思虑伤脾，脾气虚弱，运化功能减退，气血生化乏源，则可导致血虚而心神失养，神无所主以致心神不安。正如《景岳全书·不寐》中指出：“劳倦思虑太过者，必致血液耗亡，神魂无主，所以不寐”。《类证治裁·不寐》也说：“思虑伤脾，脾血亏虚，经年不寐。”可见心脾不足造成血虚，血不养心，神失其主而不寐。
或素体肾阴亏虚，或久病之人，或劳欲太过，耗伤肾阴，肾水不能上奉于心，水火不济，则心火独亢，扰乱心神，或五志过极，心火内炽，不能下交于肾，心肾不交，心火炽盛，火扰心神则神志不宁，导致失眠；如徐东皋云：“肾水不足，真阴不升，而心火独亢，不得眠者。”
生活工作压力增大，负性事件影响，导致肝气郁结，郁滞化火，内扰心神，可致失眠；饮食不节，宿食停滞，中土失运，积湿生痰,酿为痰热，上扰心神，使心血不静，阳不入阴，而发为不寐。《杂病广要·不眠》所云：“大抵惊悸、健忘、怔忡、失志、不寐、心风，皆是胆涎沃心，以致心气不足若用凉心之剂太过，则心火愈微，痰涎愈盛，病愈不减，惟苟以理痰气为第一要义。”邓铁涛认为病因有七情所伤、饮食失节、劳倦过度等，但以情志所伤为最多见，病位则以心、肝、胆、脾、胃为主，总的病机是阳盛阴衰、阴阳失交。苏泓等认为当今失眠证的诱发因素以精神因素为主，故提出临床辨证当从肝论治立法，以治肝为中心，兼顾调整他脏功能。秦瑞君等认为失眠病位在心，涉及肝脾肾，由肝郁到肝火，既存在营卫不和、阴阳失调，又出现升降失常、心肾失交后经络失通、心神失养，病机关键为阳不入阴。总之，不寐的发生，涉及心、肝、肾、脾、胃等脏腑功能的失调，性质有虚实之分，虚以气虚、血虚、阴虚多见，实以痰、湿、瘀常见。
目前，治疗临床治疗失眠常以西药为主，如安定等苯巴比妥类药物，这些药物疗效确切，初期能达到立竿见影的效果，但长期服用会对身体产生一定的副作用，产生耐药性和依赖性，出现困倦、嗜睡、乏力、头晕等症状，大剂量时还可能出现共济失调、暂时性的遗忘和意识障碍等不良反应。中医虽然也有相关治疗措施，但药物各异，存在治疗效果不显著，副作用大，服用前需要对其进行繁琐的熬制过程等问题，亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种改善睡眠的中药组合物及其片剂，扶正祛邪，平调阴阳，可有效改善失眠，原料之间没有配伍禁忌，无毒副作用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案是：一种改善睡眠的中药组合物，包括下述重量份的中药材：酸枣仁3-10份、刺五加3-18份、百合2-8份、五味子0.7-4份、灵芝2-8份、首乌藤3-10份。
优选的，上述改善睡眠的中药组合物，包括下述重量份数的中药材：酸枣仁3份、刺五加3份、百合3份、五味子2份、灵芝3份、首乌藤3份。
一种改善睡眠的片剂，包括活性成分和药学上可接受的辅料：活性成分由上述中药组合物经过提取，滤过，浓缩，干燥，粉碎得到的干膏粉。
优选的，改善睡眠的片剂：活性成分由上述改善睡眠的中药组合物通过下述方法制备：
(1)称取所述重量份的中药材：酸枣仁3-10份、刺五加3-18份、百合2-8份、五味子0.7-4份、灵芝2-8份、首乌藤3-10份；
(2)五味子破碎后与酸枣仁、刺五加、百合、灵芝、首乌藤加水浸泡，煎煮提取，滤过，得水提液；
(3)水提液减压浓缩，得稠膏；
(4)稠膏减压干燥得干膏；
(5)干膏粉碎，过筛，得干膏粉，即活性成分。
进一步优选的，步骤(2)中，五味子破碎后与酸枣仁、刺五加、百合、灵芝、首乌藤加水浸泡0.5-2.5h，煎煮提取1-3次，每次0.5-2.5h，每次加水量为提取前各中药材总重量的8-12倍，合并提取液，滤过，得水提液。
更进一步优选的，步骤(2)中，五味子破碎后与酸枣仁、刺五加、百合、灵芝、首乌藤加水浸泡2h，煎煮提取2次，每次2h，每次加水量为提取前各中药材总重量的10倍，合并提取液，滤过，得水提液。
进一步优选的，步骤(3)中，水提液减压浓缩，真空度-0.06MPa～-0.08MPa，温度≤70℃，至相对密度为1.08-1.12/50℃，得稠膏。
进一步优选的，步骤(4)中，稠膏减压干燥，真空度-0.06MPa～-0.08MPa，温度60～65℃，得干膏。
进一步优选的，步骤(5)中，干膏粉碎，过80目筛，得干膏粉，即活性成分。
优选的，药学上可接受的辅料包括填充剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、润滑剂、薄膜包衣预混剂中的一种或几种。
本发明针对失眠属于阴血不足、心神失养的人群。因此，采取滋养阴血、养心安神的措施，可有效改善睡眠。
中药组分中，酸枣仁：甘、酸，平。归心、肝、胆经。《别录》载其：“主心烦不得眠，……虚汗，烦渴，补中，益肝气，坚筋骨，助阴气。”《本草纲目》曰：“其仁甘而润，故熟用疗胆虚不得眠，烦渴虚汗之证。”有养心益肝、安神、敛汗之功。首乌藤：甘，平。归心、肝经。《本草正义》言其“治夜少安寐。”有养血安神之功。酸枣仁和首乌藤二者同用，补益阴血，宁心安神，用作君药。
五味子：酸、甘，温。归肺、心、肾经。《神农本草经》谓其：“主益气，咳逆上气，劳伤羸瘦，补不足，强阴，益男子精”。《医林纂要》云其“宁神，除烦渴，止吐衄，安梦寐”。有补气养阴、养心安神之功。百合：味甘，性寒，清补兼用，入心经善“敛气养心，安神定魂”，《日华子本草》称其：“安心，定胆，益志，养五脏”。有清心、养阴、除烦安神之功。五味子和百合二者相伍，补气养阴，宁心安神，用作臣药。
刺五加：甘、微苦，温。归脾、肺、心、肾经。能补心脾之气，并益气以养血，安神益志。灵芝：味甘性平，《神农本草经》载：“紫芝味甘温，主耳聋，利关节，保神益精，坚筋骨，好颜色，久服轻身不老延年。”《药性论》言其“保神益寿。”入心经，能补心血、益心气、安心神，可用于气血不足、心神失养所致的心神不宁、失眠、惊悸、多梦、健忘、体倦神疲、食少等症。刺五加和灵芝二者同用，补益心脾之气，益气以养阴血，宁心安神，用作佐药。
全方共奏滋养阴血、宁心安神之功。并能健脾助运，滋养阴血而不滋腻碍胃。健脾益气，使得阴血化生有源。中药之间没有配伍禁忌。针对睡眠状况不佳属于阴血不足、心神失养的人群，能良好的发挥改善睡眠的保健作用。
本发明标志性成分：酸枣仁皂苷A、五味子醇甲、总皂苷。
规格及用法用量：0.75g/片(薄膜包衣预混剂未计入)，每日2次，每次4片。
疗程3-6个月。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：
(1)本发明扶正祛邪，平调阴阳，可有效改善失眠，原料之间没有配伍禁忌，无毒副作用。
(2)本发明全方共奏滋养阴血、宁心安神之功。并能健脾助运，滋养阴血而不滋腻碍胃。健脾益气，使得阴血化生有源。中药之间没有配伍禁忌。针对睡眠状况不佳属于阴血不足、心神失养的人群，能良好的发挥改善睡眠的保健作用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种改善睡眠的中药组合物，包括下述中药材：酸枣仁3g、刺五加3g、百合3g、五味子2g、灵芝3g、首乌藤3g。
实施例2
一种改善睡眠片剂，包括活性成分和药学上可接受的辅料，制备步骤如下：
(1)称取中药材：酸枣仁3g、刺五加3g、百合3g、五味子2g、灵芝3g、首乌藤3g。
(2)五味子破碎后与酸枣仁、刺五加、百合、灵芝、首乌藤加水浸泡2h，煎煮提取2次，每次2h，每次加水量为提取前各中药材总重量的10倍，合并提取液，滤过，得水提液。
(3)水提液减压浓缩，真空度-0.06MPa～-0.08MPa，温度≤70℃，至相对密度为1.08-1.12/50℃，得稠膏。
(4)稠膏减压干燥，真空度-0.06MPa～-0.08MPa，温度60～65℃，得干膏。
(5)干膏粉碎，过80目筛，得干膏粉，即活性成分。
(6)将干膏粉和辅料(填充剂、润湿剂、崩解剂中的一种或几种)混合均匀，得到混合粉。
(7)混合粉加入85vt％乙醇制软材，加醇量为提取前各中药材总重量的15wt％，过20目筛制粒，干燥(55-60℃)至水分≤5wt％，20目筛整粒，得到颗粒。
(8)取颗粒加入辅料硬脂酸镁，混合均匀，得总混颗粒。
(9)取总混颗粒，压片，0.75g/片，得素片。
(10)取辅料薄膜包衣预混剂加70vt％乙醇配制成10wt％的溶液，备用；取素片，包衣，包衣增重为素片重量的2.5％，得包衣片。
(11)取上述包衣片，装瓶，经检验合格后外包装，即为成品。
生产工艺流程图如图1所示。
中药材用量及配比见表1所示：

实施例3
一种改善睡眠的片剂，包括活性成分和药学上可接受的辅料，活性成分由下述中药组合物：酸枣仁6g、刺五加10g、百合2g、五味子0.7g、灵芝2g、首乌藤7g，经过提取，滤过，浓缩，干燥，粉碎得到的干膏粉，具体片剂的制备方法同实施例2。
实施例4
一种改善睡眠的片剂，包括活性成分和药学上可接受的辅料，活性成分由下述中药组合物：酸枣仁10g、刺五加18g、百合8g、五味子4g、灵芝8g、首乌藤10g，经过提取，滤过，浓缩，干燥，粉碎得到的干膏粉，具体片剂的制备方法同实施例2。
实验例：改善睡眠功效检验
本发明以小鼠直接睡眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验、巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验进行改善睡眠功效检验。
1材料与方法
1.1实验动物：
ICR健康小鼠(北京维通利华动物实验中心提供，合格证编号：SCXK(京)2014-0012)，雄性，体重18～22g，实验期间保持自由饮水和进食，饲养环境温度为22±2℃，适应性喂养3～7天后进行实验。
1.2动物分组及给药：：以改善睡眠片剂作为受试物，其制备方法同实施例2。将小鼠按体重随机分成4组，每组40只。40只小鼠再分4小组进行试验，其中1组为空白对照组。该受试物成人日推荐量3g，相当于0.05g·kg－1(以成人体重60kg计算)。研究设0.25g·kg－1、0.5g·kg－1和1.5g·kg－1低、中、高3个剂量组，蒸馏水组为空白对照组，连续30d经口灌胃。
1.3实验方法：本发明产品按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(中华人民共和国卫生部2003年版)第二部分《功能学评价检验方法》中：十、改善睡眠功能检验方法，对该产品进行动物学功能评价。
1.4功能判定标准：延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠(或巴比妥钠)阈下剂量催眠实验、巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验，三项实验中任意两项阳性，且无明显直接睡眠作用，可判定受试样品具有改善睡眠功能作用。
2实验结果
2.1改善睡眠片剂对小鼠的直接睡眠作用：改善睡眠片剂低、中、高剂量组的入睡数与睡眠时间均为0，与对照组比较差异类似(P＞0.05)，表明改善睡眠片剂各剂量组对小鼠均无明显的直接睡眠作用(见表1)。

2.2改善睡眠片剂对戊巴比妥钠诱导睡眠时间的影响：结果显示，改善睡眠片剂中、高剂量组均能延长小鼠的睡眠时间(P＜0.05)，表明改善睡眠片剂有延长戊巴比妥钠诱导睡眠时间的作用(见表2)。

2.3在戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验中，本发明低、中、高剂量组的小鼠睡眠发生率与空白对照组具有显著性差异(P＜0.05)，表明该各剂量组改善睡眠片剂均能增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导的睡眠发生率(见表3)。

2.4改善睡眠片剂对巴比妥钠诱导睡眠潜伏期的影响：改善睡眠片剂中、高剂量组小鼠的入睡潜伏期比对照组缩短(P＜0.05)，表明中、高剂量组改善睡眠片剂能缩短巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠入睡潜伏期(见表4)。

3结论：本发明改善睡眠功效检验实验中，小鼠的直接睡眠实验结果呈阴性、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验和戊巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期结果为阳性，根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(中华人民共和国卫生部2003年版)功能判定标准，本发明具有显著的改善睡眠的保健功效。
Claims (10)
1.一种改善睡眠的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括下述重量份的中药材：酸枣仁3-10份、刺五加3-18份、百合2-8份、五味子0.7-4份、灵芝2-8份、首乌藤3-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善睡眠的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括下述重量份数的中药材：酸枣仁3份、刺五加3份、百合3份、五味子2份、灵芝3份、首乌藤3份。
3.一种改善睡眠的片剂，其特征在于，所述片剂包括活性成分和药学上可接受的辅料，其特征在于：所述活性成分由权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物经过提取，滤过，浓缩，干燥，粉碎得到的干膏粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种改善睡眠的片剂，其特征在于：所述活性成分由权利要求1或2所述的改善睡眠的中药组合物通过下述方法制备：
(1)称取所述重量份的中药材：酸枣仁3-10份、刺五加3-18份、百合2-8份、五味子0.7-4份、灵芝2-8份、首乌藤3-10份；
(2)五味子破碎后与酸枣仁、刺五加、百合、灵芝、首乌藤加水浸泡，煎煮提取，滤过，得水提液；
(3)水提液减压浓缩，得稠膏；
(4)稠膏减压干燥得干膏；
(5)干膏粉碎，过筛，得干膏粉，即活性成分。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善睡眠的片剂，其特征在于：步骤(2)中，五味子破碎后与酸枣仁、刺五加、百合、灵芝、首乌藤加水浸泡0.5-2.5h，煎煮提取1-3次，每次0.5-2.5h，每次加水量为提取前各中药材总重量的8-12倍，合并提取液，滤过，得水提液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种改善睡眠的片剂，其特征在于：步骤(2)中，五味子破碎后与酸枣仁、刺五加、百合、灵芝、首乌藤加水浸泡2h，煎煮提取2次，每次2h，每次加水量为提取前各中药材总重量的10倍，合并提取液，滤过，得水提液。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善睡眠的片剂，其特征在于：步骤(3)中，水提液减压浓缩，真空度-0.06MPa～-0.08MPa，温度≤70℃，至相对密度为1.08-1.12/50℃，得稠膏。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善睡眠的片剂，其特征在于：步骤(4)中，稠膏减压干燥，真空度-0.06MPa～-0.08MPa，温度60～65℃，得干膏。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善睡眠的片剂，其特征在于：步骤(5)中，干膏粉碎，过80目筛，得干膏粉，即活性成分。
10.根据权利要求3所述的一种改善睡眠的片剂，其特征在于：药学上可接受的辅料包括填充剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、润滑剂、薄膜包衣预混剂中的一种或几种。
