Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating histomoniasis of turkeys, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Histomoniasis (histomonasis), also known as cecal hepatitis or blackhead disease, is a protozoal disease caused by the parasite of turkey histomonads of the histomonads genus on the cecum and liver of birds, using chicken heterodera spinosa or earthworms as the transmission medium. Mainly invade the cecum and the liver, mostly occur to chicks and turkeys, and adult chickens can be infected, but the condition is mild; pheasants, peacocks, guinea fowl, quail, etc. can also sometimes be infected. The birds are infected by ingestion of feeds and drinking water contaminated with heterodera sinensis eggs, and may also be infected by ingestion of earthworms with heterodera sinensis eggs and larvae.
At present, chemical medicines such as metronidazole, metronidazole and robenidine are mostly adopted for treating histomoniasis, so that the treatment period is long, medicine residues are easy to generate, and great threat is caused to the chicken industry.

Example 18, test example.
1. Test animal
A certain turkey farm in east sea county of Hongyun harbor city can be comprehensively diagnosed according to clinical symptoms, pathological anatomy and microscopic examination, and turkeys diagnosed with histomoniasis are used as test chickens.
The sick chicken has dull appearance, depressed spirit, reduced or stopped food intake, loose feathers, drooping wings, water-affected walking, bluish purple head skin, fear of cold crowding, bloody feces or yellow green. Serious cecal hemorrhage can be seen in pathological dissection, intestinal contents are blood clots, the wall thickness of the cecum is thick and large, and the cross-section of the cecum is mostly concentric and layered; the liver is swollen, the surface has round or irregular sunken dead areas, the color is light yellow or light green, the edges are raised, and the ulcer range is different. Laboratory examination, sterile operation to take fresh intestinal contents of sick chicken, diluting with normal saline, and making into hanging drop specimen to show the original insect body in reciprocating pendulum motion.
2. Test method
