Abstract

本发明提供一种米粒微雕的方法,包括以下步骤:筛选出饱满、完整的米粒;将其放入酸液中淘洗,然后用水冲洗干净;然后加入蒸汽沸腾炉内使其表面膨胀,水蒸气的温度为80‑85℃,米粒在蒸汽沸腾炉内处理的时间为2.0‑3.5min,控制米粒表面软化的深度为0.5‑1.2mm;送入温度‑42℃的环境中,保温3min小时,缓慢升温至‑15℃升华,使米粒表面冻干,再缓慢升温至常温,表面固化全过程控制在15min内完成;采用常规雕刻方法进行微雕。本发明对米粒进行筛选、淘洗、表面半熟化、表面固化的处理,去除米粒表面附着的粉体和容易磨损的部分,米粒表面经过半熟化膨胀和冻干的过程,使表面更容易雕刻,减少雕刻过程中崩边的情况出现。

技术领域
本发明涉及微雕领域,尤其涉及一种米粒微雕的方法。
背景技术
微雕艺术是汉族传统工艺美术中最为精细微小的一种艺术。米粒微雕即在米粒上进行雕刻。传统方法是在米粒上直接进行雕刻,通常是手工完成,不能实现工业化雕刻,米粒表面具有粉体较多,干燥的米粒材质较为脆硬,不利于雕刻精度的掌握。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种米粒微雕的方法。主要是在雕刻前对米粒进行处理的方法,使米粒更容易雕刻。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种米粒微雕的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)筛选的步骤:筛选出饱满、完整的米粒;
(2)淘洗的步骤:将其放入酸液中淘洗,然后用水冲洗干净,其中酸液淘洗过程中,控制米粒与酸液接触时间1.2-1.6min,酸液为柠檬酸的稀释液,稀释比例为:柠檬酸与水按1:500的体积比稀释;
(3)表面半熟化的步骤:然后加入蒸汽沸腾炉内使其表面膨胀,所述蒸汽沸腾炉包括一个尖端朝下的锥形容器,尖端连接蒸汽入口,利用水蒸气的向上的气流使米粒在锥形容器内翻腾,水蒸气的温度为80-85℃,米粒在蒸汽沸腾炉内处理的时间为2.0-3.5min,控制米粒表面软化的深度为0.5-1.2mm;
(4)表面固化的步骤:送入温度-42℃的环境中,保温3min小时,缓慢升温至-15℃升华,使米粒表面冻干,再缓慢升温至常温,表面固化全过程控制在15min内完成;
(5)雕刻步骤:采用常规雕刻方法进行微雕。
所述米粒选用粳米。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明对米粒进行筛选、淘洗、表面半熟化、表面固化的处理,去除米粒表面附着的粉体和容易磨损的部分,米粒表面经过半熟化膨胀和冻干的过程,使表面更容易雕刻,减少雕刻过程中崩边的情况出现。

实施例1
一种米粒微雕的方法,包括以下步骤:
筛选的步骤:筛选出饱满、完整的米粒;
淘洗的步骤:将其放入酸液中淘洗,然后用水冲洗干净,其中酸液淘洗过程中,控制米粒与酸液接触时间1.2-1.6min,酸液为柠檬酸的稀释液,稀释比例为:柠檬酸与水按1:500的体积比稀释;

(2)淘洗的步骤:将其放入酸液中淘洗,然后用水冲洗干净,其中酸液淘洗过程中,控制米粒与酸液接触时间1.2-1.6min,酸液为柠檬酸的稀释液,稀释比例为:柠檬酸与水按1:500的体积比稀释;
(3)表面半熟化的步骤:然后加入蒸汽沸腾炉内使其表面膨胀,所述蒸汽沸腾炉包括一个尖端朝下的锥形容器,尖端连接蒸汽入口,利用水蒸气的向上的气流使米粒在锥形容器内翻腾,水蒸气的温度为80-85℃,米粒在蒸汽沸腾炉内处理的时间为2.0-3.5min,控制米粒表面软化的深度为0.5-1.2mm;
