Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料回收粉碎机,包括机体、切割电机、粉碎电机和冷风机,所述机体的顶端开设有进料口,所述机体的内腔位于进料口的下方安装有切割刀辊组,所述切割刀辊组的下方设置有粉碎腔,所述粉碎腔内安装有粉碎刀轴,所述切割电机和冷风机固定安装在机体外侧顶端一侧,所述切割电机通过传动齿轮与切割刀辊组连接,所述冷风机的出风口通过导气管与粉碎腔连通,所述粉碎腔的底部通过螺丝固定安装有第一滤网,所述机体在位于第一滤网的下方倾斜安装有第二滤网,所述粉碎电机通过传动带与粉碎刀轴转动连接。本发明结构简单,构思巧妙,在对废塑料进行粉碎的同时,又能对其进行筛选。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料回收技术领域,具体为一种塑料回收粉碎机。
背景技术
废塑料是在民用、工业等用途中,使用过且最终淘汰或替换下来的塑料的统称。是500~1000年才能腐烂的塑料,常常造成大面积污染。因此需要对其进行粉碎回收利用,而现有的装置切割粉碎效果效率低,而且不能对粉碎刀轴进行降温冷却,极大的增加了粉碎刀轴的热损耗,降低其使用寿命。因此需要设计一种塑料回收粉碎机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料回收粉碎机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种塑料回收粉碎机,包括机体、切割电机、粉碎电机和冷风机,所述机体的顶端开设有进料口,所述机体的内腔位于进料口的下方安装有切割刀辊组,所述切割刀辊组的下方设置有粉碎腔,所述粉碎腔内安装有粉碎刀轴,所述切割电机和冷风机固定安装在机体外侧顶端一侧,所述切割电机通过传动齿轮与切割刀辊组连接,所述冷风机的出风口通过导气管与粉碎腔连通,所述粉碎腔的底部通过螺丝固定安装有第一滤网,所述机体在位于第一滤网的下方倾斜安装有第二滤网,所述粉碎电机固定安装在机体的内腔中且位于粉碎腔的一侧,所述粉碎电机通过传动带与粉碎刀轴转动连接,所述机体的底部外侧固定焊接有减震支脚。
优选的,所述进料口的一侧固定连接有进料台,所述进料台与机体之间固定焊接有支架。
优选的,所述切割刀辊组由三个上下交错安装的切割刀轴组成,且彼此之间的切割刀刃交插在一起。
优选的,所述第二滤网的斜下方开设有出尘口。
优选的,所述减震支脚与机体之间设置有减震弹簧。
优选的,所述机体在进料口与切割刀辊组之间的侧壁上固定设置有导料板。
优选的,所述机体在第二滤网的一侧侧壁上开设有出料口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此发明能够对废塑料进行破碎分解,并对破碎后的塑料进行筛选,通过设置冷风机来对粉碎刀轴进行冷却降温,通过设置切割刀辊组,能够对废塑料进行切割分解,给后续的粉碎工作带来极大的方便。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种塑料回收粉碎机,包括机体1、切割电机6、粉碎电机7和冷风机9,所述机体1的顶端开设有进料口2,所述进料口2的一侧固定连接有进料台14,所述进料台14与机体1之间固定焊接有支架,便于进料稳定性好,所述机体1的内腔位于进料口2的下方安装有切割刀辊组3,所述机体1在进料口2与切割刀辊组3之间的侧壁上固定设置有导料板13,起到了导料的作用,所述切割刀辊组3由三个上下交错安装的切割刀轴组成,且彼此之间的切割刀刃交插在一起,起到了很好的切割破碎作用,所述切割刀辊组3的下方设置有粉碎腔4,所述粉碎腔4内安装有粉碎刀轴5,所述切割电机6和冷风机9固定安装在机体1外侧顶端一侧,所述切割电机6通过传动齿轮与切割刀辊组3连接,所述冷风机9的出风口通过导气管与粉碎腔4连通,所述粉碎腔4的底部通过螺丝固定安装有第一滤网8,所述机体1在位于第一滤网8的下方倾斜安装有第二滤网10,所述机体1在第二滤网10的一侧侧壁上开设有出料口,便于将筛分后的塑料排出机体1外,所述第二滤网10的斜下方开设有出尘口11,便于将筛分后的粉尘排送到机体1外,所述粉碎电机7固定安装在机体1的内腔中且位于粉碎腔4的一侧,所述粉碎电机7通过传动带与粉碎刀轴5转动连接,所述机体1的底部外侧固定焊接有减震支脚12,所述减震支脚12与机体1之间设置有减震弹簧,起到了减震的作用,此发明能够对废塑料进行破碎分解,并对破碎后的塑料颗粒进行筛选,通过设置冷风机9来对粉碎刀轴5进行冷却降温,通过设置切割刀辊组3,能够对废塑料进行切割分解,给后续的粉碎工作带来极大的方便。
工作原理:废塑料在切割刀辊组3的切割分解下,分解成小的碎块,然后传送到粉碎腔4内,在粉碎刀轴5的作用下进行粉碎,粉碎后的塑料颗粒或粉末,在第一滤网8和第二滤网9的作用下进行筛分,在此过程中,冷风机9向粉碎腔4内通入冷风,来对粉碎刀轴5进行降温冷却,减少粉碎刀轴5的热损耗。

1.一种塑料回收粉碎机,其特征在于:包括机体(1)、切割电机(6)、粉碎电机(7)和冷风机(9),所述机体(1)的顶端开设有进料口(2),所述机体(1)的内腔位于进料口(2)的下方安装有切割刀辊组(3),所述切割刀辊组(3)的下方设置有粉碎腔(4),所述粉碎腔(4)内安装有粉碎刀轴(5),所述切割电机(6)和冷风机(9)固定安装在机体(1)外侧顶端一侧,所述切割电机(6)通过传动齿轮与切割刀辊组(3)连接,所述冷风机(9)的出风口通过导气管与粉碎腔(4)连通,所述粉碎腔(4)的底部通过螺丝固定安装有第一滤网(8),所述机体(1)在位于第一滤网(8)的下方倾斜安装有第二滤网(10),所述粉碎电机(7)固定安装在机体(1)的内腔中且位于粉碎腔(4)的一侧,所述粉碎电机(7)通过传动带与粉碎刀轴(5)转动连接,所述机体(1)的底部外侧固定焊接有减震支脚(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收粉碎机,其特征在于:所述进料口(2)的一侧固定连接有进料台(14),所述进料台(14)与机体(1)之间固定焊接有支架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收粉碎机,其特征在于:所述切割刀辊组(3)由三个上下交错安装的切割刀轴组成,且彼此之间的切割刀刃交插在一起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收粉碎机,其特征在于:所述第二滤网(10)的斜下方开设有出尘口(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收粉碎机,其特征在于:所述减震支脚(12)与机体(1)之间设置有减震弹簧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收粉碎机,其特征在于:所述机体(1)在进料口(2)与切割刀辊组(3)之间的侧壁上固定设置有导料板(13)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收粉碎机,其特征在于:所述机体(1)在第二滤网(10)的一侧侧壁上开设有出料口。
