本发明提供了一种均衡饲料营养的微生物添加剂,由以下重量份的微生物冻干粉组成:双歧杆菌12‑20份、保加利亚乳杆菌10‑20份、植物乳杆菌8‑15份、干酪乳杆菌6‑12份、嗜酸乳杆菌8‑18份、嗜热链球菌6‑10份、枯草芽孢杆菌6‑15份、酵母菌9‑17份。本发明的微生物饲料添加剂能为所饲养的动物提供较为全面均衡的营养物质,维生素、氨基酸、蛋白质、脂肪、糖类等多种营养物质,这些物质能增加饲料的营养成分含量,促进动物生长。本发明的微生物饲料添加剂能增强养殖动物的抗病能力,提高动物的存活率和生长率,适于饲养过程的普遍应用。

本发明属于养殖用饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种均衡饲料营养的微生物添加剂。
背景技术
益生菌是对机和动物有益的细菌,投入机体后通过改善宿主(机和动物)肠道菌群生态平衡而发挥有益作用,达到提高宿主健康水平和健康佳态的活菌制剂及其代谢产物。益生菌存在于地球上的各个角落里面,机体中定植于肠道、生殖系统内,是生命的健康根源。机体、动物体内有益的细菌或真菌主要有:酪酸梭菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌等。目前世界上研究的功能最强大的产品主要是以上各类微生物组成的复合活性益生菌,其广泛应用于生物工程、工农业、食品安全以及生命健康领域。
现在对益生菌的研究非常深入和细致化,并已经广泛应用于工业、农业、环保、家庭等各项领域,并且取得了非常显着的效果,在国内外已开发出数以百计的益生菌保健产品,其中包括:含益生菌的酸牛奶、酸乳酪、酸豆奶以及含多种益生菌的口服液、片剂、胶囊、粉末剂、抑菌喷剂等,然而作为饲料的研究较少。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种均衡饲料营养的微生物添加剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种均衡饲料营养的微生物添加剂,由以下重量份的微生物冻干粉组成:双歧杆菌12-20份、保加利亚乳杆菌10-20份、植物乳杆菌8-15份、干酪乳杆菌6-12份、嗜酸乳杆菌8-18份、嗜热链球菌6-10份、枯草芽孢杆菌6-15份、酵母菌9-17份;
制备步骤包括:
(1)微生物扩大培养:按配方将所述的各菌种在无菌条件下接种在带电动搅拌器的培养基中,接种量为培养基总量的2~4%,在37℃恒温条件下,以200~500r/min的转速振荡,同时用氧气发生泵向培养基中通入氧气,发酵48h后;
(2)常温菌种分离:在发酵温度下,将步骤(1)中得到的发酵液经5000r/min的转速高速离心20~30min,去除上清液;
(3)低温菌种分离:在4℃的低温环境下,将步骤(2)中得到的高浓度菌液经5000r/min的转速高速离心20~30min,去除上清液;
(4)冷冻干燥:向步骤(3)中经低温离心的菌种中加入2~5%的甘油,放入-80℃冰箱中过夜预冷,然后用冷冻干燥剂进行冷冻干燥;
(5)将步骤(4)中经冷冻干燥的菌种用研磨研碎,装入密封袋内低温保存,即得。
进一步的,本发明所述的一种均衡饲料营养的微生物添加剂,由以下重量份的微生物冻干粉组成:双歧杆菌16份、保加利亚乳杆菌15份、植物乳杆菌12份、干酪乳杆菌8份、嗜酸乳杆菌13份、嗜热链球菌8份、枯草芽孢杆菌10份、酵母菌13份。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种均衡饲料营养的微生物添加剂,本发明的微生物饲料添加剂能为所饲养的动物提供较为全面均衡的营养物质,维生素、氨基酸、蛋白质、脂肪、糖类等多种营养物质,这些物质能增加饲料的营养成分含量,促进动物生长。本发明的微生物饲料添加剂能增强养殖动物的抗病能力,提高动物的存活率和生长率,适于饲养过程的普遍应用。

(1)微生物扩大培养:按配方将所述的各菌种在无菌条件下接种在带电动搅拌器的培养基中,接种量为培养基总量的2~4%,在37℃恒温条件下,以200~500r/min的转速振荡,同时用氧气发生泵向培养基中通入氧气,发酵48h后;
(2)常温菌种分离:在发酵温度下,将步骤(1)中得到的发酵液经5000r/min的转速高速离心20~30min,去除上清液;
(3)低温菌种分离:在4℃的低温环境下,将步骤(2)中得到的高浓度菌液经5000r/min的转速高速离心20~30min,去除上清液;
