本发明涉及洗衣机减震技术领域,具体地,涉及一种洗衣机减震装置及洗衣机。
背景技术
全自动洗衣机脱水启动和脱水运行时,外桶会随着电机启动晃动或摆动,形成较大的震动和噪音。因此,为了减弱洗衣机脱水时的震动和噪音,现有的全自动洗衣机一般都会装有减震装置,减震装置的吊杆的一端吊装在洗衣机箱体上,吊杆的另一端悬挂在洗衣机外桶的悬挂座上,减震装置包括减震弹簧部件,在外桶晃动或摆动时,通过减震弹簧部件的缓冲作用缓解外桶的偏心,从而达到减震的目的。
现有洗衣机减震装置的减震弹簧部件一般设置在吊杆上悬挂洗衣机外桶的一端,为了考虑减震弹簧部件的安装,洗衣机的外桶上需要设计出相应的安装结构,外桶的结构设计的相对复杂且在一定程度上占据了外桶的空间。另外,由于减震弹簧部件贴近外桶设置,在洗衣机脱水过程中,外桶随着脱水启动摇摆会与减震弹簧部件产生干涉。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的第一发明目的是提供一种洗衣机减震装置,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
一种洗衣机减震装置,包括上吊杆、减震弹簧部件和下吊杆,所述上吊杆的上端吊装在洗衣机的箱体上,所述下吊杆的下端吊装在洗衣机的外桶上,所述的减震弹簧部件吊装在上吊杆与下吊杆之间:所述的上吊杆和/或下吊杆在减震弹簧部件的带动下进行弹性伸缩。
进一步地,所述上吊杆的长度小于或者等于所述下吊杆的长度,所述的减震弹簧部件与下吊杆相连接:下吊杆在减震部件的带动下进行弹性伸缩。
进一步地,所述上吊杆的下端连接一支撑座,所述的减震弹簧部件安装在支撑座上,所述下吊杆的上端与减震部件相连接:下吊杆在减震部件的带动下进行弹性伸缩。
进一步地,所述的上吊杆包括多个上支吊杆,上支吊杆的上端分别吊装在洗衣机箱体上或者汇聚一起后吊装在洗衣机箱体上,上支吊杆的下端分别沿着支撑座的周向进行吊装,上支吊杆之间围成一用于容纳减震弹簧部件的空间。
进一步地,所述的上吊杆还包括主上吊杆,主上吊杆的上端吊装在洗衣机箱体上,所述上支吊杆的上端分别与主上吊杆的下端固定连接;
优选地,所述的上吊杆包括主上吊杆、第一支上吊杆和第二支上吊杆,第一支上吊杆由主上吊杆的下端弯折形成的“L”形杆,第二支上吊杆与主上吊杆固定连接的“L”形杆。

本实施例的壳体401包括盖壳和底壳404,盖壳和底壳404之间形成封闭腔室,所述的减震弹簧402和弹簧座403设置在该封闭腔室内且能在封闭腔室的内壁限位下上下滑动。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,本实施例所述下吊杆500的上端连接一支撑座600,所述的减震弹簧部件400安装在支撑座600上,所述上吊杆的下端与减震部件400相连接:上吊杆在减震部件400的带动下进行弹性伸缩。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述上吊杆和下吊杆500分别连接减震弹簧部件400的减震弹簧:上吊杆和下吊杆500在减震弹簧部件400的带动下进行弹性伸缩。
本实施例同时提供了一种具有上述任意一项所述洗衣机减震装置的洗衣机。具有如下的优点:
1、在保证外桶直径不变的情况下,可增大其内部容积。
2、避免脱水过程中外桶和洗衣机减震装置发生干涉,脱水更加平稳。

Claims (10)

1.一种洗衣机减震装置,其特征在于,包括上吊杆、减震弹簧部件和下吊杆,所述上吊杆的上端吊装在洗衣机的箱体上,所述下吊杆的下端吊装在洗衣机的外桶上,所述的减震弹簧部件吊装在上吊杆与下吊杆之间:所述的上吊杆和/或下吊杆在减震弹簧部件的带动下进行弹性伸缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机减震装置,其特征在于,所述上吊杆的长度小于或者等于所述下吊杆的长度,所述的减震弹簧部件与下吊杆相连接:下吊杆在减震部件的带动下进行弹性伸缩。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机减震装置,其特征在于,所述上吊杆的下端连接一支撑座,所述的减震弹簧部件安装在支撑座上,所述下吊杆的上端与减震部件相连接:下吊杆在减震部件的带动下进行弹性伸缩。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机减震装置,其特征在于,所述的上吊杆包括多个上支吊杆,上支吊杆的上端分别吊装在洗衣机箱体上或者汇聚一起后吊装在洗衣机箱体上,上支吊杆的下端分别沿着支撑座的周向进行吊装,上支吊杆之间围成一用于容纳减震弹簧部件的空间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机减震装置,其特征在于,所述的上吊杆还包括主上吊杆,主上吊杆的上端吊装在洗衣机箱体上,所述上支吊杆的上端分别与主上吊杆的下端固定连接;
优选地,所述的上吊杆包括主上吊杆、第一支上吊杆和第二支上吊杆,第一支上吊杆由主上吊杆的下端弯折形成的“L”形杆,第二支上吊杆与主上吊杆固定连接的“L”形杆。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种洗衣机减震装置,其特征在于,所述的支撑座上设置多个吊装孔,所述的吊装孔分别与上支吊杆相对应,所述上支吊杆的下端端部分别限位安装在吊装孔内,上支吊杆与吊装孔之间设置垫片。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机减震装置,其特征在于,所述的支撑座具有一敞开的容纳腔室,所述减震弹簧部件的一端设置在容纳腔室内,所述容纳腔室的底壁开设一通孔,所述的下吊杆贯穿该通孔与减震弹簧部件相连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机减震装置,其特征在于,所述的减震弹簧部件包括壳体和设置在壳体内的减震弹簧,减震弹簧的一端止抵于壳体内,弹簧的另一端连接有弹簧座;
所述壳体的一端固定安装在支撑座的容纳腔室内,所述的下吊杆伸入到壳体内与弹簧座相连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机减震装置,其特征在于,所述下吊杆的上端连接一支撑座,所述的减震弹簧部件安装在支撑座上,所述上吊杆的下端与减震部件相连接:上吊杆在减震部件的带动下进行弹性伸缩;
所述上吊杆和下吊杆分别连接减震弹簧部件的减震弹簧:上吊杆和下吊杆在减震弹簧部件的带动下进行弹性伸缩。
10.一种具有如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的洗衣机减震装置的洗衣机。
