸钡6份、纳米二氧化钛0.3份、纳米氧化锌10份。
一种纳米防水涂料的防水方法,包括如下步骤: 一、将纳米防水涂料均匀喷涂至目标部件上,涂层厚度为0 .2mm;二、在40的条件下,将喷涂好的目标部件用热风吹干3小时,使目标部件表面形成一层透明的防水保护层。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米防水涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分,纳米氟聚合物粒子35 份、改性环氧树脂16份、石棉粉24份、聚硅氧烷5份、聚氨酯10份、二乙醇胺8份、硫酸钡6份、纳米二氧化钛0.3份、纳米氧化锌10份。
