技术领域
本发明属于中草药技术领域，具体涉及缓解肾病综合症的汤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
肾病综合征简称肾综，是指由多种病因引起的，以肾小球基膜通透性增加伴肾小球滤过率降低等肾小球病变为主的一组综合征临床具有四大特点：①大量蛋白尿超过3.5g/d，可有脂质尿；②低白蛋白血症血清白蛋白小于30g/L；③高脂血症；④水肿根据不同病因和病理将本征分为3类：即原发性肾病综合征先天性肾病综合征、继发性肾病综合征。典型表现为大量蛋白尿(每日＞3.5g/1.73m2体表面积)、低白蛋白血症(血浆白蛋白＜30g/L)、水肿是否伴有高脂血症诊断标准应为大量蛋白尿和低蛋白血症。大量蛋白尿是肾小球疾病的特征，在肾血管疾病或肾小管间质疾病中出现如此大量的蛋白尿较为少见。由于低蛋白血症、高脂血症和水肿都是大量蛋白尿的后果，因此，认为诊断的标准应以大量蛋白尿为主。
肾病综合征并不是一种疾病的名称，而是代表着一组症状，背后是各种慢性肾病。肾病综合征最主要并发症肾病综合征患者抵抗力下降，易发生感染，常见的有呼吸道感染和泌尿道感染、原发性腹膜炎、蜂窝织炎。由于血液呈高凝状态，易发生肾静脉血栓、肺栓塞、周围静脉的血栓性静脉炎等。还会引起维生素D和锌的缺乏，很容易导致人体乏力、伤口愈合缓慢等。肾病综合征最严重的后果就是引起急性肾功能衰竭；长期大量蛋白尿造成的慢性肾功能衰竭比例也远高于正常人群。
目前西医治疗肾炎或肾功能障碍疾病的主要方法，是给患者服用激素类药物，这些激素类药物虽然能使患者的病情得到暂时缓解，但是还无法达到彻底根治的目的。而且，患者如果长期大量使用激素类药物，其所产生的副作用非常大，易引起糖尿病、高血压、骨质疏松、无菌性骨质坏死、肥胖、多毛、痤疮、钠潴留、水肿、血钾降低、肠胃系统疾病、女性月经紊乱等病症。有些患者不仅不能减轻疾病带来的痛苦，反而因为激素类药物所造成的副作用，增加了患者的痛苦。因此，在医疗领域，对于激素类药物副作用较大的问题，已经引起医学专家们的高度重视，许多医生和学者已开始探索和研究利用中医药方法治疗肾脏系统疾病。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出缓解肾病综合症的汤剂及其制备方法。通过按一定的配比选用绿色天然的中草药，煎熬成液体药剂，通过口服液体药剂，从内调理身体气血，达到缓解肾病综合症的效果。
为达到上述目的，本发明提出缓解肾病综合症的汤剂，包括以下重量份的组成成分：黄连3-7份、金樱子5-15份、茯苓5-15份、黄芩5-15份、鱼腥草2-8份、芡实3-7份、枸杞5-15份、石韦2-8份、当归2.5-7份、白芍2.5-7份、生地2.5-7份、川芎2.5-7份、桃仁2.5-5份、益母草2.5-7份、蒲公英2.5-7份、蒺藜子5-10份、早莲草5-10份、女贞子5-10份、白茅根5-10份、山药5-15份、生饮水250-350份。
作为优选，上述缓解肾病综合症的汤剂包括以下重量份的组成成分：黄连5份、金樱子10份、茯苓10份、黄芩10份、鱼腥草5份、芡实4份、枸杞10份、石韦6份、当归5份、白芍5份、生地5份、川芎5份、桃仁3份、益母草5份、蒲公英5份、蒺藜子6份、早莲草6份、女贞子8份、白茅根8份、山药8份、生饮水300份。
为达到上述目的，本发明还提出缓解肾病综合症的汤剂的制备方法，具体包括以下制备步骤：
步骤一、选取黄连、金樱子、茯苓、黄芩、鱼腥草、芡实、枸杞、石韦、当归、白芍、生地、川芎、桃仁、益母草、蒲公英、蒺藜子、早莲草、女贞子、白茅根以及山药，洗净、干燥；
步骤二、将上述洗净、干燥后的黄连、金樱子、茯苓、黄芩、鱼腥草、芡实、枸杞、石韦、当归、白芍、生地、川芎、桃仁、益母草、蒲公英、蒺藜子、早莲草、女贞子、白茅根以及山药置于研磨器中，研磨成粉状，得到混合药粉；
步骤三、将步骤二得到的混合药粉与生饮水混合搅拌，置于煎药器中，在85-100.5℃下蒸煮1.5-2.5h，均质、灭菌包装，即得缓解肾病综合症的汤剂。
上述步骤二中混合药粉过120～150目筛。
作为优选，上步骤三中蒸煮的温度为95-100.5℃，蒸煮时间为2-2.5h。

步骤三、将步骤二得到的混合药粉与生饮水混合搅拌，置于煎药器中，在85-100.5℃下蒸煮1.5-2.5h，均质、灭菌包装，即得缓解肾病综合症的汤剂。

本实施例的缓解肾病综合症的汤剂的制备方法，具体包括以下制备步骤：
步骤一、选取黄连、金樱子、茯苓、黄芩、鱼腥草、芡实、枸杞、石韦、当归、白芍、生地、川芎、桃仁、益母草、蒲公英、蒺藜子、早莲草、女贞子、白茅根以及山药，洗净、干燥；
步骤二、将上述洗净、干燥后的黄连、金樱子、茯苓、黄芩、鱼腥草、芡实、枸杞、石韦、当归、白芍、生地、川芎、桃仁、益母草、蒲公英、蒺藜子、早莲草、女贞子、白茅根以及山药置于研磨器中，研磨成粉状，过150目筛，得到混合药粉；
步骤三、将步骤二得到的混合药粉与生饮水混合搅拌，置于砂锅中，在100℃下蒸煮2.5h，均质、灭菌包装，即得缓解肾病综合症的汤剂。

在具体实施方式的基础上，本实施例的缓解肾病综合症的汤剂，包括以下重量份的组成成分：黄连4份、金樱子8份、茯苓8份、黄芩8份、鱼腥草6份、芡实5份、枸杞10份、石韦6份、当归5份、白芍5份、生地5份、川芎5份、桃仁4份、益母草5份、蒲公英5份、蒺藜子8份、早莲草8份、女贞子6份、白茅根6份、山药15份、生饮水350份。
本实施例的缓解肾病综合症的汤剂的制备方法，具体包括以下制备步骤：
步骤一、选取黄连、金樱子、茯苓、黄芩、鱼腥草、芡实、枸杞、石韦、当归、白芍、生地、川芎、桃仁、益母草、蒲公英、蒺藜子、早莲草、女贞子、白茅根以及山药，洗净、干燥；
步骤二、将上述洗净、干燥后的黄连、金樱子、茯苓、黄芩、鱼腥草、芡实、枸杞、石韦、当归、白芍、生地、川芎、桃仁、益母草、蒲公英、蒺藜子、早莲草、女贞子、白茅根以及山药置于研磨器中，研磨成粉状，过120目筛，得到混合药粉；
步骤三、将步骤二得到的混合药粉与生饮水混合搅拌，置于煎药器中，在95℃下蒸煮2h，均质、灭菌包装，即得缓解肾病综合症的汤剂。

1.缓解肾病综合症的汤剂，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的组成成分：黄连3-7份、金樱子5-15份、茯苓5-15份、黄芩5-15份、鱼腥草2-8份、芡实3-7份、枸杞5-15份、石韦2-8份、当归2.5-7份、白芍2.5-7份、生地2.5-7份、川芎2.5-7份、桃仁2.5-5份、益母草2.5-7份、蒲公英2.5-7份、蒺藜子5-10份、早莲草5-10份、女贞子5-10份、白茅根5-10份、山药5-15份、生饮水250-350份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓解肾病综合症的汤剂，其特征在于，所述缓解肾病综合症的汤剂包括以下重量份的组成成分：黄连5份、金樱子10份、茯苓10份、黄芩10份、鱼腥草5份、芡实4份、枸杞10份、石韦6份、当归5份、白芍5份、生地5份、川芎5份、桃仁3份、益母草5份、蒲公英5份、蒺藜子6份、早莲草6份、女贞子8份、白茅根8份、山药8份、生饮水300份。
3.缓解肾病综合症的汤剂的制备方法，其特征在于，所述制备方法包括以下制备步骤：
步骤一、选取黄连、金樱子、茯苓、黄芩、鱼腥草、芡实、枸杞、石韦、当归、白芍、生地、川芎、桃仁、益母草、蒲公英、蒺藜子、早莲草、女贞子、白茅根以及山药，洗净、干燥；

步骤三、将步骤二得到的混合药粉与生饮水混合搅拌，置于煎药器中，在85-100.5℃下蒸煮1.5-2.5h，均质、灭菌包装，即得缓解肾病综合症的汤剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的缓解肾病综合症的汤剂的制备方法，其特征在于,所述步骤二中混合药粉过120～150目筛。
5.根据权利要求3所述的缓解肾病综合症的汤剂的制备方法，其特征在于,所述步骤三中蒸煮的温度为95-100.5℃，蒸煮时间为2-2.5h。
6.根据权利要求3所述的缓解肾病综合症的汤剂的制备方法，其特征在于,所述步骤三中煎药器为砂锅类煎药器。
