Abstract

本发明公开了一种采用加热板的淋膜模头,包括有上模体和下模体,上模体和下模体之间形成熔体流道,在上模体和下模体的顶部设置有加热板对上模体和下模体进行加热。取消了原有模体内置的加热棒加热结构,当易损件加热器损坏时可以方便在线更换,无需停机拆卸模头。

技术领域
本发明涉及淋膜机领域,具体为一种采用加热板的淋膜模头。
背景技术
淋膜模头为淋膜机出料端的挤出模头,常规的淋膜机挤出模头如图1所示,由上模体1和下模体2组成,上、下模体之间形成熔体流道,熔体从进料口进入到流道中,通过出料口挤出。原有模体内置加热棒10加热,加热棒10与模体水平方向设置,加热棒10末端被进料连接法兰20盖住,当加热棒损坏需要更换时,需要将模头和连接器拆卸开才能进行更换操作,操作比较繁琐。
本发明内容
本发明的目的在于通过改进模头的加热方式,可以方便在线更换易损件加热器,更换时无需停机拆卸模头。
上述目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种采用加热板的淋膜模头,包括有上模体和下模体,上模体和下模体之间形成熔体流道,其特征在于:在上模体和下模体的顶部设置有加热板对上模体和下模体进行加热。
优选的,上述的加热板为块状结构,多块加热板组合后底面紧贴覆盖在上模体和下模体顶部表面,通过固定螺钉与模体连接。
优选的,上述的加热板外表面设置有保温隔热板,可有效降低能耗,并降低设备表面温度,防止烫伤。
优选的,上述的保温隔热板外设置有不锈钢盖板。
采用上述结构的淋膜模头,取消了原有模体内置的加热棒加热结构,进而利用上、下模体上设置外置加热板实现对上、下模体的加热,当易损件加热器损坏时可以方便在线更换,无需停机拆卸模头。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图2-3所示,一种采用加热板的淋膜模头,包括有上模体1和下模体2,上、下模体通过紧固螺钉3连接固定,上、下模体之间形成熔体流道4,在上模体1和下模体2的顶部设置有加热板5对上、下模体进行加热。在本实施例中上述的加热板5为块状结构,多块加热板5组合后底面紧贴覆盖在上模体1和下模体2顶部表面,加热板5外接电源。在加热板5外表面设置有保温隔热板6,能有效降低能耗,并降低设备表面温度,放置烫伤,并且还在保温隔热板6外设置有不锈钢钢盖板7。
采用上述结构的淋膜模头,取消了原有模体内置的加热棒加热结构,进而利用上模体1和下模体2上设置外置加热板5实现对上、下模体的加热,当易损件加热器损坏时可以方便在线更换,无需停机拆卸模头。

1.一种采用加热板的淋膜模头,包括有上模体和下模体,上模体和下模体之间形成熔体流道,其特征在于:在上模体和下模体的顶部设置有加热板对上模体和下模体进行加热。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种采用加热板的淋膜模头,其特征在于:上述的加热板为块状结构,多块加热板组合后底面紧贴覆盖在上模体和下模体顶部表面,通过固定螺钉与模体连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种采用加热板的淋膜模头,其特征在于:上述的加热板外表面设置有保温隔热板。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种采用加热板的淋膜模头,其特征在于:上述的保温隔热板外设置有不锈钢盖板。
