Abstract
The invention discloses a composition with long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-10% of schizophyllan, 0.01-1.0% of phenethyl resorcinol, 0.01-10% of licoflavone and the balance of water. The composition selects two molecular weight ranges of schizophyllan to combine with whitening components phenethyl resorcinol and licoflavone, the small molecular weight schizophyllan provides instant moisture retention, the large molecular weight schizophyllan wraps the whitening components phenethyl resorcinol and licoflavone in a three-dimensional network structure, so that the whitening components are gradually released, the duration of the whitening effect on the skin is longer, the long-acting moisture retention and whitening function is provided for the composition, the long-term and obvious moisture retention and whitening effect can be provided for the skin, the composition can be used for preparing moisture retention and whitening cosmetics, and the composition has the advantages of good instant moisture retention effect and lasting moisture retention and whitening effect.

Technical Field

Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to facial skin care. Consumer survey results show that skin care accounts for the first three requirements, moisturizing/hydrating, whitening and anti-aging. The need for whitening skin care has always been a focus of asian attention to skin care needs. Consumers expect whitening skin care products that are mild, comprehensive in whitening and have good results and that are not irritating to the skin after use. The existing skin care products with whitening function are various in types, whitening agents with remarkable effects are single compounds synthesized chemically, the functions are single, the pursuit of consumers for various skin care functions is difficult to meet, in addition, the whitening agents are difficult to achieve remarkable effects expected by consumers when used at low concentration, and the skin care products increase the using amount and easily cause discomfort such as dry skin. At present, a simple and cheap component with long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions is lacking in the market.
Schizophyllan is a polysaccharide produced from natural sources of schizophyllan, consists of a (1-3) -connected β -D-glucopyranose residue main chain and a (1-6) -connected β -D-glucopyranose residue side chain, and has various skin care effects such as moisturizing, oxidation resistance and the like and physiological activities.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composition which has simple and cheap components and has long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the composition with long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-10% of schizophyllan, 0.01-1.0% of phenethyl resorcinol, 0.01-10% of licoflavone and the balance of water.
Preferably, the composition with the long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-8% of schizophyllan, 0.02-0.08% of phenethyl resorcinol, 1-8% of licoflavone and the balance of water.
Preferably, the schizophyllan is selected from unmodified schizophyllan or modified schizophyllan; the modified schizophyllan is selected from carboxymethylation schizophyllan, amination schizophyllan, schizophyllan sulfate, schizophyllan phosphate or schizophyllan subjected to ultrasonic degradation.
Preferably, the schizophyllan is prepared by compounding schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 5 kDa-10 kDa and schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 100 kDa-500 kDa according to the mass ratio of 1: 0.1-1: 10.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition with long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding schizophyllan into hot water for dissolving to obtain schizophyllan solution;
(2) adding phenethyl resorcinol and licoflavone into schizophyllan solution, and stirring to obtain the composition with long-acting moisturizing and whitening effects.
The invention also provides a skin external preparation which comprises the composition with the long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions, wherein the composition with the long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions accounts for 1-50% of the total weight of the skin external preparation in percentage by weight.
Preferably, the external preparation for skin is in the form of a solution, gel, lotion or cream.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the skin external preparation, which comprises the following steps:
(1) slowly adding the composition with the long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions into hot water to be uniformly dissolved;
(2) adding pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable adjuvants, and mixing to obtain the skin external preparation.
The invention also provides application of the composition with long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions as a moisturizing and whitening active ingredient in cosmetics.
The schizophyllan which is simple and cheap and has multiple effects of oxidation resistance, moisture retention and the like is used as an oxidation resistance active ingredient, a humectant and an anti-aging active ingredient in the skin external preparation. The inventor finds that the molecular weight of schizophyllan has great influence on the duration of the moisturizing effect, the small molecular weight (5-10 kDa) of schizophyllan has relatively short residence time on the surface of the skin and can provide instant moisturizing, the large molecular weight (100-500 kDa) of schizophyllan can provide long-acting moisturizing for the skin by forming a complex three-dimensional network structure, and particularly the large molecular weight of schizophyllan can wrap whitening components phenethyl resorcinol and licoflavone in the three-dimensional network structure to gradually release the whitening components, so that the whitening effect on the skin lasts longer. The invention particularly selects two molecular weight ranges of schizophyllan to combine with whitening components of phenethyl resorcinol and licoflavone, which not only can realize instant moisture retention and long-acting moisture retention, but also can enable the whitening components to continuously play a role on the surface of skin, thereby achieving the effects of long-acting moisture retention and whitening.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the composition selects two molecular weight ranges of schizophyllan to combine with whitening components phenethyl resorcinol and licoflavone, the small molecular weight schizophyllan provides instant moisture retention, the large molecular weight schizophyllan wraps the whitening components phenethyl resorcinol and licoflavone in a three-dimensional network structure, so that the whitening components are gradually released, the duration of the whitening effect on the skin is longer, the long-acting moisture retention and whitening function is provided for the composition, the long-term and obvious moisture retention and whitening effect can be provided for the skin, the composition can be used for preparing moisture retention and whitening cosmetics, and the composition has the advantages of good instant moisture retention effect and lasting moisture retention and whitening effect.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative only and not limiting.
EXAMPLE 1 preparation of composition A
Slowly adding 1g of schizophyllan into 93.2g of hot water for uniform dissolution to obtain schizophyllan solution, adding 0.8g of phenethyl resorcinol and 5g of licoflavone, and uniformly stirring to obtain 100g of the composition with long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions; wherein the schizophyllan is prepared by compounding schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 5 kDa-10 kDa and schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 100 kDa-500 kDa according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.
EXAMPLE 2 preparation of composition B
Slowly adding 6g of schizophyllan into 83g of hot water for uniform dissolution to obtain schizophyllan solution, adding 1g of phenethyl resorcinol and 10g of licorice flavone, and uniformly stirring to obtain 100g of the composition with the long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions, wherein the schizophyllan is prepared by compounding schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 5 kDa-10 kDa and schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 100 kDa-500 kDa according to the mass ratio of 1: 5.
EXAMPLE 3 preparation of composition C
Slowly adding 0.1g of schizophyllan into 98.85g of hot water for uniform dissolution to obtain schizophyllan solution, adding 0.05g of phenethyl resorcinol and 1g of licoflavone, and uniformly stirring to obtain 100g of the composition with the long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions, wherein the schizophyllan is prepared by compounding schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 5 kDa-10 kDa and schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 100 kDa-500 kDa according to the mass ratio of 1: 0.5.
Example 4 preparation of Long-acting moisturizing whitening skin cream
The formula of the whitening skin cream containing the composition with both long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions is shown in table 1, and the dosage of each substance is expressed by mass percentage.

Example 5 preparation of Long-acting moisturizing, whitening and skin-caring emulsion
The formula of the long-acting moisturizing and whitening skin care emulsion with long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions is shown in table 2, and the dosage of each substance is represented by mass percent.

Test example 1 moisturizing efficacy test
The long-lasting moisturizing whitening skin cream prepared in example 4 was used as a test sample. Tests show that the moisture content of the skin of the area of the long-acting moisturizing and whitening skin cream prepared in example 4 is obviously increased, and the change rate of the moisture content of the skin after 28 days of use is 58.1 percent and is higher than that of the blank area by 3.2 percent. The change rate of the percutaneous water loss after 28 days of use is reduced to-37.7 percent, which is lower than-1.1 percent of that of a blank control group. The result shows that the long-acting moisturizing and whitening skin cream can increase the water content of the skin, improve the barrier function of the skin and has the long-acting moisturizing function.
Test example 2 whitening efficacy test
The long-lasting moisturizing whitening skin care emulsion prepared according to example 5 was used as a test sample, and a skin care emulsion without the long-lasting moisturizing whitening composition and the same other ingredients was used as a placebo. Double-blind, open, randomized, self-cross-control observation studies were used. Screening for compliance with test conditions 25 volunteers (age between 24 and 40 years, mean age 27.5 ± 2.8 years) were screened. The test sample was applied to one side of the face according to a random schedule, and the placebo was applied to the other side of the face for 28 days, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. The whitening efficacy of the product was evaluated by performing face-related tests at days 0, 14 and 28. During the trial, the subjects did not experience erythema, papules, wheal, itching, and other adverse skin reactions associated with the trial products. Claims (7)
1. The composition with long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-10% of schizophyllan, 0.01-1.0% of phenethyl resorcinol, 0.01-10% of licoflavone and the balance of water;
the schizophyllan is selected from unmodified schizophyllan or modified schizophyllan; the modified schizophyllan is selected from carboxymethylation schizophyllan, amination schizophyllan, schizophyllan sulfate, schizophyllan phosphate or schizophyllan subjected to ultrasonic degradation;
the schizophyllan is prepared by compounding schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 5-10 kDa and schizophyllan with the molecular weight range of 100-500 kDa according to the mass ratio of 1: 0.1-1: 10.
2. The composition with the long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 1-8% of schizophyllan, 0.02-0.08% of phenethyl resorcinol, 1-8% of licoflavone and the balance of water.
3. The preparation method of the composition with long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding schizophyllan into hot water for dissolving to obtain schizophyllan solution;
(2) adding phenethyl resorcinol and licoflavone into schizophyllan solution, and stirring to obtain the composition with long-acting moisturizing and whitening effects.

The external preparation for skin is characterized by comprising the composition with the long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions, which is defined by any one of claims 1-2, wherein the composition with the long-acting moisturizing and whitening functions accounts for 1-50% of the total weight of the external preparation for skin.
