本配方发明主要涉及啤酒的配制领域。目前市场上销售的啤酒不含花青素,花青素是目前国内外已知的对人体有很好免疫和保健功能的物质。本配方发明提供一种含有多种花青素的花青素啤酒。本配方要解决的技术问题是从多种不同的物质中同时提取出多种花青素,把提取的多种花青素与啤酒按适当比例混合调配成花青素啤酒。这样配制的啤酒所含花青素种类较多,能够较好的满足人体健康所需要的花青素,而且工艺简单,成本较低。

本配方发明涉及啤酒的配制领域。
目前市场上销售的啤酒不含能增强人体免疫和保健功能的物质--花青素,花青素是目前国内外已知的对人体有很好免疫和保健功能的物质。花青素对人体的作用有:1.抗氧化作用,2.增强人体免疫力,3.预防心脑血管疾病,4.抗癌作用,5.预防衰老,6.抗炎作用,7.皮肤保健和美容作用,因此现有啤酒在增强人体健康方面存在不足。
为了克服现有啤酒在人体免疫和保健方面存在的不足,本配方提供一种含有多种花青素的啤酒。本配方要解决的技术问题是从多种不同的物质中同时提取多种花青素,利用花青素易溶于水和醇类的特性从多种不同的物质中同时提取多种花青素。花青素的提取过程是一个物理过程,没有改变花青素的分子结构,保持了花青素的天然特性。提取过程也没有加入对人体有害的物质。这样提取的花青素种类较为齐全,能够满足人体免疫和保健所需要的花青素。
具体的操作流程是:黑加仑,蓝莓.黑枸杞.黑玉米.紫甘蓝.紫薯按重量比7∶6∶1∶20∶10∶120混合做成碎料,碎料和酒精度是8°的白酒按1∶5的体积比混合,在常温下放置8个小时,然后加热至59摄氏度保持恒温65分钟,除渣过滤得到宝石红颜色的花青素溶液。花青素溶液与麦芽度是8°-12°的啤酒按1∶3的体积比混合配制成含有多种花青素的花青素啤酒。这样配制的啤酒所含花青素的种类较多,能够较好的满足人体健康所需要的花青素,加工过程中没有加入对人体有害的物质,无残留毒害,而且工艺简单,成本较低。

Claims (2)

1.黑加仑,蓝莓,黑枸杞,黑玉米,紫甘蓝和紫薯按重量比7∶6∶1∶20∶10∶120混合做成碎料,碎料与酒精度是8°的白酒按1∶5的体积比混合制取花青素溶液。
2.由权利要求1的花青素溶液与麦芽度是8°-12°的啤酒按1∶3的体积比混合调配成含有多种花青素的花青素啤酒。
