本发明公开一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将编织成型的绒布汽车座椅面套清洗干净后,放入改性液中,浸泡处理2‑3小时后,然后放入烘箱中,烘干处理;(2)将烘干后的绒布汽车座椅面套放入防污液浸渍罐中,并向其中加入防污液,45‑50℃浸渍处理4‑6小时。本发明提供的一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,绿色环保,制得的绒布汽车座椅面套,透气性能优异,强度高,不易出现掉绒毛的现象,手感光滑柔软,尤其是清洁难度低,灰尘等一些污渍不易在表面残留,极大地延长了面套的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车座椅面套制备技术领域,具体涉及一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法。
背景技术
汽车座椅主要由座椅骨架、座椅头枕、座椅泡沫和座椅面套等组成。此外,根据不同的市场需求和产品定位,许多座椅还装有满足其它功能的部件。汽车座椅是为司乘人员提供便于操作、舒适安全的驾驶、乘坐位置。而座椅面套作为座椅与人直接接触的部分,更值得关注,常见面套主要包括靠背套、头枕套、坐垫,常见的面套材质为真皮、绒布、人造皮革,其中绒布因其优异的耐候性和强度而被大规模的使用,但是其存在着清洁难度高的缺陷,导致其使用寿命较短。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的绒布汽车座椅面套清洗干净后,放入改性液中,浸泡处理2-3小时后,然后放入烘箱中,烘干处理,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:1-庚烷磺酸钠14-19份、五硼酸铵10-15份、水190-200份;
(2)将烘干后的绒布汽车座椅面套放入防污液浸渍罐中,并向其中加入防污液,45-50℃浸渍处理4-6小时,其中浸渍的压力为2-3MPa,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:4-羟基四氟苯甲酸11-16份、羟胺二钠盐1-3份、间三氟甲基苯甲酸甲酯15-20份、三氟甲烷磺基苯胺14-19份、乙醇360-400份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘干处理的温度为55-60℃,烘干处理的时间为100-120min。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乙醇的体积分数为42-48%。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,绿色环保,制得的绒布汽车座椅面套,透气性能优异,强度高,不易出现掉绒毛的现象,手感光滑柔软,尤其是清洁难度低,灰尘等一些污渍不易在表面残留,极大地延长了面套的使用寿命。其中,由于防污液的表面能较低,采用步骤(1)中的方案处理后,可有效的提升防污液在绒布汽车座椅面套中的渗透率和结合强度;步骤(2)中的防污液,可有效的降低绒布汽车座椅面套的表面能,进而降低了灰层等污渍在其表面的粘结力,使得污渍易于清除。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的绒布汽车座椅面套清洗干净后,放入改性液中,浸泡处理2小时后,然后放入烘箱中,烘干处理,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:1-庚烷磺酸钠14份、五硼酸铵10份、水190份;
(2)将烘干后的绒布汽车座椅面套放入防污液浸渍罐中,并向其中加入防污液,45℃浸渍处理4小时,其中浸渍的压力为2MPa,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:4-羟基四氟苯甲酸11份、羟胺二钠盐1份、间三氟甲基苯甲酸甲酯15份、三氟甲烷磺基苯胺14份、乙醇360份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘干处理的温度为55℃,烘干处理的时间为100min。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乙醇的体积分数为42%。
实施例2
一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的绒布汽车座椅面套清洗干净后,放入改性液中,浸泡处理2.5小时后,然后放入烘箱中,烘干处理,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:1-庚烷磺酸钠16份、五硼酸铵13份、水195份;
(2)将烘干后的绒布汽车座椅面套放入防污液浸渍罐中,并向其中加入防污液,48℃浸渍处理5小时,其中浸渍的压力为2.5MPa,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:4-羟基四氟苯甲酸13份、羟胺二钠盐2份、间三氟甲基苯甲酸甲酯18份、三氟甲烷磺基苯胺16份、乙醇380份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘干处理的温度为58℃,烘干处理的时间为110min。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乙醇的体积分数为44%。
实施例3
一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的绒布汽车座椅面套清洗干净后,放入改性液中,浸泡处理3小时后,然后放入烘箱中,烘干处理,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:1-庚烷磺酸钠19份、五硼酸铵15份、水200份;
(2)将烘干后的绒布汽车座椅面套放入防污液浸渍罐中,并向其中加入防污液,50℃浸渍处理6小时,其中浸渍的压力为3MPa,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:4-羟基四氟苯甲酸16份、羟胺二钠盐3份、间三氟甲基苯甲酸甲酯20份、三氟甲烷磺基苯胺19份、乙醇400份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘干处理的温度为60℃,烘干处理的时间为120min。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乙醇的体积分数为48%。

1.一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的绒布汽车座椅面套清洗干净后,放入改性液中,浸泡处理2-3小时后,然后放入烘箱中,烘干处理,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:1-庚烷磺酸钠14-19份、五硼酸铵10-15份、水190-200份;
(2)将烘干后的绒布汽车座椅面套放入防污液浸渍罐中,并向其中加入防污液,45-50℃浸渍处理4-6小时,其中浸渍的压力为2-3MPa,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:4-羟基四氟苯甲酸11-16份、羟胺二钠盐1-3份、间三氟甲基苯甲酸甲酯15-20份、三氟甲烷磺基苯胺14-19份、乙醇360-400份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易清洁绒布汽车座椅面套的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,烘干处理的温度为55-60℃,烘干处理的时间为100-120min。
