Abstract
本发明公开了一种高温失粘胶黏剂,以重量份计,其组分为:丙烯酸异辛脂20‑30份;丙烯酸丁酯5‑10份;丙烯酸甲酯3‑5份;丙烯酸羟乙酯3‑5份;甲苯40‑50份;功能性交联剂1‑3份;失粘助剂3‑5份。本发明的优点是:所制备的胶带使用极为方便。本发明还公开了该高温失粘胶黏剂的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及粘接剂技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高温失粘胶黏剂。本发明还涉及该高温失粘胶黏剂的制备方法。
背景技术
高温失粘胶黏剂制成的高温失粘压敏胶带是一种在常温下可以正常贴合使用以保护被贴物,但是在高温状态下会迅速失去粘性的胶带。压敏胶带的粘接力主要是范德华力,粘接面形成后,粘接表面的结构不会被破坏。压敏胶带是一种对压力敏感、不需加热、不需溶剂、不需较大的压力、只需稍微加压或用手指一按即可实现粘接的胶带。特点是粘之容易、揭之不难、剥而不损。现行市面上在使用的普通丙烯酸酯类压敏胶制成的压敏胶带,产品可以正常贴合保护被贴物表面,但是基本都有遇高温后,180°剥离力不但没有失去粘性,反而还有上升或残胶现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高温失粘胶黏剂,它具有所制备的胶带使用极为方便的特点。本发明还公开了该高温失粘胶黏剂的制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
高温失粘胶黏剂,以重量份计,其组分为:
所述功能性交联剂为:AIBN。
所述失粘助剂为:硅烷偶联剂。
该高温失粘胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸异辛脂、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲苯混合入反应釜,在25—35min分钟内加热至67-70℃;
(2)在反应釜内添加功能性交联剂,保持温度在67-70℃持续110—130min,之后,升温至72℃-75℃,保持50—70min,之后,自然冷却后,加入失粘助剂,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明所具有的优点是:所制备的胶带使用极为方便。经实际测试,采用本发明的高温失粘胶黏剂制备的胶带可以正常贴合保护被贴物表面,在贴合状态下,放置于150℃高温30分钟,再恢复常温后,产品对被贴物表面的180°剥离力可从贴合时200-400g/inch降到10g/inch以内,使用极为方便。

实施例1
高温失粘胶黏剂,以重量份计,其组分为:

功能性交联剂为:AIBN。
失粘助剂为:硅烷偶联剂。
该高温失粘胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸异辛脂、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲苯混合入反应釜,在25min分钟内加热至67℃。
(2)在反应釜内添加功能性交联剂,保持温度在67℃持续110min。之后,升温至72℃,保持50min。之后,自然冷却后,加入失粘助剂,搅拌均匀即可形成成品1。
实施例2
高温失粘胶黏剂,以重量份计,其组分为:

功能性交联剂为:AIBN。
失粘助剂为:硅烷偶联剂。
该高温失粘胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸异辛脂、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲苯混合入反应釜,在30min分钟内加热至69℃。
(2)在反应釜内添加功能性交联剂,保持温度在69℃持续120min。之后,升温至74℃,保持60min。之后,自然冷却后,加入失粘助剂,搅拌均匀即可形成成品2。
实施例3
高温失粘胶黏剂,以重量份计,其组分为:
其中:
功能性交联剂为:AIBN。
失粘助剂为:硅烷偶联剂。
该高温失粘胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸异辛脂、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲苯混合入反应釜,在35min分钟内加热至70℃。
(2)在反应釜内添加功能性交联剂,保持温度在70℃持续130min。之后,升温至75℃,保持70min。之后,自然冷却后,加入失粘助剂,搅拌均匀即可形成成品3。
效果例
将成品1—3按照常见工艺制备为胶带1—3。然后,将胶带1—3分别粘在标准测试钢板表面进行测试。结果为:
胶带1:
初始贴合时,胶带1和被贴物表面的180°剥离力为210g/inch;
将贴合了胶带1的物体放置于150℃高温30分钟,再恢复常温后,180°剥离力为10g/inch。
胶带2:
初始贴合时,胶带1和被贴物表面的180°剥离力为400g/inch;
将贴合了胶带1的物体放置于150℃高温30分钟,再恢复常温后,180°剥离力为7g/inch。
胶带3:
初始贴合时,胶带1和被贴物表面的180°剥离力为330g/inch;
将贴合了胶带1的物体放置于150℃高温30分钟,再恢复常温后,180°剥离力为9g/inch。
以上实验说明:
采用本发明的高温失粘胶黏剂制备的胶带可以正常贴合保护被贴物表面,在贴合状态下,放置于150℃高温30分钟,再恢复常温后,产品对被贴物表面的180°剥离力可从贴合时200-400g/inch降到10g/inch以内,使用极为方便。

4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的高温失粘胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸异辛脂、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲苯混合入反应釜,在25—35min分钟内加热至67-70℃;
(2)在反应釜内添加功能性交联剂,保持温度在67-70℃持续110—130min,之后,升温至72℃-75℃,保持50—70min,之后,自然冷却后,加入失粘助剂,搅拌均匀即可。
