本发明公开了一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片,包括衬片,所述衬片的前表面设置有散热孔,所述衬片的上表面设置有凹槽,所述衬片的左侧外表面设置有排热孔,所述衬片的背面设置有硅片,所述衬片的外表面设置有制动底板,所述制动底板的外表面设置有制动鼓,所述衬片的下方中间位置处设置有轴承套;在衬片的前表面上设置有六个三角形的散热孔,三角形散热孔相比圆形散热孔,散热性更好,在衬片的背面设置有多个硅片,进一步提高衬片的散热性,改善制动器衬片不能良好的散热的问题,在衬片的上表面设置有凹槽,在工作时,通过凹槽把衬片固定在制动底板,改善衬片和制动器连接不稳定的问题,给使用者安全带来保障。

一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片
技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片。
背景技术
鼓式制动器也叫块式制动器,是靠制动块在制动轮上压紧来实现刹车的。鼓式制动是早期设计的制动系统,其刹车鼓的设计1902年就已经使用在马车上了,直到1920年左右才开始在汽车工业广泛应用,鼓式制动器的主流是内张式,它的制动块位于制动轮内侧,在刹车的时候制动块向外张开,摩擦制动轮的内侧,达到刹车的目的,近三十年中,鼓式制动器在轿车领域上已经逐步退出让位给盘式制动器,但由于成本比较低,仍然在一些经济类轿车中使用,主要用于制动负荷比较小的后轮和驻车制动。
我国现有的鼓式制动器衬片,在工作时,制动器衬片不能良好的散热,而且衬片和制动器连接不稳定,给使用者安全带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的鼓式制动器衬片,在工作时,制动器衬片不能良好的散热,而且衬片和制动器连接不稳定,给使用者安全带来不便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片,包括衬片,所述衬片的前表面设置有散热孔,所述衬片的上表面设置有凹槽,所述衬片的左侧外表面设置有排热孔,所述衬片的背面设置有硅片,所述衬片的外表面设置有制动底板,所述制动底板的外表面设置有制动鼓,所述衬片的下方中间位置处设置有轴承套,所述轴承套的右侧设置有回位弹簧,所述回位弹簧的右侧设置有制动轮缸,所述制动轮缸的底端设置有支座,所述轴承套的左侧设置有调节支座,所述轴承套的背面设置有固定板,所述固定板的背面设置有制动蹄,所述轴承套的下方设置有卡片。
优选的,所述回位弹簧设置有两个,所述两个回位弹簧对称分布在轴承套的两侧。
优选的,所述衬片设置有两个,所述两个衬片对称分布在制动底板的内表面上下两侧,所述衬片和制动底板之间通过凹槽固定连接。
优选的,所述散热孔设置有六个,所述六个散热孔对称分布在衬片的前表面。
优选的,所述硅片设置有四个,所述四个硅片依次排列在衬片的背面,所述四个硅片通过焊接的方式和衬片固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,在衬片的前表面上设置有六个三角形的散热孔,三角形散热孔相比圆形散热孔,散热性更好,在衬片的背面设置有多个硅片,进一步提高衬片的散热性,改善制动器衬片不能良好的散热的问题,在衬片的上表面设置有凹槽,在工作时,通过凹槽把衬片固定在制动底板,改善衬片和制动器连接不稳定的问题,给使用者安全带来保障。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片,包括衬片1,衬片1的前表面设置有散热孔4,衬片1的上表面设置有凹槽3,衬片1的左侧外表面设置有排热孔15,衬片1的背面设置有硅片2,衬片1的外表面设置有制动底板14,制动底板14的外表面设置有制动鼓13,衬片1的下方中间位置处设置有轴承套12,轴承套12的右侧设置有回位弹簧5,回位弹簧5的右侧设置有制动轮缸6,制动轮缸6的底端设置有支座7,轴承套12的左侧设置有调节支座11,轴承套12的背面设置有固定板8,固定板8的背面设置有制动蹄10,轴承套12的下方设置有卡片9。
为了使得制动器扭曲时能够回位,本实施例中,优选的,回位弹簧5设置有两个,两个回位弹簧5对称分布在轴承套12的两侧。
为了使得衬片1固定的更加稳定,本实施例中,优选的,衬片1设置有两个,两个衬片1对称分布在制动底板14的内表面上下两侧,衬片1和制动底板14之间通过凹槽3固定连接。
为了提高衬片1的散热性能,本实施例中,优选的,散热孔4设置有六个,六个散热孔4对称分布在衬片1的前表面
为了使得衬片1的散热性能更好,本实施例中,优选的,硅片2设置有四个,四个硅片2依次排列在衬片1的背面,四个硅片2通过焊接的方式和衬片1固定连接
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明安装好过后,把衬片1通过凹槽3安装在制动底板14的上下内侧,外部连接杆通过轴承套12,固定板8和制动蹄10通过卡片9紧密固定,在制动器运转时,固定板8上表面的两侧回位弹簧5把扭转的制动器归为,在衬片1的前表面设置有多个散热孔4,衬片1的背面设置的硅片2进一步为制动器散热,完成工作后,通过凹槽3把衬片1拆卸,检车衬片1的磨损程度,并及时更换,以便下次使用。

1.一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片,包括衬片(1),其特征在于:所述衬片(1)的前表面设置有散热孔(4),所述衬片(1)的上表面设置有凹槽(3),所述衬片(1)的左侧外表面设置有排热孔(15),所述衬片(1)的背面设置有硅片(2),所述衬片(1)的外表面设置有制动底板(14),所述制动底板(14)的外表面设置有制动鼓(13),所述衬片(1)的下方中间位置处设置有轴承套(12),所述轴承套(12)的右侧设置有回位弹簧(5),所述回位弹簧(5)的右侧设置有制动轮缸(6),所述制动轮缸(6)的底端设置有支座(7),所述轴承套(12)的左侧设置有调节支座(11),所述轴承套(12)的背面设置有固定板(8),所述固定板(8)的背面设置有制动蹄(10),所述轴承套(12)的下方设置有卡片(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片,其特征在于:所述回位弹簧(5)设置有两个,所述两个回位弹簧(5)对称分布在轴承套(12)的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片,其特征在于:所述衬片(1)设置有两个,所述两个衬片(1)对称分布在制动底板(14)的内表面上下两侧,所述衬片(1)和制动底板(14)之间通过凹槽(3)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片,其特征在于:所述散热孔(4)设置有六个,所述六个散热孔(4)对称分布在衬片(1)的前表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种易散热鼓式制动器衬片,其特征在于:所述硅片(2)设置有四个,所述四个硅片(2)依次排列在衬片(1)的背面,所述四个硅片(2)通过焊接的方式和衬片(1)固定连接。
