Abstract
一种聚四氟乙烯复合膜,包括尼龙膜基层、覆于尼龙膜基层表面的聚四氟乙烯层以及粘结尼龙膜基层和所述聚四氟乙烯层的粘结层;所述粘结层包括按重量比计:15~25wt%硝酸纤维素、10 ~ 15 wt%异丙醇以及50 ~ 70的3二苯基丙烯酸乙醇。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及平板膜过滤器用复合膜制备领域,特别涉及聚四氟乙烯复合膜。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步,各种工艺生产制造技术越来越先进,对于生产制造环境的要求也越来越高,例如半导体工业,生物制药工业,分子生物学等精密实验室、医学和精密制造工业等在生产及研究过程中对空气洁净程度的要求十分严格,所以需要采用空气过滤净化设备去除微小的颗粒,提高生产科研环境的空气洁净度。聚四氟乙烯具有良好的化学稳定性、热稳定性、疏水性及难燃性等特点。鉴于上述 优良性能,聚四氟乙烯薄膜是一种性能优良的气体分离膜材料,具有超薄质轻,膜孔结构均 匀稳定 ;孔隙率高,阻力小,气体通量大,过滤效率高等优点。聚四氟乙烯过滤膜是以聚四氟乙烯为原料,经压延、挤出、双向拉伸、膨化等方法 制成多孔膜,此膜孔径范围 0.02μm-0.2μm,孔隙率 88%以上,具有透气量大、孔径分布均 匀等特点,聚四氟乙烯过滤膜分为空气过滤膜和净化过滤膜两种。
现有的净化过滤膜组份复杂,制作成本高,并且使用寿命较短,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种配方简单,便于制作,有效降低成本,使用寿命长的聚四氟乙烯复合膜。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种聚四氟乙烯复合膜,包括尼龙膜基层、覆于尼龙膜基层表面的聚四氟乙烯层以及粘结尼龙膜基层和所述聚四氟乙烯层的粘结层;所述粘结层包括按重量比计:15~25wt%硝酸纤维素、10 ~ 15 wt%异丙醇以及50 ~ 70的3二苯基丙烯酸乙醇。
作为优选,所述聚四氟乙烯层的厚度 为 90μm,粘结层9μm,支撑层 20μm。
本发明有益效果:本发明配方简单,便于制作,有效降低成本,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种聚四氟乙烯复合膜,包括尼龙膜基层、覆于尼龙膜基层表面的聚四氟乙烯层以及粘结尼龙膜基层和所述聚四氟乙烯层的粘结层;所述粘结层包括按重量比计:15~25wt%硝酸纤维素、10 ~ 15 wt%异丙醇以及50 ~ 70的3二苯基丙烯酸乙醇。所述聚四氟乙烯层的厚度 为 90μm,粘结层9μm,支撑层 20μm。
将消泡处理后的聚四氟乙烯层的聚合物溶液刮涂在尼龙膜基层上。本发明优选使用。将聚合物溶液流延到无纺布表面,用刮刀将所述聚合物溶液刮涂均匀,使聚合物溶液形成膜状,刮刀间的间隙为 10 ~ 20μm,刮好膜后,将所述聚四氟乙烯多孔膜铺在所述聚合物溶液形成的膜上,压平,得到初生膜。将所述压平后的初生膜放入凝胶浴中进行固化 (相转化 ) 操作,相转化时间优选为 1 ~ 5min,凝胶浴温度优选为 15℃~ 40℃,聚合物溶液固化形成粘结层。将固化后的初生膜放入 40℃~ 80℃的水中冲洗 1 ~ 60min,冲洗次数优选为 1 ~ 3 次,最后对其进行干燥得到聚四氟乙烯复合膜。
聚合物溶液包括以下组份聚氨酯树脂75份、二甲基甲酰胺5份、、丁酮5份、异丁烷10份,4一丁二醇2 .2份、聚丙烯酰胺1 .8份、丙烯酸酯4份、有机硅氧烷乳液2份。
Claims (2)
1. 一种聚四氟乙烯复合膜,包括尼龙膜基层、覆于尼龙膜基层表面的聚四氟乙烯层以及粘结尼龙膜基层和所述聚四氟乙烯层的粘结层;其特征在于所述粘结层包括按重量比计:15~25wt%硝酸纤维素、10 ~ 15 wt%异丙醇以及50 ~ 70的3二苯基丙烯酸乙醇。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的聚四氟乙烯复合膜,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯层的厚度为 90μm,粘结层9μm,支撑层 20μm。
