Abstract

本发明公开了一种高性能氟橡胶,是由重量份为100份的26型氟橡胶材料、5‑30份的纳米改性材料、5‑10份的吸酸剂,1‑2份的棕榈蜡,1‑2份的六氟双酚A;4,4'‑(六氟异丙叉)双酚;2,2‑双‑(4‑羟苯基)六氟丙烷,0.2‑0.8份的苄基三苯基氯化磷组成,其中纳米改性填料为纳米硅藻土、碳纳米管、石墨烯改性填料中的一种或以上混合使用,吸酸剂为活性氧化镁、活性氢氧化钙或者两者混合,本发明具有物理机械强度高、热拉伸性能好的特点。

Description

一种高性能氟橡胶
技术领域
本发明属于用于发动机等高温、高压工况下的密封制品用氟橡胶材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种用纳米填料改进、提升氟橡胶材料物理机械性能和高温热拉伸性能的高性能氟橡胶混合物配方。
背景技术
氟橡胶材料是一种高度饱和的含氟聚合物,属于自补强型橡胶,自身具有一定强度,但同时由于碳氟键(C-F)的强屏蔽作用,导致其与绝大多数的填料之间不存在化学作用。通常的氟橡胶配方设计中采用硫酸钡,硅酸钙,硅藻土等无机填料,白炭黑有时也会少量应用,但使用上述填充的氟橡胶材料物理机械强度低,特别是热拉伸性差,导致在制品硫化生产过程产生大量废品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进已有技术的不足而提供一种物理机械强度高、热拉伸性能好的高性能的氟橡胶。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种高性能氟橡胶,其特点是所述的氟橡胶是由重量份为100份的26型氟橡胶材料、5-30份的纳米改性材料、5-10份的吸酸剂, 1-2份的棕榈蜡,1-2份的六氟双酚A; 4,4'-(六氟异丙叉)双酚; 2,2-双-(4-羟苯基)六氟丙烷,0.2-0.8份的苄基三苯基氯化磷组成,其中纳米改性填料为纳米硅藻土、碳纳米管、石墨烯改性填料中的一种或以上混合使用,吸酸剂为活性氧化镁、活性氢氧化钙或者两者混合。
为了进一步实现本发明的目的,可以是所述的氟橡胶是由重量份为100份的26型氟橡胶材料、30份的纳米改性材料、9份的吸酸剂,1份的棕榈蜡、1.5份的六氟双酚A; 4,4'-(六氟异丙叉)双酚; 2,2-双-(4-羟苯基)六氟丙烷、0.5份的苄基三苯基氯化磷组成。
为了进一步实现本发明的目的,可以是所述的26型氟橡胶是指由偏氟乙烯和六氟丙烯共聚而成的共聚物,包含市售的2601、2602、2603。
本发明纳米改性填料可以是纳米硅藻土、碳纳米管、石墨烯改性填料中的任选一种,也可以是任选两种混合使用或三种混合使用;吸酸剂可以是活性氧化镁、活性氢氧化钙中的一种或者两者混合使用。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下显著特点和积极效果:本发明通过全部或者部分取代氟橡胶中的无机填料或者热裂解法炭黑来改进由无机填料或者热裂解炭黑填充导致的氟橡胶材料拉伸强度低和撕裂性能差的问题,通过全部填充纳米硅藻土或者填充纳米硅藻土与碳纳米管及石墨烯改性填料共混的氟橡胶材料拉伸强度更高,高温热拉伸后拉伸强度也得到提升,实现了改进氟橡胶材料物理机械性能及热拉伸性能的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
下述实施例中相同组分为:
26型氟橡胶材料100份,选用市售的26型氟橡胶产品,包括包含市售的2601、2602、2603,下述实施例以使用2602为例;
棕榈蜡1.5份,棕榈蜡为酸和羟基酸的酯组成的复杂混合物,淡黄色或者黄色粉末,薄片状或者块状,熔点80-86℃,作为助剂;
活性氧化镁:3份,白色无定型粉末,颗粒形状选择球形或者近球形颗粒,氧化镁含量≥99%,平均粒径400目以下;
活性氢氧化钙:6份,白色粉末,粒径400目以下;
硫化剂:六氟双酚A; 4,4'-(六氟异丙叉)双酚; 2,2-双-(4-羟苯基)六氟丙烷1.5份,分子式C15H10F6O2,分子量336.23,熔点159-164℃;苄基三苯基氯化磷:0.5份,苄基三苯基氯化磷是分子式为C25H22ClP、 C6H5CH2P(Cl)(C6H5)3的化合物,分子量388.9,熔点337℃。
实施例1,一种常规的氟橡胶,是在上述相同组分的基础上,添加硫酸钡 30份,选用市售的粒径控制400目以上无筛余物的硫酸钡。
实施例2,一种常规的氟橡胶,是在上述相同组分的基础上,添加硅酸钙30份,400目以上粒径分布的。
实施例3,一种常规的氟橡胶,是在上述相同组分的基础上,添加热裂解法炭黑30份,炭黑平均粒径尺寸280nm,球形粒子,CTAB法表面积为9平方米/克。
实施例4,一种高性能的氟橡胶,是在上述相同组分的基础上,添加纳米硅藻土30份,硅藻土分子式为SiO2.nH2O,选用杆状,微孔结构的经过改性处理的硅藻土,主要成分≥90%,纳米硅藻土粒径并未达到纳米等级但由于其杆状结构,且表面含有纳米等级的微孔,极大的增大了材料的比表面积,增加了与橡胶的表面结合力,杆状结构在橡胶中也起到了防止裂纹扩散的作用,从而起到增大拉伸强度,提高耐撕裂的作用。
实施例5,一种高性能的氟橡胶,是在上述相同组分的基础上,添加纳米硅藻土20份,碳纳米管石墨烯共混改性填料10份,碳纳米管石墨烯共混改性填料采用乳液聚合将碳纳米管和石墨烯分别溶于溶液中,并在液相环境下,经过一定工艺使其融合到一起,碳纳米管长杆状结构插入到石墨烯的层间结构,使其达到均象状态,经过干燥,然后加入氟橡胶载体制成填料,碳纳米管为长杆状纳米材料,粒径10-50nm之间,比表面积大,增大其与橡胶的结合力,同时粒径达到纳米等级,粒子的纳米吸附极大的增大了分子间作用力,增加硫化橡胶的物理机械强度,同时,石墨烯二维层间结构具有的高导热,高强度等特性增加了橡胶的耐热及热拉伸性能。
分别以实施例1-5的氟橡胶混合物,经过开放式炼胶机或者捏炼机进行混合;下面以开放式炼胶机为例:
(1)辊距调整0.5mm,加入生胶2602,薄通6-10遍;
(2)胶料包辊,加入助剂,混合2-5min,直到混合均匀;
(3)调整辊距1mm,加入填料,混合3-5min,直至胶片表面无可视填料颗粒;
(4)加入硫化剂,调整辊距:0.5mm及以下,打三角包8-10遍;
(5)停放1天后,按照上述步骤返炼一遍,制成2-3mm左右的混炼胶胶片;
分别对实施例1-5的胶片进行试片硫化:一段硫化工艺,170℃,10min,二次硫化230℃,24H;
对实施例1-5的试片进行常态性能检测及150℃下材料的热拉伸性能检测,检测结果见下表;
从上表中可以看出,经过纳米硅藻土填充的实施例4或者经过纳米硅藻土及碳纳米管、石墨烯改性填料共混填充的材料拉伸强度更高,高温热拉伸性能更好。

Claims (3)

1.一种高性能氟橡胶,其特征是所述的氟橡胶是由重量份为100份的26型氟橡胶材料、5-30份的纳米改性材料、5-10份的吸酸剂, 1-2份的棕榈蜡,1-2份的六氟双酚A; 4,4'-(六氟异丙叉)双酚; 2,2-双-(4-羟苯基)六氟丙烷,0.2-0.8份的苄基三苯基氯化磷组成,其中纳米改性填料为纳米硅藻土、碳纳米管、石墨烯改性填料中的一种或以上混合使用,吸酸剂为活性氧化镁、活性氢氧化钙或者两者混合。
2.根据权利1要求一种高性能氟橡胶,其特征是所述的氟橡胶是由重量份为100份的26型氟橡胶材料、30份的纳米改性材料、9份的吸酸剂,1份的棕榈蜡、1.5份的六氟双酚A; 4,4'-(六氟异丙叉)双酚; 2,2-双-(4-羟苯基)六氟丙烷、0.5份的苄基三苯基氯化磷组成。
3.根据权利1或2要求一种高性能氟橡胶,其特征是所述的26型氟橡胶是指由偏氟乙烯和六氟丙烯共聚而成的共聚物,包含市售的2601、2602、2603。
