技术领域
本发明涉及铁路轨道螺栓防腐防锈技术领域,特别是涉及一种铁路轨道螺栓专用长效防腐润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
铁路轨道螺栓(包括混凝土轨枕及整体道床扣件螺栓、道岔螺栓、钢轨接头螺栓、桥梁钩头螺栓与灰坑螺栓等)是铁路轨道扣件的重要组成部分之一,它用量大,特别是棍凝土轨枕扣件螺栓数量尤多,且工作条件恶劣,长期暴露于大气中,常年日晒雨淋,风侵雪蚀,加上列车动力作用及列车载运货物中酸、碱、盐、水的浸蚀作用,易使螺栓发生氧化及化学、电化学腐蚀。轻则使螺栓锈死,影响轨距调整和轨道水平、高低的找正等养路作业,重则使螺栓根部腐蚀以至折断。
为了更好地解决轨道螺栓的防腐和润滑问题,并延长涂油周期,节约维修用工和用油,迫切需要研制一种新的以防腐性能为主、使用寿命长的防腐润滑材料。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种铁路轨道螺栓专用长效防腐润滑脂,具有优良的高低温性能、防锈蚀性和抗水淋性能等,且性能稳定、长效持久。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种铁路轨道螺栓专用长效防腐润滑脂,包括按质量份数计的如下成分:天然植物油75-85份、聚脲稠化剂25-35份、复配型抗氧剂3-5份、抗磨剂3-5份、抗微动磨损添加剂1-2份、含氮防锈剂10-15份;
聚脲稠化剂由复配型有机胺和异氰酸酯制得;
复配型抗氧剂包括胺类抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂。
技术效果:本发明以天然植物油作基础油,使得润滑脂具有良好的生物降解性且具有与传统铁路防腐润滑脂相当的综合理化性能;添加抗氧剂来弥补天然植物油的氧化安定性能较差的缺点;采用聚脲型稠化剂,与传统的复合锂等皂基稠化剂相比,聚脲稠化剂中不含金属离子,对基础油无催化氧化作用,此外,聚脲稠化剂还具有优良的氧化安定性、热稳定性、抗微动磨损性、较长的使用寿命以及良好的抗水性和抗酸碱能力。因此,本发明制备的防腐润滑脂具有良好的耐高低温性、胶体安定机械安定抗磨性、抗微动磨损性、防锈防腐蚀性、抗水性和长效持久的综合性能。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:

S1、将三分之一天然植物油投入反应釜中,均匀搅拌,同时缓慢加热升温至85℃;
S2、加入聚脲稠化剂,缓慢加热至110-120℃并保温2-2.5h;
S3、再加入三分之一天然植物油,升温至230℃高温炼制;
S4、加入剩下的三分之一天然植物油,搅拌均匀;
S5、停止加热并急冷,当温度冷却至180℃时,加入复配型抗氧剂、抗磨剂、抗微动磨损添加剂和含氮防锈剂,搅拌均匀;
S6、待温度降至室温时,停止搅拌,研磨出料。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中采用2-乙基己胺、异丁酰胺和二苯甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯制备的聚脲稠化剂的滴点高、稠度大,机械安定性好,抗水性、胶体安定性均较好,性能稳定;
(2)本发明中采用胺类和酚类抗氧剂组成复配型抗氧剂,使得润滑脂效果更加长效,提高润滑脂的使用寿命;
(3)本发明中硼酸盐添加剂是一种新型的极压抗磨剂,抗磨极压效果好,使用寿命长,具有良好的抗磨性,较好的抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性,对各种金属材料都比较适应;
(4)本发明中纳米二氧化锆能够明显提高润滑脂的承载和抗磨性,对提高润滑脂的抗微动磨损性能尤其出众,能够较大程度地提高润滑脂的抗磨性,减小火车在长途运输时由于微小振幅产生的不可避免的微动磨损;
(5)本发明中含氮防锈剂具有抗腐防锈、极压、抗磨和减磨等多效性能,能够在金属表面形成致密而稳定的薄膜,隔绝金属与水分、空气的接触而起到防锈作用,同时还可以阻止金属变成离子进入润滑脂,减弱其对润滑脂的催化氧化作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种铁路轨道螺栓专用长效防腐润滑脂,包括按质量份数计的如下成分:
天然植物油75kg;
聚脲稠化剂25kg,由摩尔比为5:1:4的2-乙基己胺、异丁酰胺和二苯甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯制得;
复配型抗氧剂3kg,包括质量比为2:1的对苯二胺和对苯二酚;
抗磨剂:硼酸盐添加剂3kg;
抗微动磨损添加剂:纳米二氧化锆1kg;
含氮防锈剂:苯并三氮唑类10kg。
按以下步骤制备:
S1、将25kg天然植物油投入反应釜中,均匀搅拌,同时缓慢加热升温至85℃;
S2、加入聚脲稠化剂,缓慢加热至110℃并保温2h;
S3、再加入25kg天然植物油,升温至230℃高温炼制;
S4、加入剩下的25kg天然植物油,搅拌均匀;
S5、停止加热并急冷,当温度冷却至180℃时,加入复配型抗氧剂、抗磨剂、抗微动磨损添加剂和含氮防锈剂,搅拌均匀;
S6、待温度降至室温时,停止搅拌,研磨出料。

天然植物油80kg;
聚脲稠化剂30kg,由摩尔比为5:1:4的2-乙基己胺、异丁酰胺和二苯甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯制得;
复配型抗氧剂4kg,包括质量比为2:1的对苯二胺和对苯二酚;
抗磨剂:硼酸盐添加剂4kg;
抗微动磨损添加剂:纳米二氧化锆1.5kg;
含氮防锈剂:苯并三氮唑类12.5kg。
按以下步骤制备:
S1、将26.6kg天然植物油投入反应釜中,均匀搅拌,同时缓慢加热升温至85℃;
S2、加入聚脲稠化剂,缓慢加热至110-120℃并保温2-2.5h;
S3、再加入26.7kg天然植物油,升温至230℃高温炼制;
S4、加入剩下的26.7kg天然植物油,搅拌均匀;
S5、停止加热并急冷,当温度冷却至180℃时,加入复配型抗氧剂、抗磨剂、抗微动磨损添加剂和含氮防锈剂,搅拌均匀;

抗微动磨损添加剂:纳米二氧化锆2kg;
含氮防锈剂:苯并三氮唑类15kg。
按以下步骤制备:
S1、将28.3kg天然植物油投入反应釜中,均匀搅拌,同时缓慢加热升温至85℃;
S2、加入聚脲稠化剂,缓慢加热至110-120℃并保温2-2.5h;
S3、再加入28.4kg天然植物油,升温至230℃高温炼制;
S4、加入剩下的28.3kg天然植物油,搅拌均匀;
S5、停止加热并急冷,当温度冷却至180℃时,加入复配型抗氧剂、抗磨剂、抗微动磨损添加剂和含氮防锈剂,搅拌均匀;
S6、待温度降至室温时,停止搅拌,研磨出料。
将实施例1-实施例3制得的产品做各项性能试验,并以市售彭胜FDM-185号高铁螺栓节能长效专用防护脂为对照组。试验得各项性能指标如下表:
由上表可知,本发明制备的铁路轨道螺栓专用长效防腐润滑脂和市售产品的各项性能均能达到合格指标,但本发明制备的铁路轨道螺栓专用长效防腐润滑脂在滴点、钢网分油、盐雾试验、水淋试验、蒸发损失和氧化安定性这些方面性能更加突出。因此,本发明制备的铁路轨道螺栓专用长效防腐润滑脂具有良好的耐高低温性、胶体安定机械安定抗磨性、抗微动磨损性、防锈防腐蚀性、抗水性和长效持久,综合性能突出。
