背景技术
各种纤维的纺织品在染色加工中产生的折皱印、鸡爪印、灰伤等疵病实际上是一个多方位因素,不仅包括染整设备、生产工艺和助剂使用的因素,而且不同纤维的纺织品(棉织物,涤纶织物,真丝绸织物),不同的色泽和染色深度其产生的疵病程度也不一样。一般越是轻薄的织物(涤纶塔夫绸,真丝绢绸),越是厚重的织物(真丝厚重织物等),其折皱印、灰伤越易暴露,越是染深色(如蓝色、藏青、墨绿、深咖啡、宝蓝、紫红等)越是产生折皱印等疵病。

步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水20-30份,水浴加热,升高温度至80-100℃;

步骤3,加入pH调节剂,调节pH为6-7;

步骤5,降低温度至40-60℃,加入pH调节剂,调节pH值为7-8;

步骤8,静置冷却至反应釜中液体聚酯纤维织物用浴中抗皱剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

步骤4,加入聚乙二醇10-20份、乙二醇5-10份、二羟基聚醚1-3份、对苯二甲酸二甲酯3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤5,降低温度至40-60℃,加入pH调节剂,调节pH值为7-8;
步骤6,加入壳聚糖5-7份、仲烷基磺酸钠5-7份、月桂酸聚氧乙烯酯5-10份、水性聚氨酯3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤7,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体聚酯纤维织物用浴中抗皱剂;
步骤8,静置冷却至反应釜中液体聚酯纤维织物用浴中抗皱剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤3和步骤5中的pH调节剂为盐酸、醋酸、柠檬酸、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠中的一种或者一种以上。
