本发明涉及食品加工领域,尤其涉及一种营养面粉。
背景技术
面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末。面粉的原料小麦麦粒主要由三部分组成:麦麸包裹在外约占粒重的18%-25%;麦粒赖以发芽的麦胚只占1%-2%;胚乳约占80%。胚乳与麦麸之间还有糊粉层粘连。麦粒经过制粉工艺加工使麦麸、麦胚和胚乳分离并将胚乳磨细制成人们食用的面粉。面粉加工是物理分离过程并不改变。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们的饮食结构发生了调整,对面粉的口味、营养功能等需求不断提高。企业需要不断推陈出新,开发新产品满足不同的需求。

2)辅助原料:桑葚3~8份,红枣2~6份,番茄4~6份,核桃0.2~1份,桃花0.1~0.6份,香菇0.2~0.6份,鸡蛋0.5~1份,金雀根0.1~0.6份和枸杞叶0.2~1份。
