本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
紫外线对纺织品易产生不良影响。蚕丝经紫外辐射后,其分子链主链及侧基中肽键基团的C-N键发生断裂,释放出CO、N2等气体,最终分解成氨基酸。高性能纤维在紫外辐射下也会发生不同程度性能下降,如聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑(PBO)纤维经紫外线照射后,其内部碳原子氧化成为CO、CO2等,且CO可进一步加速氧化。同时,聚合物中的氢原子被氧化成-COOH,继而双分子分解,产生自由基,袭击PBO大分子,使大分子化学结构破坏,并产生新自由基,进一步加速大分子链断裂,这使PBO纤维力学性能大幅下降。芳纶经紫外照射后,其内部-CONH-基团的C-N键发生断裂氧化形成-COOH,芳纶的拉伸横断面由原纤状的劈裂断面变为平整断面,表明紫外线使芳纶强度降低,脆性增加。
可见,紫外线可使天然纤维与合成纤维的韧性、强度等力学性能下降,纤维的抗紫外改性已成为重要的研究方向。抗紫外改性,即采用抗紫外助剂对纤维、纱线或织物进行改性,从而达到吸收或反射紫外线的目的。
纳米二氧化钛粒子抗紫外线性能好,对紫外线屏蔽的波段范围大,并有抗菌、防霉和消臭的功能,性价比高,是理想的紫外线屏蔽剂。当今,制备分散稳定的含纳米二氧化钛的整理液,经其整理后织物具备优良的、耐久的抗紫外效果,并且能保持良好的织物手感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗紫外效果佳且耐久性良好的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂,其特征在于,首先通过氯化铈和氯化锌水解沉积在纳米二氧化钛表面,得到表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛,再采用偶联剂KH-550表面处理,得到有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒;然后以丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸和丙烯酸丁酯聚合得到聚丙烯酸乳液;最后将制备有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒水分散液,再以聚丙烯酸乳液包覆,得到一种表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂。
所述的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)以无水乙醇为溶剂制备纳米二氧化钛的悬浊液,并超声30-40min,开始磁力搅拌并升高温度至50-60℃,保持温度恒定,缓慢滴入氯化铈和氯化锌混合溶液,同时保持混合溶液的pH为8-9,滴加完毕后继续恒温磁力搅拌10-12h,对浆液进行洗涤、过滤、干燥、高温煅烧处理,即可得到表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛;其中氯化铈和氯化锌混合溶液中氯化铈和氯化锌质量比为1:6-8;纳米二氧化钛、无水乙醇和氯化锌质量比为1:12-15:0.6-0.8;
(2)将表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛超声分散在无水乙醇和去离子水8-9:1的质量比配置的混合溶液中,并在搅拌条件下加入偶联剂KH-550,升高温度至70-80℃,恒温磁力搅拌5-8h,经离心、洗涤、干燥后得到有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒;其中表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛、无水乙醇和偶联剂KH-550的质量比为1:8-10:0.1-0.2。
(3)向单体罐中加入去离子水,开始搅拌,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、十二硫醇,搅拌至粘度大于200cp后加入过硫酸铵,继续混合搅拌均匀,得到丙烯酸单体混合液;其中丙烯酸、去离子水、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、十二硫醇和过硫酸铵的质量比为1:30-40:0.6-0.7:3-4:80-100:0.02-0.03:0.1-0.15;
(4)向反应釜中加入9/10的去离子水,开始搅拌,加热升温至60-65℃后加入碳酸氢铵和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,混合搅拌均匀升温至70-75℃,加入1/3的丙烯酸单体混合液,继续升温至80-85℃,加入过硫酸铵,滴加剩余的丙烯酸单体混合液,滴加结束后继续恒温搅拌聚合1-2h,降低温度至60-65℃,加入剩余的去离子水,继续降温至50-55℃,加入二异辛基丁二酸酯磺酸钠,继续降温至40-45℃,加入氨水和聚氧乙烯甘油醚,降温至35℃以下,过100目网筛,得到聚丙烯酸乳液;其中碳酸氢铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、去离子水、丙烯酸单体混合液、过硫酸铵、二异辛基丁二酸酯磺酸钠、氨水和聚氧乙烯甘油醚的质量比为1:0.4-0.5:280-300:600-700:3-4:1.5-2:8-10:0.5-0.6;
(5)将有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒加入到去离子水中,55-65℃恒温水浴中超声震荡15-20min,调节体系pH为5.8-6.2,加入十二烷基硫酸钠、OP-10和PEG-600,继续55-65℃恒温超声震荡20-30min,冷却至室温,加入聚丙烯酸乳液,室温超声震荡50-60min,得到表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂;其中有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒、去离子水、十二烷基硫酸钠、OP-10、PEG-600和聚丙烯酸乳液的质量比为1:40-50:0.05-0.07:0.05-0.06:0.03-0.04:3-4。
所述的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中高温煅烧处理为400-450℃煅烧2-3h。
所述的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中滴加剩余的丙烯酸单体混合液为控制在3.5-4h内80-85℃恒温滴加完毕。
所述的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中调节体系pH为5.8-6.2为通过10%的盐酸调节。
采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过氯化铈和氯化锌水解沉积在纳米二氧化钛表面并经洗涤、过滤、干燥、高温煅烧处理得到表面沉积包覆掺杂有铈的氧化锌;相比于单纯的纳米二氧化钛和氧化锌,表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛其折射率更低,而且降低了二氧化钛和氧化锌的光催化活性,其所吸收的紫外光主要用于电子能级跃迁,不会引发光催化,这使其成为理想的广谱无机紫外屏蔽材料;将表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛采用偶联剂KH-550处理,降低了纳米二氧化钛的表面掺铈氧化锌相互之间的强吸附作用,有利于制备有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒水分散液;本发明加入十二烷基硫酸钠、OP-10和PEG-600,相互协同作用,降低抗紫外颗粒的表面能;本发明以丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸和丙烯酸丁酯聚合得到聚丙烯酸乳液,再以此聚丙烯酸乳液包覆有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒,聚丙烯酸可以和纤维表面的羟基发生交联反应,使抗紫外颗粒牢固地固着在织物表面,增加织物抗紫外的耐久性;本发明的织物整理剂稳定性高,经整理后织物抗紫外效果佳且耐久性良好,手感柔软。
具体实施方式
本实施例的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)以无水乙醇为溶剂制备纳米二氧化钛的悬浊液,并超声40min,开始磁力搅拌并升高温度至60℃,保持温度恒定,缓慢滴入氯化铈和氯化锌混合溶液,同时保持混合溶液的pH为8-9,滴加完毕后继续恒温磁力搅拌12h,对浆液进行洗涤、过滤、干燥、高温煅烧处理,即可得到表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛;其中氯化铈和氯化锌混合溶液中氯化铈和氯化锌质量比为1:8;纳米二氧化钛、无水乙醇和氯化锌质量比为1:15:0.7;
(2)将表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛超声分散在无水乙醇和去离子水9:1的质量比配置的混合溶液中,并在搅拌条件下加入偶联剂KH-550,升高温度至80℃,恒温磁力搅拌8h,经离心、洗涤、干燥后得到有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒;其中表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛、无水乙醇和偶联剂KH-550的质量比为1:10:0.1。
(3)向单体罐中加入去离子水,开始搅拌,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、十二硫醇,搅拌至粘度大于200cp后加入过硫酸铵,继续混合搅拌均匀,得到丙烯酸单体混合液;其中丙烯酸、去离子水、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、十二硫醇和过硫酸铵的质量比为1:40:0.7:4:80:0.03:0.1;
(4)向反应釜中加入9/10的去离子水,开始搅拌,加热升温至65℃后加入碳酸氢铵和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,混合搅拌均匀升温至75℃,加入1/3的丙烯酸单体混合液,继续升温至85℃,加入过硫酸铵,滴加剩余的丙烯酸单体混合液,滴加结束后继续恒温搅拌聚合2h,降低温度至65℃,加入剩余的去离子水,继续降温至55℃,加入二异辛基丁二酸酯磺酸钠,继续降温至45℃,加入氨水和聚氧乙烯甘油醚,降温至35℃以下,过100目网筛,得到聚丙烯酸乳液;其中碳酸氢铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、去离子水、丙烯酸单体混合液、过硫酸铵、二异辛基丁二酸酯磺酸钠、氨水和聚氧乙烯甘油醚的质量比为1:0.5:300:700:4:2:10:0.6;
(5)将有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒加入到去离子水中,65℃恒温水浴中超声震荡20min,调节体系pH为6,加入十二烷基硫酸钠、OP-10和PEG-600,继续65℃恒温超声震荡30min,冷却至室温,加入聚丙烯酸乳液,室温超声震荡60min,得到表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂;其中有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒、去离子水、十二烷基硫酸钠、OP-10、PEG-600和聚丙烯酸乳液的质量比为1:50:0.07:0.06:0.04:4。
本实施例的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂的制备方法,步骤(1)中高温煅烧处理为450℃煅烧3h。
本实施例的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂的制备方法,步骤(4)中滴加剩余的丙烯酸单体混合液为控制在4h内85℃恒温滴加完毕。
本实施例的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂的制备方法,步骤(5)中调节体系pH,通过10%的盐酸调节。
Claims (5)
1.一种表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂,其特征在于,首先通过氯化铈和氯化锌水解沉积在纳米二氧化钛表面,得到表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛,再采用偶联剂KH-550表面处理,得到有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒;然后以丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸和丙烯酸丁酯聚合得到聚丙烯酸乳液;最后将制备有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒水分散液,再以聚丙烯酸乳液包覆,得到一种表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)以无水乙醇为溶剂制备纳米二氧化钛的悬浊液,并超声30-40min,开始磁力搅拌并升高温度至50-60℃,保持温度恒定,缓慢滴入氯化铈和氯化锌混合溶液,同时保持混合溶液的pH为8-9,滴加完毕后继续恒温磁力搅拌10-12h,对浆液进行洗涤、过滤、干燥、高温煅烧处理,即可得到表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛;其中氯化铈和氯化锌混合溶液中氯化铈和氯化锌质量比为1:6-8;纳米二氧化钛、无水乙醇和氯化锌质量比为1:12-15:0.6-0.8;
(2)将表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛超声分散在无水乙醇和去离子水8-9:1的质量比配置的混合溶液中,并在搅拌条件下加入偶联剂KH-550,升高温度至70-80℃,恒温磁力搅拌5-8h,经离心、洗涤、干燥后得到有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒;其中表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛、无水乙醇和偶联剂KH-550的质量比为1:8-10:0.1-0.2;
(3)向单体罐中加入去离子水,开始搅拌,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、十二硫醇,搅拌至粘度大于200cp后加入过硫酸铵,继续混合搅拌均匀,得到丙烯酸单体混合液;其中丙烯酸、去离子水、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、十二硫醇和过硫酸铵的质量比为1:30-40:0.6-0.7:3-4:80-100:0.02-0.03:0.1-0.15;
(4)向反应釜中加入9/10的去离子水,开始搅拌,加热升温至60-65℃后加入碳酸氢铵和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,混合搅拌均匀升温至70-75℃,加入1/3的丙烯酸单体混合液,继续升温至80-85℃,加入过硫酸铵,滴加剩余的丙烯酸单体混合液,滴加结束后继续恒温搅拌聚合1-2h,降低温度至60-65℃,加入剩余的去离子水,继续降温至50-55℃,加入二异辛基丁二酸酯磺酸钠,继续降温至40-45℃,加入氨水和聚氧乙烯甘油醚,降温至35℃以下,过100目网筛,得到聚丙烯酸乳液;其中碳酸氢铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、去离子水、丙烯酸单体混合液、过硫酸铵、二异辛基丁二酸酯磺酸钠、氨水和聚氧乙烯甘油醚的质量比为1:0.4-0.5:280-300:600-700:3-4:1.5-2:8-10:0.5-0.6;
(5)将有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒加入到去离子水中,55-65℃恒温水浴中超声震荡15-20min,调节体系pH为5.8-6.2,加入十二烷基硫酸钠、OP-10和PEG-600,继续55-65℃恒温超声震荡20-30min,冷却至室温,加入聚丙烯酸乳液,室温超声震荡50-60min,得到表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂;其中有机硅改性的抗紫外颗粒、去离子水、十二烷基硫酸钠、OP-10、PEG-600和聚丙烯酸乳液的质量比为1:40-50:0.05-0.07:0.05-0.06:0.03-0.04:3-4。
3.根据权利要求书2所述的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中高温煅烧处理为400-450℃煅烧2-3h。
4.根据权利要求书2所述的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中滴加剩余的丙烯酸单体混合液为控制在3.5-4h内80-85℃恒温滴加完毕。
5.根据权利要求书2所述的表面包覆掺铈氧化锌的纳米二氧化钛织物整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中调节体系pH为5.8-6.2为通过10%的盐酸调节。
