本发明涉及一种桉木单板烘干方法。
背景技术
桉树是世界三大速生木材之一,生长速度快,导致内部应力大,给桉木加工利用打来极大地不便,尤其是在桉木干燥过程中极容易开裂、变形且干燥速度慢等。但是,桉树木材密度大、结构均匀、质硬、强度高、花纹美观,尤其是桉树生长迅速、适应性强、木材产量高,可以满足家具及地板行业的大量需求。因此合理的开发桉木干燥工艺,提高桉木干燥出材率,减少干燥皱缩、开裂、变形等干燥缺陷,不仅可以解决目前木材资源短缺的问题,更是可以提高桉木材的附加值,获得更高的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种桉木单板烘干方法。
本发明所述的一种桉木单板烘干方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将桉木单板均匀堆放于烘架上;
(2)将烘架排放于烘干窑内,保持烘架间隙为30-60cm;
(3)通过蒸汽加热烘干窑,升温至45-85℃,并保持恒温20-40h;
(4)最后降温至40℃,通过测湿仪检测木材含水率达要求含水率以内后,停止加热。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种桉木单板烘干方法,通过采用蒸汽加热烘干窑来对桉木单板进行干燥处理,不仅可以快速去除桉木单板的水分,还能避免其出现较大变形,有利于提高产品质量和经济效益。

实施例一:
一种桉木单板烘干方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将桉木单板均匀堆放于烘架上;
(2)将烘架排放于烘干窑内,保持烘架间隙为35cm;
(3)通过蒸汽加热烘干窑,升温至55℃,并保持恒温35h;
(4)最后降温至40℃,通过测湿仪检测木材含水率达要求含水率以内后,停止加热。
实施例二:
一种桉木单板烘干方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将桉木单板均匀堆放于烘架上;
(2)将烘架排放于烘干窑内,保持烘架间隙为50cm;
(3)通过蒸汽加热烘干窑,升温至80℃,并保持恒温28h;
(4)最后降温至40℃,通过测湿仪检测木材含水率达要求含水率以内后,停止加热。

1.一种桉木单板烘干方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将桉木单板均匀堆放于烘架上;
(2)将烘架排放于烘干窑内,保持烘架间隙为30-60cm;
(3)通过蒸汽加热烘干窑,升温至45-85℃,并保持恒温20-40h;
(4)最后降温至40℃,通过测湿仪检测木材含水率达要求含水率以内后,停止加热。
