Abstract
本发明属于饲料添加剂领域,特别涉及一种饲料防霉剂;包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风12~18、溪黄草10~20、两面针10~20、厚朴10~20、薤白3~8、萆薢8~12、茜草3~8、老鹳草12~18、斑蝥2~6、萹蓄10~20、白屈菜8~12、黑面叶10~20、复合菌4~10、复合维生素3~8、复合精油3~8;本发明的饲料防霉剂添加量小,降低成本,安全可靠,品质稳定,不影响动物适口性的特点,应用于饲料防霉时,耐湿耐热性好,受酸碱度影响较小,具有高效抑制和杀灭饲料中的细菌和真菌等微生物的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料添加剂领域,特别涉及一种饲料防霉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
饲料在储存、运输、销售和使用过程中,由于饲料中水分的变化和环境的影响,极易发生霉变。饲料发霉和霉菌毒素中毒症是世界范围内畜禽生产中普遍存在的严重问题,控制饲料霉变是饲料生产中不可忽视的环节。
目前,常用的防霉剂品种有丙酸和丙酸盐、山梨酸及其钾盐、苯甲酸及其钠盐和双乙酸钠等。这些防霉剂对保护饲料品质、促进畜牧业健康发展有着十分重要的作用,其经济和社会效益得到了人们的充分肯定。但是,这些防霉剂同时也存在一定的问题,如丙酸有刺激性气味以及很强的腐蚀性,受热损失大,挥发快,使用不太方便;而山梨酸及其钾盐的防霉效果受pH值控制影响;苯甲酸及其钠盐对pH值条件要求严格,只能在酸性条件下发挥作用,并且其在pH值大于4时防霉作用开始下降,还会产生苦涩等不良味道;至于双乙酸钠,其添加量大,在没有达到完全抑菌效果时,双乙酸钠本身作为微生物的营养源反而促进了霉菌的生长,如若增加双乙酸钠的用量可完全抑菌,但又增加了防霉成本。
目前中草药防霉防霉剂具有药源广泛、高效、抗药性不显著、毒副作用小等优点,作为饲料防霉剂,除了兼有药性和营养性外,还具有提高禽畜的生产性能和饲料利用率的功效,所以越来越受到重视,应用也日益广泛,所以,鉴于中草药的一系列特点,将中草药运用在饲料防霉变领域是具有积极意义的,如申请号201611078554.9《一种中药型防霉剂》公开了一种中药型防霉剂,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:鱼腥草10~20份、防风提取物14~16份、松针提取物12~14份、使君子10~12份、贯众提取液13~15份、满天星提取物8~10份、荆芥提取物3~5份、青蒿素2~4份、蒸馏水100~200份,目前针对饲料霉变的中药制剂的研究也已取得一定成效,但是由于配方的不合理使得目前的中药药物的防霉变效果不是很理想,饲料霉变情况较为严重,严重制约了禽畜养殖业的发展,鉴于此,改善目前饲料霉变的处理方法,提高饲料质量,降低饲料霉变率,有效促进禽畜养殖业的健康发展具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种饲料防霉剂及其制备方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种饲料防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风12~18、溪黄草10~20、两面针10~20、厚朴10~20、薤白3~8、萆薢8~12、茜草3~8、老鹳草12~18、斑蝥2~6、萹蓄10~20、白屈菜8~12、黑面叶10~20、复合菌4~10、复合维生素3~8、复合精油3~8。
包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风15、溪黄草15、两面针15、厚朴15、薤白5、萆薢10、茜草5、老鹳草15、斑蝥4、萹蓄15、白屈菜10、黑面叶15、复合菌8、复合维生素5、复合精油5。
所述的复合菌,是将干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌按(0.3~0.8):(0.2~0.4):1:(0.4~0.6)的质量比混合制得。
所述的复合维生素,是将维生素E、维生素B2、泛酸按(0.3~0.5):(0.2~0.4):(0.1~0.5)的质量比混合制得。
所述的复合精油,是百里香精油、山苍子精油、肉桂精油、紫苏精油中的两种或两种以上的混合物。
所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合菌培养:分别将复合菌中的菌剂置于培养液中,培养28~32h;
(2)按配方量将杏香兔耳风、溪黄草、两面针、厚朴、薤白、萆薢、茜草、老鹳草、斑蝥、萹蓄、白屈菜和黑面叶混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,紫外线照射处理6~10min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,微波处理后恒温水浴下搅拌100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料制得含水量为20%的浸膏;
(3)混料:将步骤(2)制得浸膏、复合菌、复合维生素和复合精油混合,超声分散,通过造粒机造粒即可。
所述的培养液,是将浓度为0.3~0.5%的硒酸钠溶液、浓度为0.1~0.2%的硫酸亚铁和浓度为0.03~0.06%的双氧水按1:0.4~0.8:0.1~0.3的质量比混合,再用浓度为50%的葡萄糖溶液调和成含量为20~30%的混合溶液即可。
所述的紫外线,波长为185~195nm。
所述的微波处理,微波功率为650~750w,微波时间为0.3~0.6h。
所述的超声分散,超声频率为68~72KHz,超声时间为8~12min。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于:1、本发明的饲料防霉剂相较于常规防霉剂用量小,大大降低了成本;2、本发明的饲料防霉剂应用于饲料防霉,耐湿耐热性好,受酸碱度影响较小,不影响动物适口性,能对不同种的有害菌起到抑制作用,具有广谱的杀菌抑菌,杀虫抑虫的功效;3、本发明的饲料防霉剂使饲料的保存期得到较大程度的延长,合理使用本发明的饲料防霉剂,夏季可使饲料保质期达30天以上,春秋季可使饲料保质期达85天以上,冬季可使饲料保质期达200天以上。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种饲料防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风12kg、溪黄草10kg、两面针10kg、厚朴10kg、薤白3kg、萆薢8kg、茜草3kg、老鹳草12kg、斑蝥2kg、萹蓄10kg、白屈菜8kg、黑面叶10kg、复合菌4kg、复合维生素3kg、复合精油3kg;所述的复合菌,是将干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌按0.3:0.2:1:0.4的质量比混合制得;所述的复合维生素,是将维生素E、维生素B2、泛酸按0.3:0.2:0.1的质量比混合制得;所述的复合精油,是百里香精油、山苍子精油、肉桂精油、紫苏精油中的两种或两种以上的混合物。
所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合菌培养:分别将复合菌中的菌剂置于培养液中,培养28h;其中所述的培养液,是将浓度为0.3%的硒酸钠溶液、浓度为0.1%的硫酸亚铁和浓度为0.03%的双氧水按1:0.4:0.1的质量比混合,再用浓度为50%的葡萄糖溶液调和成含量为20%的混合溶液即可;
(2)按配方量将杏香兔耳风、溪黄草、两面针、厚朴、薤白、萆薢、茜草、老鹳草、斑蝥、萹蓄、白屈菜和黑面叶混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,用波长为185nm的紫外线照射处理6min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,在650w的微波功率下处理0.3h后,在60℃的恒温水浴下搅拌100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料制得含水量为20%的浸膏;
(3)混料:将步骤(2)制得浸膏、复合菌、复合维生素和复合精油混合,在68KHz的频率下,超声分散处理8min,通过造粒机造粒即制得粒径为0.1mm的防霉剂。
实施例2
一种饲料防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风18kg、溪黄草20kg、两面针20kg、厚朴20kg、薤白8kg、萆薢12kg、茜草8kg、老鹳草18kg、斑蝥6kg、萹蓄20kg、白屈菜12kg、黑面叶20kg、复合菌10kg、复合维生素8kg、复合精油8kg;所述的复合菌,是将干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌按0.8:0.4:1:0.6的质量比混合制得;所述的复合维生素,是将维生素E、维生素B2、泛酸按0.5:0.4:0.5的质量比混合制得;所述的复合精油,是百里香精油、山苍子精油、肉桂精油、紫苏精油中的两种或两种以上的混合物。
所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合菌培养:分别将复合菌中的菌剂置于培养液中,培养32h;其中所述的培养液,是将浓度为0.5%的硒酸钠溶液、浓度为0.2%的硫酸亚铁和浓度为0.06%的双氧水按1:0.8:0.3的质量比混合,再用浓度为50%的葡萄糖溶液调和成含量为30%的混合溶液即可;
(2)按配方量将杏香兔耳风、溪黄草、两面针、厚朴、薤白、萆薢、茜草、老鹳草、斑蝥、萹蓄、白屈菜和黑面叶混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,用波长为195nm的紫外线照射处理10min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,在750w的微波功率下处理0.6h后,在65℃的恒温水浴下搅拌100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料制得含水量为20%的浸膏;
(3)混料:将步骤(2)制得浸膏、复合菌、复合维生素和复合精油混合,在72KHz的频率下,超声分散处理12min,通过造粒机造粒即制得粒径为0.6mm的防霉剂。
实施例3
一种饲料防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风15kg、溪黄草15kg、两面针15kg、厚朴15kg、薤白5kg、萆薢10kg、茜草5kg、老鹳草15kg、斑蝥4kg、萹蓄15kg、白屈菜10kg、黑面叶15kg、复合菌8kg、复合维生素5kg、复合精油5kg;所述的复合菌,是将干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌按0.5:0.3:1:0.5的质量比混合制得;所述的复合维生素,是将维生素E、维生素B2、泛酸按0.4:0.3:0.3的质量比混合制得;所述的复合精油,是百里香精油、山苍子精油、肉桂精油、紫苏精油中的两种或两种以上的混合物。
所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合菌培养:分别将复合菌中的菌剂置于培养液中,培养30h;其中所述的培养液,是将浓度为0.4%的硒酸钠溶液、浓度为0.15%的硫酸亚铁和浓度为0.05%的双氧水按1:0.6:0.2的质量比混合,再用浓度为50%的葡萄糖溶液调和成含量为25%的混合溶液即可;
(2)按配方量将杏香兔耳风、溪黄草、两面针、厚朴、薤白、萆薢、茜草、老鹳草、斑蝥、萹蓄、白屈菜和黑面叶混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,用波长为190nm的紫外线照射处理8min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,在700w的微波功率下处理0.5h后,在63℃的恒温水浴下搅拌100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料制得含水量为20%的浸膏;
(3)混料:将步骤(2)制得浸膏、复合菌、复合维生素和复合精油混合,在70KHz的频率下,超声分散处理10min,通过造粒机造粒即制得粒径为0.3mm的防霉剂。
实施例4
一种饲料防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风12kg、溪黄草20kg、两面针10kg、厚朴20kg、薤白3kg、萆薢12kg、茜草3kg、老鹳草18kg、斑蝥2kg、萹蓄20kg、白屈菜8kg、黑面叶20kg、复合菌4kg、复合维生素8kg、复合精油3kg;所述的复合菌,是将干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌按0.3:0.4:1:0.4的质量比混合制得;所述的复合维生素,是将维生素E、维生素B2、泛酸按0.3:0.4:0.1的质量比混合制得;所述的复合精油,是百里香精油、山苍子精油、肉桂精油、紫苏精油中的两种或两种以上的混合物。
所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合菌培养:分别将复合菌中的菌剂置于培养液中,培养28h;其中所述的培养液,是将浓度为0.5%的硒酸钠溶液、浓度为0.1%的硫酸亚铁和浓度为0.06%的双氧水按1:0.4:0.3的质量比混合,再用浓度为50%的葡萄糖溶液调和成含量为30%的混合溶液即可;
(2)按配方量将杏香兔耳风、溪黄草、两面针、厚朴、薤白、萆薢、茜草、老鹳草、斑蝥、萹蓄、白屈菜和黑面叶混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,用波长为185nm的紫外线照射处理10min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,在650w的微波功率下处理0.6h后,在60℃的恒温水浴下搅拌100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料制得含水量为20%的浸膏;
(3)混料:将步骤(2)制得浸膏、复合菌、复合维生素和复合精油混合,在68KHz的频率下,超声分散处理12min,通过造粒机造粒即制得粒径为0.4mm的防霉剂。
实施例5
一种饲料防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风18kg、溪黄草10kg、两面针20kg、厚朴10kg、薤白8kg、萆薢8kg、茜草8kg、老鹳草12kg、斑蝥6kg、萹蓄10kg、白屈菜12kg、黑面叶10kg、复合菌10kg、复合维生素3kg、复合精油8kg;所述的复合菌,是将干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌按0.8:0.2:1:0.6的质量比混合制得;所述的复合维生素,是将维生素E、维生素B2、泛酸按0.5:0.2:0.5的质量比混合制得;所述的复合精油,是百里香精油、山苍子精油、肉桂精油、紫苏精油中的两种或两种以上的混合物。
所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合菌培养:分别将复合菌中的菌剂置于培养液中,培养28~32h;其中所述的培养液,是将浓度为0.5%的硒酸钠溶液、浓度为0.1%的硫酸亚铁和浓度为0.06%的双氧水按1:0.8:0.1的质量比混合,再用浓度为50%的葡萄糖溶液调和成含量为30%的混合溶液即可;

(3)混料:将步骤(2)制得浸膏、复合菌、复合维生素和复合精油混合,在72KHz的频率下,超声分散处理8min,通过造粒机造粒即制得粒径为0.6mm的防霉剂。
实验例
1、毒性试验:
1.1药物:采用实施例1~5的任一防霉剂。
1.2、试验对象:选取身体状况健康的小白鼠100只,雌雄各半,体重10-15g,在人工照明12h、通风条件良好情况下饲养观察3d,随机分为2组,其中一组为空白对照试组,给药前12h和给药后4小时禁止进食,但不禁水。
1.3、方法:3d过后,除了空白组,对另外一组小白鼠灌服剂量为0.05ml/g、的实施例1~5的任一防霉剂,观察7d,固体防霉剂使用前先水溶。
1.4、结果:连续观察7d,全部小白鼠均健活且全部小白鼠的精神、食欲、分泌物、呼吸、眼等方面均未观察到异常,将实验小鼠和对照组小鼠经剖解后,各组织器官无明显感官不同,取心、肝、脾、肺、肾及肠作病理切片也无明显不同,增大剂量,同样的方法灌服实施例1~5的任一防霉剂,全部小鼠仍然健活,且与对照组比较无异常,说明该防霉剂对小鼠安全无毒。
实验例
按照下述配方制的用于本发明的防霉剂与现有防霉剂防霉性能测定:
的饲料配方:玉米100g,菜籽饼25g,大豆饼35g,麸皮18g,米糠饼25g,磷酸氢钙1.5g,石粉1.3g,食盐0.5g,赖氨酸0.15g,蛋氨酸0.15g,预混料0.35g,按照饲料厂常规制粒即可;将本发明的防霉剂与现有防霉剂分别添加入上述配比饲料中,均匀混合,用于防霉性能考察,空白组的饲料中的不添加防霉剂,其中防霉剂和饲料的添加质量比为:0.25~0.35%:1,实验组分别将实施例1~5制备的防霉剂按上述比例添加到饲料中,对照组将现有防霉剂按上述比例添加到饲料中,将添加不同的饲料防霉剂的饲料混合物置于在温度为30℃,相对湿度为100%下考察防霉性能,结果如表1所示:

注:“-”表示饲料表面看不到菌丝生长,不见起丝,为未霉变;“±”表示饲料表面有轻微菌丝,但内部不见丝,为轻度霉变;“+”表示饲料表面霉变较重,但内部未见起丝,为一般霉变;“++”表示饲料表面霉变严重,内部可见菌丝,为完全霉变。

1.一种饲料防霉剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风12~18、溪黄草10~20、两面针10~20、厚朴10~20、薤白3~8、萆薢8~12、茜草3~8、老鹳草12~18、斑蝥2~6、萹蓄10~20、白屈菜8~12、黑面叶10~20、复合菌4~10、复合维生素3~8、复合精油3~8。
2.如权利要求1所述的饲料防霉剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:杏香兔耳风15、溪黄草15、两面针15、厚朴15、薤白5、萆薢10、茜草5、老鹳草15、斑蝥4、萹蓄15、白屈菜10、黑面叶15、复合菌8、复合维生素5、复合精油5。
3.如权利要求1所述的饲料防霉剂,其特征在于,所述的复合菌,是将干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌按(0.3~0.8):(0.2~0.4):1:(0.4~0.6)的质量比混合制得。
4.如权利要求1所述的饲料防霉剂,其特征在于,所述的复合维生素,是将维生素E、维生素B2、泛酸按(0.3~0.5):(0.2~0.4):(0.1~0.5)的质量比混合制得。
5.如权利要求1所述的饲料防霉剂,其特征在于,所述的复合精油,是百里香精油、山苍子精油、肉桂精油、紫苏精油中的两种或两种以上的混合物。
6.如权利要求1所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)复合菌培养:分别将复合菌中的菌剂置于培养液中,培养28~32h;
(2)按配方量将杏香兔耳风、溪黄草、两面针、厚朴、薤白、萆薢、茜草、老鹳草、斑蝥、萹蓄、白屈菜和黑面叶混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,紫外线照射处理6~10min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,微波处理后恒温水浴下搅拌100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料制得含水量为20%的浸膏;
(3)混料:将步骤(2)制得浸膏、复合菌、复合维生素和复合精油混合,超声分散,通过造粒机造粒即可。
7.如权利要求6所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的培养液,是将浓度为0.3~0.5%的硒酸钠溶液、浓度为0.1~0.2%的硫酸亚铁和浓度为0.03~0.06%的双氧水按1:0.4~0.8:0.1~0.3的质量比混合,再用浓度为50%的葡萄糖溶液调和成含量为20~30%的混合溶液即可。
8.如权利要求6所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的紫外线,波长为185~195nm。
9.如权利要求6所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的微波处理,微波功率为650~750w,微波时间为0.3~0.6h。
10.如权利要求6所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的超声分散,超声频率为68~72KHz,超声时间为8~12min。
