本发明公开了一种功能矿物质水,包括以下重量份数的各组分:壳聚糖2~5份、茶多酚3~5份、有机硒2~4份、葡萄籽提取物0.4~0.9份、马蹄提取物2~8份、灵芝发酵液10~16份和矿物质水100~500份。经过深层发酵的灵芝发酵液,富含灵芝多糖、灵芝多肽、三萜类、有机酸、生物碱等活性成分;马蹄提取物富含矿物质、维生素、有机酸、氨基酸、微量元素硒等营养物质;通过调入合适比例的壳聚糖、茶多酚、有机硒、葡萄籽提取物和,获得的矿物质水透明清凉、口感回甘,没有芳香油味、苦味、涩味,各成分相辅相成,可以大大增加喝水的欲望,促进人体健康。

本发明涉及矿物质水,具体为一种功能矿物质水。
背景技术
现有技术中,饮用矿物质水,是指在纯净水的基础上添加了矿物质类食品添加剂而制成的。其制作工艺一般有三种:第一种是选择两种以上的食品级矿物质的化合物配成的液体称为矿化液,瓶装水厂家购买这种浓缩液加到纯净水中,习惯称为矿化水;第二种是选择自然界矿物岩石,通过系列处理,溶解在酸性溶剂中通常称为矿溶液,生产出来的瓶装水也称为矿化水;第三种是直接购买食品级的矿物添加剂,按比例混合好后,加入纯净水中,常常称为矿物质水。
水在日常生活中扮演非常重要角色,现有的矿物质水通常对普通矿物质水进行灌装或者通过添加矿物质成分使得矿物质水更加健康,但是由于缺少功能成分,仅占领很小的市场份额的缺陷。随着生活水平的提高及保健意识的增强,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,不仅要求吃好,还要吃出营养来,由此也促进了调味品市场向功能性复合型的方向发展。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的矿物质水通常对普通矿物质水进行灌装或者通过添加矿物质成分使得矿物质水更加健康,但是由于缺少功能成分,仅占领很小的市场份额的缺陷,提供一种功能矿物质水。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种功能矿物质水,包括以下重量份数的各组分:
壳聚糖2~5份、茶多酚3~5份、有机硒2~4份、葡萄籽提取物0.4~0.9份、马蹄提取物2~8份、灵芝发酵液10~16份和矿物质水100~500份。
进一步的,包括以下重量份数的各组分:
壳聚糖4份、茶多酚4份、有机硒3份、葡萄籽提取物0.6份、马蹄提取物6份、灵芝发酵液14份和矿物质水420份。
优选的,所述马蹄提取物的制备方法为将新鲜马蹄去皮榨汁后加入保加利亚乳杆菌、酿酒酵母在25~35度下发酵2~4h后进行过滤得到。经过发酵后酸甜可口,富含白藜芦醇、矿物质、维生素、非花青素多酚、有机酸、氨基酸、微量元素硒等营养物质。
进一步的,其特征在于,所述灵芝发酵液由在发酵罐中经过7~10天深层发酵的发酵液制得。
进一步的,发酵罐中深层发酵的条件为通气速率6L/min,温度28℃。
进一步的,所得发酵液,先经过压滤和陶瓷膜过滤系统得到发酵澄清液。
经过深层发酵的灵芝发酵液,富含灵芝多糖、灵芝多肽、三萜类、有机酸、生物碱等活性成分,对人体具有双向调节作用,所治病种涉及心脑血管、消化、神经、内分泌、呼吸、运动等各个系统,尤其对肿瘤、肝脏病变、失眠以及衰老的防治作用十分显著;马蹄提取物富含矿物质、维生素、有机酸、氨基酸、微量元素硒等营养物质;通过调入合适比例的壳聚糖、茶多酚、有机硒、葡萄籽提取物和,获得的矿物质水透明清凉、口感回甘,没有芳香油味、苦味、涩味,各成分相辅相成,可以大大增加喝水的欲望,促进人体健康。

所述马蹄提取物的制备方法为将新鲜马蹄去皮榨汁后加入保加利亚乳杆菌、酿酒酵母在25度下发酵4h后进行过滤得到。
所述灵芝发酵液由在发酵罐中经过7天深层发酵的发酵液制得;所得发酵液,先经过压滤和陶瓷膜过滤系统得到发酵澄清液。
实施例2
壳聚糖4份、茶多酚4份、有机硒3份、葡萄籽提取物0.6份、马蹄提取物6份、灵芝发酵液14份和矿物质水420份。

所述马蹄提取物的制备方法为将新鲜马蹄去皮榨汁后加入保加利亚乳杆菌、酿酒酵母在25~35度下发酵2~4h后进行过滤得到。
所述灵芝发酵液由在发酵罐中经过10天深层发酵的发酵液制得,发酵罐中深层发酵的条件为通气速率6L/min,温度28℃;所得发酵液,先经过压滤和陶瓷膜过滤系统得到发酵澄清液。

壳聚糖4份、茶多酚4份、有机硒3份、葡萄籽提取物0.6份、马蹄提取物6份、灵芝发酵液14份和矿物质水420份。
