本发明涉及一种食品领域,具体涉及一种安全食品添加剂,包括枸杞粉、葛根粉、党参末、麦芽糖糊精、生物黄酮、β‑胡萝卜素、海藻糖、木聚糖酶,其重量份数比如下:枸杞粉5‑10份、葛根粉3‑8份、党参末4‑9份、麦芽糖糊精2‑6份、生物黄酮1‑3份、β‑胡萝卜素7‑15份、海藻糖5‑10份、木聚糖酶3‑7份,食品添加剂中还包括质量份数比为0.01‑0.05份的叶黄素。本发明提供的食品添加剂中包括多种着色剂、抗结块剂、防腐剂等,可以对食物进行全面的添加,提高食物的口感、色泽和保鲜性能,而且本发明提供的食品添加剂成本低廉,使用简单、安全性强。

本发明涉及一种食品领域,具体涉及一种安全食品添加剂。
背景技术
随着近期食品添加剂问题的不断出现,各种食品添加剂成为了人们关注的焦点。食品的安全问题成为了人们关注的焦点。现有的食品添加剂有很多,例如传统的矾和碱容易引起过敏反应也被广泛关注。由于矾容易造成胃勃膜的不良反应,而碱会破坏食物中的维生素。而矾和碱广泛应用与各种面食中,例如油条中添加矾;馒头、包子中添加碱。因此,迫切需要安全的替代的食品添加剂。
作为添加剂加入功能食品用于降低血脂、防止身体节律的失调、减轻和改善身体节律失调带来的倦怠感、疲劳感。但是在可食用添加剂的使用上主由于对可食用添加剂安全性认识的误区,人们往往认为天然的可食用添加剂比人工化学合成的安全,实际许多天然产品的毒性因目前的检测手段,检测的内容所限,尚不能做出准确的判断,而且,就已检测出的结果比较,天然可食用添加剂并不比合成的毒性小。所以添加剂中各个成份量的多少决定了其添加剂的安全程度。

针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种安全食品添加剂, 能提供食品品所需的稳定性、安全性。
