本发明涉及化学除污领域,尤其涉及一种挠性线路板的水基抗锈化的表面清洗剂。
背景技术
线路板清洗是利用清洗剂置入在超声波的容体中对其表面进行物理-化学处理的一项技术。根据线路板印制生产过程,一般包括如下三类残留物:一类是颗粒性污染物,如灰尘、棉绒及焊锡球。尤其地,焊锡球是一种焊接缺陷,如果设备的震动使大量小焊锡球聚集到一个部位上,便可能引起电短路。二类是非极性污染物,如助焊剂,松香、有机树脂、有机酸、有机盐及石蜡等;三类是极性沾污物,包括卤化物、及其形成的酸和盐等。
上述污染物如未被清理掉,会给线路板带来如下问题:1、粉尘等易造成电路接触不良,长久聚集会被激活而带有静电,使用时易进一步吸收空气中颗粒物及粉尘;2、颗粒、锡球及极性污物形成介质会击穿电容、线路电短路、甚至于部分晶振元件会造成电性腐蚀。
现有技术的线路板清洗剂清洗效果差,较多的极性污染物无法得到清理,而且使用苯、甲苯等有毒性、易挥发性、致癌性溶剂对环境及人体健康造成影响。
综上所述,线路板的清洗剂凸显重要,提供一种清洗效果好,对人体健康友好的清洗剂是当前该技术领域技术人员首要解决的问题。

上述实施例1~5按如下步骤进行配制:
步骤一:将去离子水、酮类溶剂及醚类溶剂一同放入容器,然后开搅拌300~500转/分的转速下搅拌3~5分钟,使水、丙酮及醚类溶剂混合均匀。
步骤二:在上述搅拌的情况下,将烷基磺酸钠、防腐剂、铜缓蚀剂及防锈剂一同加入到混合的溶剂中,保持温度在15~35度,加快搅拌速度到500~1000转/分,搅拌10~30分钟,直到分散均匀。
步骤三:再将非离子表面活性剂及EDTA投入到该分散液中,然后搅拌10~20分钟,然后封存5~8小时,检测合格,保存备用。
将上述实施例1~5中配制的清洗剂分别利用超声波进行清洗,按如下方法实施:
首先将待洗线路板放在水中预洗,用毛刷将表面的灰尘、毛织物等清洗掉,清洗完后利用快干机迅速风干;然后将线路板分成批次分别放在盛有上述实施例1~5配制成的清洗液的超声波清洗机内,设定温度为15~35度之间进行清洗,防止超声热量使温度过高导致清洗剂挥发;清洗时间保持在30~120s之间;除胶后,取板,水洗;再利用1~5%NaHCO3水溶液进行清洗,清洗完成后,最后再次用水清洗,烘干。
上述完成后,经检测各组得到的结果如表中所示:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种挠性线路板的水基抗锈化的表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述烷基磺酸钠中烷基的碳个数选自C8~C22中的一种。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种挠性线路板的水基抗锈化的表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述醚类溶剂选自乙二醇乙醚,乙二醇甲醚,丙二醇乙醚,乙二醇丙醚,丙二醇甲醚及二乙二醇二乙醚中的一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种挠性线路板的水基抗锈化的表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述酮类溶剂为丙酮或丁酮。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种挠性线路板的水基抗锈化的表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为双十二烷基二甲基氯化铵或三甲基乙酸乙烯酯或三氟醋酸乙烯酯或抗坏血酸。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种挠性线路板的水基抗锈化的表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述铜缓蚀剂为苯并三唑或巯基苯并噻唑。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种挠性线路板的水基抗锈化的表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚类聚醚、烷基糖苷磷酸酯盐及醇醚羧酸盐中的一种。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种挠性线路板的水基抗锈化的表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠或柠檬酸钠。
