本发明属于饲料存贮领域,特别涉及一种防止饲料霉变的方法;先将饲料用蒸汽预处理后,再将防霉剂与饲料按2:1的质量比混合,恒温水浴下搅拌30~50min,紫外线照射处理6~8min,过滤,将滤渣干燥后保存即可;本发明通过蒸汽处理,液体防霉剂浸泡、紫外线处理,能有效的杀灭霉菌,通过液体防霉剂的浸泡,使得其在饲料中分布一致,防霉效果也优于其它现有各种防霉剂,经过实际施用,夏季可使饲料保质期达40天以上,春秋季可使饲料保质期达100天以上,冬季可使饲料保质期达250天以上。

背景技术
饲料在储存、运输、销售和使用过程中,由于饲料中水分的变化和环境的影响,极易发生霉变。饲料发霉和霉菌毒素中毒症是世界范围内畜禽生产中普遍存在的严重问题,控制饲料霉变是饲料生产中不可忽视的环节。
目前,常用的防霉剂品种有丙酸和丙酸盐、山梨酸及其钾盐、苯甲酸及其钠盐和双乙酸钠等。这些防霉剂对保护饲料品质、促进畜牧业健康发展有着十分重要的作用,其经济和社会效益得到了人们的充分肯定。但是,这些防霉剂同时也存在一定的问题,如丙酸有刺激性气味以及很强的腐蚀性,受热损失大,挥发快,使用不太方便;而山梨酸及其钾盐的防霉效果受pH值控制影响;苯甲酸及其钠盐对pH值条件要求严格,只能在酸性条件下发挥作用,并且其在pH值大于4时防霉作用开始下降,还会产生苦涩等不良味道;至于双乙酸钠,其添加量大,在没有达到完全抑菌效果时,双乙酸钠本身作为微生物的营养源反而促进了霉菌的生长,如若增加双乙酸钠的用量可完全抑菌,但又增加了防霉成本。
目前中草药防霉防霉剂具有药源广泛、高效、抗药性不显著、毒副作用小等优点,作为饲料防霉剂,除了兼有药性和营养性外,还具有提高禽畜的生产性能和饲料利用率的功效,所以越来越受到重视,应用也日益广泛,所以,鉴于中草药的一系列特点,将中草药运用在饲料防霉变领域是具有积极意义的,如申请号201611078554.9《一种中药型防霉剂》公开了一种中药型防霉剂,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:鱼腥草10~20份、防风提取物14~16份、松针提取物12~14份、使君子10~12份、贯众提取液13~15份、满天星提取物8~10份、荆芥提取物3~5份、青蒿素2~4份、蒸馏水100~200份,目前针对饲料霉变的中药制剂的研究也已取得一定成效,但是由于配方的不合理使得目前的中药药物的防霉变效果不是很理想,饲料霉变情况较为严重,严重制约了禽畜养殖业的发展,鉴于此,改善目前饲料霉变的处理方法,提高饲料质量,降低饲料霉变率,有效促进禽畜养殖业的健康发展具有重要意义。

本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种防止饲料霉变的方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防止饲料霉变的方法,先将饲料用蒸汽预处理后,再将防霉剂与饲料按2:1的质量比混合,恒温水浴下搅拌30~50min,紫外线照射处理6~8min,过滤,将滤渣干燥后保存即可;
所述的防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁12~18、藿香10~20、麦门冬10~20、忍冬藤10~20、秦艽3~8、萹蓄8~12、土荆皮3~8、谷精草12~18、刺蒺藜2~6、高良姜10~20、复合菌8~12、复合螯合氨基酸1~3。

所述的防霉剂,其制备方法是将紫花地丁、藿香、麦门冬、忍冬藤、秦艽、萹蓄、土荆皮、谷精草、刺蒺藜和高良姜混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,微波处理后常温下静置100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料30~40min,过滤再将滤渣加水重复煎煮两次,将三次的滤液合并,浓缩至合并液体积的1/2,将合并液与复合菌、复合螯合氨基酸混匀,装入喷壶即可。
所述的微波处理,微波功率为650~750w,微波时间为0.4~0.6h。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明方法不同于传统的防霉方法,通过蒸汽处理,液体防霉剂浸泡、紫外线处理,能有效的杀灭霉菌,通过液体防霉剂的浸泡,使得其在饲料中分布一致,防霉效果也优于其它现有各种防霉剂,本发明处理后的饲料耐湿耐热性好,受酸碱度影响较小,不影响动物适口性,能对不同种的有害菌起到抑制作用,具有广谱的杀菌抑菌,杀虫抑虫的功效,处理后的饲料的保存期得到较大程度的延长,合理使用本发明防霉方法,夏季可使饲料保质期达40天以上,春秋季可使饲料保质期达100天以上,冬季可使饲料保质期达250天以上。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种防止饲料霉变的方法,先将饲料在90℃的蒸汽下处理12min后,再将防霉剂与饲料按2:1的质量比混合,在65℃的恒温水浴下搅拌30min,再用波长为195nm的紫外线照射处理6min,过滤,将滤渣干燥后保存即可;所述的防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁12kg、藿香10kg、麦门冬10kg、忍冬藤10kg、秦艽3kg、萹蓄8kg、土荆皮3kg、谷精草12kg、刺蒺藜2kg、高良姜10kg、复合菌8kg、复合螯合氨基酸1kg;所述的复合菌,是将嗜酸乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、酵母菌按0.3:0.1:0.4的质量比混合制得;所述的复合螯合氨基酸,是将蛋氨酸锌、蛋氨酸铜按0.3:0.08的质量比混合制得。
所述的防霉剂,其制备方法是将紫花地丁、藿香、麦门冬、忍冬藤、秦艽、萹蓄、土荆皮、谷精草、刺蒺藜和高良姜混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,在650w的功率下,微波处理0.4h后在常温下静置100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料30min,过滤再将滤渣加水重复煎煮两次,将三次的滤液合并,浓缩至合并液体积的1/2,将合并液与复合菌、复合螯合氨基酸混匀,装入喷壶即可。
实施例2
一种防止饲料霉变的方法,先将饲料在110℃的蒸汽下处理18min后,再将防霉剂与饲料按2:1的质量比混合,在75℃的恒温水浴下搅拌50min,再用波长为215nm的紫外线照射处理8min,过滤,将滤渣干燥后保存即可;所述的防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁18kg、藿香20kg、麦门冬20kg、忍冬藤20kg、秦艽8kg、萹蓄12kg、土荆皮8kg、谷精草18kg、刺蒺藜6kg、高良姜20kg、复合菌12kg、复合螯合氨基3kg;所述的复合菌,是将嗜酸乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、酵母菌按0.5:0.3:0.6的质量比混合制得;所述的复合螯合氨基酸,是将蛋氨酸锌、蛋氨酸铜按0.4:0.12的质量比混合制得。
所述的防霉剂,其制备方法是将紫花地丁、藿香、麦门冬、忍冬藤、秦艽、萹蓄、土荆皮、谷精草、刺蒺藜和高良姜混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,在750w的功率下,微波处理0.6h后在常温下静置100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料40min,过滤再将滤渣加水重复煎煮两次,将三次的滤液合并,浓缩至合并液体积的1/2,将合并液与复合菌、复合螯合氨基酸混匀,装入喷壶即可。
实施例3
一种防止饲料霉变的方法,先将饲料在100℃的蒸汽下处理15min后,再将防霉剂与饲料按2:1的质量比混合,在70℃的恒温水浴下搅拌40min,再用波长为200nm的紫外线照射处理7min,过滤,将滤渣干燥后保存即可;所述的防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁15kg、藿香15kg、麦门冬15kg、忍冬藤15kg、秦艽5kg、萹蓄10kg、土荆皮5kg、谷精草15kg、刺蒺藜4kg、高良姜15kg、复合菌10kg、复合螯合氨基酸2kg;所述的复合菌,是将嗜酸乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、酵母菌按0.4:0.2:0.5的质量比混合制得;所述的复合螯合氨基酸,是将蛋氨酸锌、蛋氨酸铜按0.35:0.1的质量比混合制得。
所述的防霉剂,其制备方法是将紫花地丁、藿香、麦门冬、忍冬藤、秦艽、萹蓄、土荆皮、谷精草、刺蒺藜和高良姜混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,在700w的功率下,微波处理0.5h后在常温下静置100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料35min,过滤再将滤渣加水重复煎煮两次,将三次的滤液合并,浓缩至合并液体积的1/2,将合并液与复合菌、复合螯合氨基酸混匀,装入喷壶即可。
实施例4

实验例
1、毒性试验:
1.1药物:采用实施例1~5的任一防霉剂。
1.2、试验对象:选取身体状况健康的小白鼠100只,雌雄各半,体重10-15g,在人工照明12h、通风条件良好情况下饲养观察3d,随机分为2组,其中一组为空白对照试组,给药前12h和给药后4小时禁止进食,但不禁水。
1.3、方法:3d过后,除了空白组,对另外一组小白鼠灌服剂量为0.05ml/g、的实施例1~5的任一防霉剂,观察7d,固体防霉剂使用前先水溶。
1.4、结果:连续观察7d,全部小白鼠均健活且全部小白鼠的精神、食欲、分泌物、呼吸、眼等方面均未观察到异常,将实验小鼠和对照组小鼠经剖解后,各组织器官无明显感官不同,取心、肝、脾、肺、肾及肠作病理切片也无明显不同,增大剂量,同样的方法灌服实施例1~5的任一防霉剂,全部小鼠仍然健活,且与对照组比较无异常,说明该防霉剂对小鼠安全无毒。
实验例
按照下述配方制的用于本发明的防霉剂与现有防霉剂防霉性能测定:
饲料配方:玉米100g,菜籽饼25g,大豆饼35g,麸皮18g,米糠饼25g,磷酸氢钙1.5g,石粉1.3g,预混料0.35g,按照饲料厂常规制粒即可;按本发明防霉变方法进行处理,对照组按照传统的防霉变的方法进行饲料处理,对照组不进行任何防霉变处理,将经过不同处理后的饲料置于在温度为30℃,相对湿度为100%下考察防霉性能,结果如表1所示:

注:“-”表示饲料表面看不到菌丝生长,不见起丝,为未霉变;“±”表示饲料表面有轻微菌丝,但内部不见丝,为轻度霉变;“+”表示饲料表面霉变较重,但内部未见起丝,为一般霉变;“++”表示饲料表面霉变严重,内部可见菌丝,为完全霉变。
Claims (9)
1.一种防止饲料霉变的方法,其特征在于,先将饲料用蒸汽预处理后,再将防霉剂与饲料按2:1的质量比混合,恒温水浴下搅拌30~50min,紫外线照射处理6~8min,过滤,将滤渣干燥后保存即可;
所述的防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁12~18、藿香10~20、麦门冬10~20、忍冬藤10~20、秦艽3~8、萹蓄8~12、土荆皮3~8、谷精草12~18、刺蒺藜2~6、高良姜10~20、复合菌8~12、复合螯合氨基酸1~3。
2.如权利要求1所述的防止饲料霉变的方法,其特征在于,所述的防霉剂,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:紫花地丁15、藿香15、麦门冬15、忍冬藤15、秦艽5、萹蓄10、土荆皮5、谷精草15、刺蒺藜4、高良姜15、复合菌10、复合螯合氨基酸2。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防止饲料霉变的方法,其特征在于,所述的复合菌,是将嗜酸乳杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、酵母菌按(0.3~0.5):(0.1~0.3):(0.4~0.6)的质量比混合制得。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的防止饲料霉变的方法,其特征在于,所述的复合螯合氨基酸,是将蛋氨酸锌、蛋氨酸铜按(0.3~0.4):(0.08~0.12)的质量比混合制得。
5.如权利要求1所述的防止饲料霉变的方法,其特征在于,所述的预处理,是将饲料在90~110℃的蒸汽下处理12~18min。
6.如权利要求1所述的防止饲料霉变的方法,其特征在于,所述的恒温水浴,温度为65~75℃。
7.如权利要求1所述的防止饲料霉变的方法,其特征在于,所述的紫外线,波长为195~215nm。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的防止饲料霉变的方法,其特征在于,所述的防霉剂,其制备方法是将紫花地丁、藿香、麦门冬、忍冬藤、秦艽、萹蓄、土荆皮、谷精草、刺蒺藜和高良姜混合,粉碎,加入所述粉碎料质量1~2倍的水,加热熬煮30min,再加入所述粉碎料质量的10倍量的乙醇,微波处理后常温下静置100min,回收乙醇,再加热继续熬煮剩余料30~40min,过滤再将滤渣加水重复煎煮两次,将三次的滤液合并,浓缩至合并液体积的1/2,将合并液与复合菌、复合螯合氨基酸混匀,装入喷壶即可。
9.如权利要求8所述饲料防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的微波处理,微波功率为650~750w,微波时间为0.4~0.6h。
