本发明公开了一种抗菌种植牙基台,所述基台本体为纯钛材料,所述的基台本体上有银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层;所述银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:①.将纯钛基台本体硅烷化,②.将AgNO3溶液、硝基羟乙唑的硝酸溶液、正硅酸乙酯溶液和水在冰水浴中搅拌混合反应28‑20小时,离心,洗涤,真空冷冻干燥得到纳米抗菌材料,将纳米抗菌材料在搅拌下加入到明胶溶液中③.将硅烷化后的基台本体浸入步骤②得到的溶胶中2‑3小时,然后取出,清洗干净。本发明抗菌种植牙基台,得到兼具长效和缓释抗菌功能的种植牙基台。提高了口腔种植的成功率,缩短了治疗时间。

一种抗菌种植牙基台
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌种植牙基台,属于口腔种植领域。
背景技术
牙种植体与宿主的骨组织,牙龈上皮组织和上皮下结缔组织接触,同时部分暴露于口腔有菌环境中。种植体植入口腔后,容易遭受微生物及其毒性产物的侵袭而发生上皮分离产生深种植体周袋。因此,种植义齿周围组织更易于细菌感染,种植体义齿周的菌斑微生物积累可能发展成为种植体周围炎,是种植体周的炎症或感染,并伴随支持骨的丧失。因此,重视微生物在种植体周围炎发病中的作用,抑制口腔细菌在暴露于口腔的种植体基台表面的粘附,保持种植体基台不附着菌斑是很重要的。至少有两种方法可以抑制菌斑的形成,第一是抑制口腔细菌的初始粘附;第二是抑制口腔细菌的定植,包括表面抗菌活性。如能创造并维持牙种植体周的长期相对无菌环境,将是降低牙种植体周围炎的发生率的关键。
口腔细菌对种植体的入侵始于基台,细菌感染后产生种植体周炎症,严重可导致种植牙失败。所以,防止口腔细菌在基台的粘附和定植对于确保长期的临床成功至关重要。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种抗菌种植牙基台,通过在基台外表面附着含有Ag和硝基羟乙唑的涂层,得到兼具长效和缓释抗菌功能的种植牙基台。
发明提供一种抗菌种植牙基台,包括基台本体,所述基台本体为纯钛材料,所述的基台本体上有银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层;所述银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
①.将纯钛基台本体硅烷化;
②.将AgNO3溶液、硝基羟乙唑的硝酸溶液、正硅酸乙酯溶液和水在冰水浴中搅拌混合反应28-20小时,离心,洗涤,真空冷冻干燥得到纳米抗菌材料,将纳米抗菌材料在搅拌下加入到明胶溶液中;
③.将硅烷化后的基台本体浸入步骤②得到的溶胶中2-3小时,然后取出,清洗干净,即得。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,步骤②中,AgNO3溶液浓度为2~3mmol/L、硝基羟乙唑的硝酸溶液浓度为4~10mmol/L、明胶溶液的浓度为10~100mmol/L。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,步骤②中,AgNO3、硝基羟乙唑、正硅酸乙酯、明胶溶液用量比为1-2mg:5-8mg:0.1-0.16mg:1.5-2.5ml。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,步骤②中,冷冻干燥温度为-10~-15℃。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,将步骤③得到的基台重复1-3次浸入步骤②得到的溶胶中2-3小时,然后取出,清洗干净。

发明有益效果
本发明抗菌种植牙基台,通过在基台外表面附着含有Ag和硝基羟乙唑的涂层,得到兼具长效和缓释抗菌功能的种植牙基台。能够有有效抑制细菌的入侵,实验证明,本发明的牙种植基体具有良好的抗菌性能,同时抑制牙周常见致病菌的粘附和存活,具有持久、高效的杀菌、抗感染能力,提高了口腔种植的成功率,缩短了治疗时间。本发明的牙种植体基台的制备方法简单,在口腔种植领域具有良好的应用前景。

下述非限定性实施例可以使本领域的普通技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
一种抗菌种植牙基台,包括基台本体,所述基台本体为纯钛材料,所述的基台本体上有银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层;所述银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
①.将纯钛基台本体用65%的硫酸溶液在60℃下浸泡45分钟,清洗、干燥,然后将基台本体浸入体积百分比为1%的3-(氨基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷的乙醇溶液中1~3小时,随后用酒精超声清洗20秒,去离子水冲洗,氮气中干燥;
②.将AgNO3溶液、硝基羟乙唑的硝酸溶液、正硅酸乙酯溶液和水在冰水浴中搅拌混合反应28小时,离心,洗涤,真空冷冻干燥得到纳米抗菌材料,将纳米抗菌材料在搅拌下加入到明胶溶液中;
③.将硅烷化后的基台本体浸入步骤②得到的溶胶中2小时,然后取出,清洗干净,即得。
步骤②中,AgNO3溶液浓度为2mmol/L、硝基羟乙唑的硝酸溶液浓度为4mmol/L、明胶溶液的浓度为10mmol/L。
步骤②中,AgNO3、硝基羟乙唑、正硅酸乙酯、明胶溶液用量比为1mg:5mg:0.1mg:1.5ml。
步骤②中,冷冻干燥温度为-10℃。
将步骤③得到的基台重复2次浸入步骤②得到的溶胶中2小时,然后取出,清洗干净。
涂层表中银颗粒粒径为2-5nm。
所述涂层厚度为5-10μm。
实施例2
包括基台本体,所述基台本体为纯钛材料,所述的基台本体上有银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层;所述银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
①.将纯钛基台本体用65%的硫酸溶液在60℃下浸泡60分钟,清洗、干燥,然后将基台本体浸入体积百分比为4%的3-(氨基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷的乙醇溶液中3小时,随后用酒精超声清洗40秒,去离子水冲洗,氮气中干燥;
②.将AgNO3溶液、硝基羟乙唑的硝酸溶液、正硅酸乙酯溶液和水在冰水浴中搅拌混合反应20小时,离心,洗涤,真空冷冻干燥得到纳米抗菌材料,将纳米抗菌材料在搅拌下加入到明胶溶液中;
③.将硅烷化后的基台本体浸入步骤②得到的溶胶中3小时,然后取出,清洗干净,即得。
步骤②中,AgNO3溶液浓度为3mmol/L、硝基羟乙唑的硝酸溶液浓度为10mmol/L、明胶溶液的浓度为20mmol/L。
步骤②中,AgNO3、硝基羟乙唑、正硅酸乙酯、明胶溶液用量比为2mg:8mg:0.16mg:2.5ml。
步骤②中,冷冻干燥温度为-15℃。
将步骤③得到的基台重复3次浸入步骤②得到的溶胶中3小时,然后取出,清洗干净。
实施例3
包括基台本体,所述基台本体为纯钛材料,所述的基台本体上有银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层;所述银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:

1.一种抗菌种植牙基台,包括基台本体,所述基台本体为纯钛材料,其特征在于:所述的基台本体上有银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层;
所述银离子/硝基羟乙唑涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
①.将纯钛基台本体硅烷化;
②.将AgNO3溶液、硝基羟乙唑的硝酸溶液、正硅酸乙酯溶液和水在冰水浴中搅拌混合反应28-20小时,离心,洗涤,真空冷冻干燥得到纳米抗菌材料,将纳米抗菌材料在搅拌下加入到明胶溶液中;
③.将硅烷化后的基台本体浸入步骤②得到的溶胶中2-3小时,然后取出,清洗干净,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗菌种植牙基台,其特征在于:步骤②中,AgNO3溶液浓度为2~3mmol/L、硝基羟乙唑的硝酸溶液浓度为4~10mmol/L、明胶溶液的浓度为10~100mmol/L。
3.根据权利要求2所述抗菌种植牙基台,其特征在于:步骤②中,AgNO3、硝基羟乙唑、正硅酸乙酯、明胶溶液用量比为1-2mg:5-8mg:0.1-0.16mg:1.5-2.5ml。
