一种醋酸纤维脂眼镜表面热压立体花纹加工方法,包括如下步骤:(1)根据花纹位置、特点、模具腔形开料,刨料;(2)把密封烤炉加热温度调至250度,温度达到把已车好外形的胶板料,单独放进或套入特定模具内并放进限温定时盘转烤炉内加热1‑3分钟时间;(3)把上模安装在15吨液压机上,等待胶板料完全烤软化后,直接把胶板料或与模具一起拿出放在液压机压,把液压机压力调制10吨压力直接压,等待30秒时间料已冷却定型后直接取出;(4)把已经压出的料放进CNC精雕,根据成品图要求数据车内圈与其他已经常规工序。

技术领域
本发明属于眼镜制造技术领域,尤其是涉及一种醋酸纤维脂眼镜表面热压立体花纹加工方法。
背景技术
目前眼镜的制作过程中,眼镜架表面立体花纹依靠精雕机来雕刻,表面粗糙,时间长,效率低,成本奇高;本行业同类TR90注塑虽然也可以热塑立体花纹,但模具复杂,材料限制,效果有限。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种醋酸纤维脂眼镜表面热压立体花纹加工方法。
本发明的上述目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种醋酸纤维脂眼镜表面热压立体花纹加工方法,具体步骤包括:
1.根据花纹位置/特点/模具腔形开料,刨料;
2.把密封烤炉加热温度调至250度,温度达到把已车好外形的胶板料,单独放进或套入特定模具内并放进限温定时盘转烤炉内加热1-3分钟时间;
3.把上模安装在15吨液压机上,等待胶板料完全烤软化后,直接把胶板料或与模具一起拿出放在液压机压,把液压机压力调制10吨压力直接压,等待30秒时间料已冷却定型后直接取出;
4.把已经压出的料放进CNC精雕,根据成品图要求数据车内圈与其他已经常规工序,成品如图3所示。
本发明的醋酸纤维脂眼镜表面热压立体花纹加工方法,依靠热压技术与模具形状改变原材料形状,利用胶板料加热变软和模具形状,可在圈面、侧面、背面做出不同形状立体花纹,而且原材料是一体材质无需拼料加工,使成品眼镜表面出现多姿多彩任意形状立体花纹,可减少加工繁琐工序,降低企业生产成本。

材料与准备:
1.选择任意颜色6.0厚胶板料;
2.特定模具,结构不限于上中下,材料不限于铜;
3.15吨液压机;
4.特定0~300度限温定时盘转烤炉;
5.CNC精雕机;
6.其他若干眼镜生产常规设备。
如图1-3所示,在一种优选实施方式中,本发明的一种醋酸纤维脂眼镜表面热压立体花纹加工方法,具体步骤包括:
1.根据花纹位置/特点/模具腔形开料,刨料;
2.把密封烤炉加热温度调至250度,温度达到把已车好外形的胶板料,单独放进或套入特定模具内并放进限温定时盘转烤炉内加热13分钟时间;
3.把上模安装在15吨液压机上,等待胶板料完全烤软化后,直接把胶板料或与模具一起拿出放在液压机压,把液压机压力调制10吨压力直接压,等待30秒时间料已冷却定型后直接取出;
4.把已经压出的料放进CNC精雕,根据成品图要求数据车内圈与其他已经常规工序,成品如图3所示。

1.一种醋酸纤维脂眼镜表面热压立体花纹加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)根据花纹位置、特点、模具腔形开料,刨料;
(2)把密封烤炉加热温度调至250度,温度达到把已车好外形的胶板料,单独放进或套入特定模具内并放进限温定时盘转烤炉内加热1-3分钟时间;
(3)把上模安装在15吨液压机上,等待胶板料完全烤软化后,直接把胶板料或与模具一起拿出放在液压机压,把液压机压力调制10吨压力直接压,等待30秒时间料已冷却定型后直接取出;
(4)把已经压出的料放进CNC精雕,根据成品图要求数据车内圈与其他已经常规工序。
