本发明属于精细化工领域，具体涉及一种高粘性固体胶棒。
背景技术
固体胶棒又名热熔胶棒，是以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为主要材料，加入增粘剂与其它成分配合而成的固体型粘合剂，目前市场上的一些固体胶棒，粘结力低，在低温环境下，出现硬化干结，影响使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种高粘性固体胶棒，粘合速度快，粘结力强，耐候性好，不宜硬化，低温环境下依然保持较高的粘结力。
本发明的技术方案是：一种高粘性固体胶棒，由以下重量份数的原料组成：乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物40-50份、丙烯酸乳液8-10份、淀粉20-30份、骨胶8-10份、硬脂酸2-4份、甘油1-3份、抗凝剂1-3份、防腐剂0.5-1份、保湿剂2-5份、PH调节剂1-3份。
与现有技术相比，本发明优点在于：粘合速度快，粘结力强；耐老化；耐候性好，不宜硬化，低温环境下依然保持较高的粘结力。

一种高粘性固体胶棒，由以下重量份数的原料组成：乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物40份、丙烯酸乳液8份、淀粉20份、骨胶8份、硬脂酸2份、甘油1份、抗凝剂1份、防腐剂0.5份、保湿剂2份、PH调节剂1份。
实施例2
一种高粘性固体胶棒，由以下重量份数的原料组成：乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物45份、丙烯酸乳液9份、淀粉25份、骨胶9份、硬脂酸3份、甘油2份、抗凝剂2份、防腐剂0.7份、保湿剂4份、PH调节剂2份。
实施例3
一种高粘性固体胶棒，由以下重量份数的原料组成：乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物50份、丙烯酸乳液10份、淀粉30份、骨胶10份、硬脂酸4份、甘油3份、抗凝剂3份、防腐剂1份、保湿剂5份、PH调节剂3份。
