技术领域
本发明涉及一种开关接线装置的模块化结构;特别是指一种开关接线装置设置组合架,可装卸的组装复数个形成模块化结构的接线模块的发明。
背景技术
开关接线装置是一种具有连接电路、线路的电源开关组件,安装于电子、电机设备的操作面板或配电箱,用以连接配线电路。开关接线装置应用被配装在接线座或接点座(通常是塑料材料制成)上的导电组件、螺丝锁接电子、电机设备的配线电路或导线,配合开关按钮的操作,控制导电组件和配线电路或导线的通电或断电,而建立开、关电路电源的作用,已经是习知技艺;例如,DE 4408366A1、日本P 2000-340062A、CN 2821833Y「旋钮开关的快速连接锁紧机构」专利案等,提供了典型的实施例。
一个有关这类开关接线装置在操作使用和结构设计方面的课题是,它们通常具有一筒体,用来包覆上述组件;接点座和筒体设有相通的操作孔,提供人员操作工具控制螺丝锁接从侧边进入的导线;不仅人员需要比较大的操作空间(有时受限于现场环境,时常让人员的操作作业变得麻烦和困难),并且必须弯折导线,才能顺利锁接导线,所述情形对导线来说是不利的。
在某些使用的环境(例如机器设备的运转会产生震动情形),长期使用的过程,容易造成螺丝松动,线材松脱的情形。特别是,螺丝机构和导线或线材的枢接作业都必须使用工具才能操作锁紧、放松的工作,相对也比较麻烦。
另一个有关这类开关接线装置在结构设计和制造方面的课题是,每一接点座设有开放型态的槽室,用来配置复数个接电组件;复数个接电组件分别形成常开模块(NO)及/或常闭模块(NC)。因此,在厂制阶段即依据使用需求制作完成(例如,使开关接线装置配置二个常开模块,或配置一常开模块及一常闭模块,或配置二个常闭模块);这表示每一组开关接线装置在使用后发生故障时,无法只更换损坏的部分,必须汰换整个开关接线装置,相对的也提高了使用者的成本。
不过就像那些熟习此技艺的人所知悉,人员的组装作业可能因疏忽,发生常开模块及/或常闭模块配置错误,而无法符合使用者需求的情形。
特别是,这类开关接线装置应用在电性连接较大电流导线的规格时,接点座的结构常使相邻的导电组件发生电弧现象,造成电力传输不稳定的情形;而这种情形并不是我们所期望的。

发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种开关接线装置的模块化结构,能够提供可依据需求简便操作装卸,变换开关规格(或常开/常闭模式)和增加绝缘效果改善电弧现象等作用。该开关接线装置的模块化结构包括一组合架,组合架具有第一边和第二边;第一边及/或第二边设有组装部,用以组合接线模块;接线模块包括第一接线模块及/或第二接线模块。接线模块(或第一接线模块、第二接线模块)具有几何形断面或轮廓的壳体,壳体界定有腔室,可用来收容包覆导电组件等接电组件。以及,壳体设有配装部,接合组合架的组装部,使接线模块可装卸的配装在组合架上,形成一整体型态。
根据本发明的开关接线装置的模块化结构,该接线模块(或第一接线模块、第二接线模块)的壳体包括主端壁、连接主端壁的配装边和包覆边、连接配装边和包覆边的副端壁;主端壁和配装边分别形成有相通于腔室的主开口和侧开口,让导电组件装入壳体腔室。以及,组合架的第一边、第二边分别设有限制部,可嵌接壳体侧开口的边缘,辅助固定接线模块和组合架。

请参阅图1、图2及图3,本发明的开关接线装置的模块化结构,包括一组合架,概以参考编号10表示之;组合架10具有第一边11、第二边12和连接第一边11、第二边12的侧边13;第一边11、第二边12分别设有柱状结构的组装部14,用以组合接线模块20。
图中显示了接线模块20包括第一接线模块21和第二接线模块22。接线模块20(或第一接线模块21、第二接线模块22)具有几何形断面或轮廓的壳体23;壳体23成半筒体结构,包括主端壁24、连接主端壁24的配装边25和包覆边26、连接配装边25和包覆边26的副端壁27,共同界定出一腔室28,用来收容包覆接电组件40。

在所采较佳的实施例中,人员可依据使用需求,使接线模块20(或第一接线模块21、第二接线模块22)配合配装部29和组装部14,组合固定在组合架10的第一边11及/或第二边12。以及,组合架10的侧边13设有突出的嵌部17,接线模块20的包覆边26也设有突出的嵌部31;当组合架10、接线模块20共同装入开关筒体50时,嵌部17、31会分别嵌合固定在开关筒体50形成的嵌合部57、51上。图中显示嵌合部57、51形成孔洞的型态。
须加以说明的是,人员可将第一接线模块21配装成整批的常开模块(NO)及/或将第二接线模块22配装成整批的常闭模块(NC),再依据使用需求,选择第一接线模块21及/或第二接线模块22组装于组合架10的第一边11及/或第二边12;例如,使组合架10配置至少一个常开模块或二个常开模块,或配置一常开模块及一常闭模块,或配置至少一个常闭模块或二个常闭模块。
所述第一接线模块21、第二接线模块22分别被区分为两组整批产品,有助于降低人员组装产生错误的情形。并且,该组合架10组装和分隔第一接线模块21、第二接线模块22,有助于提高开关接线装置的绝缘效果,阻止第一接线模块21、第二接线模块22产生相互干扰的电弧现象。
代表性的来说,本发明的开关接线装置的模块化结构在具备操作简便的条件下,相较于旧法而言,具有下列的优点:

2.特别是,旧法对于配线电路或导线的拆装需要较大的操作空间、必须弯折导线才能顺利操作螺丝锁接接电组件的作业比较麻烦和困难等不利情形,都获得了明显的改善。以及,该组合架10、第一接线模块21、第二接线模块22形成模块化结构,而容许人员或使用者依据需求,可装卸的组装或更换常开模块及/或常闭模块的机制,在开关接线装置使用过程或阶段,不仅让人员可针对故障的组件部分作更换,而相对降低了使用者的成本;并且,改善了旧法中人员组装错误或相邻的接电组件容易发生电弧现象等情形。
故,本发明提供了一有效的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其空间型态不同于习知者,且具有旧法中无法比拟的优点,展现了相当大的进步,诚已充份符合发明专利的要件。

Claims (14)
1.一种开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,包括一组合架和接线模块的组合;
所述组合架具有第一边、第二边和连接第一边、第二边的侧边;
第一边、第二边的至少其中之一设有组装部,用以组合接线模块,接线模块具有几何形断面的壳体;
壳体包括主端壁、连接主端壁的配装边和包覆边、连接配装边、包覆边的副端壁,而共同界定出一腔室;以及
壳体配装边设有配装部,接合组合架的组装部,使接线模块可装卸的配装在组合架上,形成一整体型态。
2.如权利要求1所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该组合架第一边、第二边分别设有柱状结构的组装部;
接线模块包括第一接线模块和第二接线模块,使第一接线模块配装在第一边,第二接线模块配装在第二边;
接线模块的壳体成半筒体结构;
主端壁和配装边分别形成有相通于腔室的主开口和侧开口;腔室设有隔板,可形成在相邻的侧开口之间的位置;以及副端壁设有相通于腔室的插线孔和操作孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该接线模块的腔室收容包覆有接电组件;
接电组件包括导电组件、使导电组件形成常开模块、常闭模块的控制件和用来弹性压制导线的金属弹片;
组合架、接线模块和接电组件共同装入一开关筒体;开关筒体配装有开关按钮,供驱动控制件。
4.如权利要求2所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该接线模块的腔室收容包覆有接电组件;接电组件包括导电组件、使导电组件的控制件和用来弹性压制导线的金属弹片;
组合架、接线模块和接电组件共同装入一开关筒体;开关筒体配装有开关按钮,供驱动控制件;
第一接线模块的接电组件形成常开模块、常闭模块的其中之一;
第二接线模块的接电组件形成常开模块、常闭模块的其中之一。
5.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该壳体配装部成孔洞结构,组合架的组装部成柱状结构。
6.如权利要求1所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该组合架第一边、第二边的至少其中一,设有定位部和限制部。
7.如权利要求2所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该组合架第一边、第二边分别设有定位部和限制部。
8.如权利要求3所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该组合架第一边、第二边的至少其中之一,设有定位部和限制部;定位部辅助壳体固定该接电组件;
导电组件具有一固定体,固定体设有定位部和分隔部;并且,使分隔部位在金属弹片分开的二支端脚之间的位置,使定位部和设在金属弹片上成孔洞结构的定位区组合固定;固定体设有一负载部,用以负载金属弹片两支分开的端脚。
9.如权利要求4所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该组合架第一边、第二边分别设有定位部和限制部;定位部辅助壳体固定该接电组件,限制部嵌接壳体侧开口的边缘,辅助固定接线模块;
导电组件具有一固定体,固定体设有定位部和分隔部;并且,使分隔部位在金属弹片分开的二支端脚之间的位置,使定位部和设在金属弹片上成孔洞结构的定位区组合固定;固定体设有一负载部,用以负载金属弹片两支分开的端脚。
10.如权利要求6或7所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该定位部、限制部成板状体和条状体其中之一的结构。
11.如权利要求8或9所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该定位部、限制部成板状体和条状体其中之一的结构。
12.如权利要求3或4所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该组合架的侧边设有突出的嵌部,接线模块的包覆边也设有突出的嵌部;
开关筒体形成有孔洞结构的嵌合部,对应组合架嵌部和接线模块嵌部。
13.如权利要求8或9所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该组合架的侧边设有突出的嵌部,接线模块的包覆边也设有突出的嵌部;
开关筒体形成有孔洞结构的嵌合部,对应组合架嵌部和接线模块嵌部。
14.如权利要求11所述的开关接线装置的模块化结构,其特征在于,其中该组合架的侧边设有突出的嵌部,接线模块的包覆边也设有突出的嵌部;
开关筒体形成有孔洞结构的嵌合部,对应组合架嵌部和接线模块嵌部。
