Abstract
本发明提供了一种黄精复合保健品,其特征在于,包含下述重量配比的组分:黄精15‑20份、枸杞子10‑15份、覆盆子10‑15份、山药5‑10份、葛根5‑10份、玉竹5‑10份;所述黄精通过以下方法制得:将鲜黄精经清洗、刮剪、切片,在100‑120℃条件下蒸制2‑4小时,冷却后添加0.02%~0.1%的发酵添加物,装入发酵罐中,常温搅拌发酵10‑15天,待固体材料变成黑色,烘干即可。本发明能够改善人体体虚、疲劳的症状,既没有其他化学成分渗入,又消除了刺激作用。本发明同时还提供一种上述复合保健食品的制备方法。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及保健食品领域,尤其涉及一种适用于普通人群及糖尿病人群的黄精复合保健食品及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
保健食品是具有特定保健功能或者以补充维生素、矿物质为目的的食品,即适宜于特定人群食用,具有调节机体功能,不以治疗疾病为目的,并且对人体不产生任何急性、亚急性或者慢性危害的食品。而中药成分的保健食品,因为采用药食同源的原料,相对于西药成分的保健食品,更加平和、安全,现代人群对于亚健康状态的调理,往往更倾向于中药成分的保健品。
从中医理论出发,现代人群的很多亚健康状态源于气虚,如气虚则卫外无力,肌表不固,而易汗出;气虚则四肢肌肉失养,周身倦怠乏力;气虚则清阳不升、清窍失养而精神萎顿,头昏耳鸣;气虚则无力以帅血行,则脉象虚弱无力或微细;气虚则水液代谢失调,水液不化,输布障碍,可凝痰成饮,甚则水邪泛滥而成水肿;气虚还可导致脏腑功能减退,从而表现一系列脏腑虚弱征象。
黄精是用于改善气虚体质症状、补气养气的一种中药,现代药理研究表明,其根茎含糖类、氨基酸及微量元素、黄酮及其它成分,具有增强人体免疫功能、强筋骨、丽容颜、抗衰老等作用。由于生黄精具有刺激咽喉的副作用,传统工艺是将黄精用九蒸九制等方法,制成乌黑发亮状,可去除刺激作用;中国专利93112567中提供的本色黄精加工方法,需将黄精在盐水中浸泡、在矾液中煮,再加防腐剂等方法处理,以上方法都存在着内质成分流失、变色、其他化学成分渗入等不足,不能保证黄精的原有品质,进而影响成品保健食品的功能性和安全性。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种黄精复合保健食品,能够改善人体体虚、疲劳的症状,既没有其他化学成分渗入,又消除了刺激作用。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述复合保健食品的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种黄精复合保健品,其特征在于,包含下述重量配比的组分:黄精15-20份、枸杞子10-15份、覆盆子10-15份、山药5-10份、葛根5-10份、玉竹5-10份;所述黄精通过以下方法制得:将鲜黄精经清洗、刮剪、切片,在100-120℃条件下蒸制2-4小时,冷却后添加0.02%~0.1%的发酵添加物,装入发酵罐中,常温搅拌发酵10-15天,待固体材料变成黑色,烘干即可;所述发酵添加物为双歧杆菌、丁酸梭菌、枯草芽孢、桑黄菌、超氧化物歧化酶、纤维酶、木聚糖酶、果胶酶形成的混合物,所述发酵添加物的活菌总数≥200亿个/克。所述发酵添加物各成分的含量可根据发酵温度、发酵时间和发酵罐中的水含量进行调整,在25-35℃、发酵罐中固体水含量为60-80%时,所述发酵添加物为2重量份双歧杆菌、2重量份丁酸梭菌、1重量份枯草芽孢、1重量份桑黄菌、0.1重量份超氧化物歧化酶、5份纤维酶、2份木聚糖酶、1份果胶酶。
进一步的,上述各组分的重量配比是黄精18-19份、枸杞子12-13份、覆盆子12-13份、山药6-7份、葛根6-7份、玉竹6-7份。
进一步的,上述黄精复合保健品为片剂。
进一步的,上述片剂还包含麦芽糊精。
上述黄精复合保健品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述黄精复合保健品通过以下方法制备:1)各种原料采用含水量低于5%的干料,漂洗、干燥,干燥温度为40-45℃;2)将各种原料分类切成块或者片,用气流粉碎机进行粉碎和分级,收集等效直径小于1mm的粉体;3)按配方比例称取各种原料粉体,加入麦芽糊精和水形成固含量为60-80%的浆料,放入球磨机中进行球磨;4)将磨好的浆料通过纳米二氧化硅基质的过滤膜进行压滤,滤液经过100-120℃喷雾干燥造粒,压制成片剂。
进一步的,上述过滤膜的透水率为0.9-1.0m3/(m2·h)。
本发明具有以下有益的技术效果:
(1)从上述配方中各组方化学成分来看,配方的主要功效成分为多糖类、皂甙类、氨基酸等:多糖类是一类非特异性免疫增强剂,具有降血糖、降血脂、降血清过氧化脂质和胆固醇浓度、抗血凝等多种生理活性;皂甙类是一类强壮滋补,延年益寿的药物,尤其对中枢神经系统的作用和抗疲劳作用,能够对肌体发挥双向调节作用,如抗癌、抗衰老、抗疲劳、耐缺氧、促进学习记忆、保护心血管系统等;而氨基酸是人类健康的物质,是抗病健体的保证。因此,本发明具有抗病原微生物、抗疲劳、抗氧化、延缓衰老、止血、抗病毒等功效,对肺结核、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等亦可用。
(2)从中医理论来看,本发明主治脾胃虚弱、体倦乏力、食欲不振、心悸、气短、肺虚燥咳、津伤口渴、消渴病、肾虚精亏、腰膝酸软等,补脾益气,滋肾填精。因此,本发明能够改善疫力低下、体虚、疲劳的人群的亚健康症状,还有益于补气养阴、健脾、润肺、滋补肝肾、益精明目。
(3)本发明制备过程中通过菌群和酶系的体外生物转化对黄精的处理既消除了生黄精的刺激作用,又没有引入过多的其他化学成分,安全、有效,且避免了营养成分的流失,有利于各种活性成分的保留,且提高了中草药的适口性.、微生物发酵产生新物质与药物成分发生协同作用可增强药效,从而获得药效更强的药物、通过菌群和酶系的体外生物转化,使中药活性成分发生分解和改变,把不能直接被利用的药物有效活性组分,变为小分子药理活性物质和易吸收的络合物,使得炮制后的黄精相较于传统的炮制方法更安全、更易于吸收、药效更明显。
(4)本发明采用干法粉碎、湿法球磨、复合压滤、喷雾干燥等系统的制备过程,可以使该保健品的各原料更好的保持其生物活性,充分发挥其药效,单片有效成分溶出量更多,服用方便,效果好。
(5)采用二氧化硅基质的过滤膜亲水性更好,安全且过滤效率高。
【具体实施方式】
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明做进一步描述。
以下所提供的实施例并非用以限制本发明所涵盖的范围,所描述的步骤也不是用以限制其执行顺序。本领域技术人员结合现有公知常识对本发明做显而易见的改进,亦落入本发明要求的保护范围之内。
实施例1
一种黄精复合保健品,其特征在于,由下述重量配比的组分组成:黄精15份、枸杞子10份、覆盆子10份、山药5份、葛根5份、玉竹5份。
其中,黄精通过以下方法制得:将鲜黄精经清洗、刮剪、切片,在100-120℃条件下蒸制2-4小时,冷却后添加0.02%~0.1%的发酵添加物,装入发酵罐中,常温搅拌发酵10-15天,待固体材料变成黑色,烘干即可;所述发酵添加物为双歧杆菌、丁酸梭菌、枯草芽孢、桑黄菌、超氧化物歧化酶、纤维酶、木聚糖酶、果胶酶形成的混合物,所述发酵添加物的活菌总数≥200亿个/克。其他原料采用含水量低于5%的干料。
上述黄精复合保健品的制备方法如下:
1)将各种原料漂洗、干燥,干燥温度为40℃,干燥温度会一定程度影响成分的活性;
2)将各种原料分类切成块或者片,用气流粉碎机进行粉碎和分级,收集等效直径小于1mm的粉体;
3)按配方比例称取各种原料粉体,加入麦芽糊精和水形成固含量为60-80%的浆料,其中麦芽糊精的添加量约为固体总质量的10%,放入球磨机中进行球磨;
4)将磨好的浆料通过纳米二氧化硅基质的过滤膜进行压滤,滤液经过100-120℃喷雾干燥造粒,压制成片剂,其中过滤膜的透水率为0.9-1.0m3/(m2·h)。
实施例2
一种黄精复合保健品,其特征在于,由下述重量配比的组分组成:黄精20份、枸杞子15份、覆盆子15份、山药10份、葛根10份、玉竹10份。
其中,黄精通过以下方法制得:将鲜黄精经清洗、刮剪、切片,在100-120℃条件下蒸制2-4小时,冷却后添加0.02%~0.1%的发酵添加物,装入发酵罐中,常温搅拌发酵10-15天,待固体材料变成黑色,烘干即可;所述发酵添加物为双歧杆菌、丁酸梭菌、枯草芽孢、桑黄菌、超氧化物歧化酶、纤维酶、木聚糖酶、果胶酶形成的混合物,所述发酵添加物的活菌总数≥200亿个/克。其他原料采用含水量低于5%的干料。
上述黄精复合保健品的制备方法如下:

2)将各种原料分类切成块或者片,用气流粉碎机进行粉碎和分级,收集等效直径小于1mm的粉体;
3)按配方比例称取各种原料粉体,加入麦芽糊精和水形成固含量为60-80%的浆料,其中麦芽糊精的添加量约为固体总质量的10%,放入球磨机中进行球磨;
4)将磨好的浆料通过纳米二氧化硅基质的过滤膜进行压滤,滤液经过100-120℃喷雾干燥造粒,压制成片剂,其中过滤膜的透水率为0.9-1.0m3/(m2·h)。
实施例3
一种黄精复合保健品,其特征在于,由下述重量配比的组分组成:黄精18.90份、枸杞子12.60份、覆盆子12.60份、山药6.30份、葛根6.30份、玉竹6.30份。
其中,黄精通过以下方法制得:将鲜黄精经清洗、刮剪、切片,在100-120℃条件下蒸制2-4小时,冷却后添加0.02%~0.1%的发酵添加物,装入发酵罐中,常温搅拌发酵10-15天,待固体材料变成黑色,烘干即可;所述发酵添加物为双歧杆菌、丁酸梭菌、枯草芽孢、桑黄菌、超氧化物歧化酶、纤维酶、木聚糖酶、果胶酶形成的混合物,所述发酵添加物的活菌总数≥200亿个/克。其他原料采用含水量低于5%的干料。
上述黄精复合保健品的制备方法如下:
1)将各种原料漂洗、干燥,干燥温度为42℃,干燥温度会一定程度影响成分的活性;
2)将各种原料分类切成块或者片,用气流粉碎机进行粉碎和分级,收集等效直径小于1mm的粉体;
3)按配方比例称取各种原料粉体,加入麦芽糊精和水形成固含量为60-80%的浆料,其中麦芽糊精的添加量约为固体总质量的10%,放入球磨机中进行球磨;
4)将磨好的浆料通过纳米二氧化硅基质的过滤膜进行压滤,滤液经过100-120℃喷雾干燥造粒,压制成片剂,其中过滤膜的透水率为0.9-1.0m3/(m2·h)。
案例摘举
本产品(按照实施例3制备)前期分发给100位患者试吃,为期1年(2016年2月至2017年2月)。据初步统计,有4人自觉症状改善不明显,但无恶化现象发生,其余96人自觉有十分明显的好转,其中20人痊愈或基本治愈。一些案例如下:
1、某男,47岁,原来身体虚弱,容易疲劳,干活无力,五脏六腑机能退化明显,长期失眠多梦,夜间醒后就难以入眠,早晨起床时常常发生脚部抽筋,经常头晕头痛,长时间活动或干活时有胸闷气短现象,经常耳鸣,有时心悸心慌。服用本产品约半个月,脚部抽筋不再发生,耳鸣减少,精力比较充足,一天可以连续做研究工作8小时以上;3个月后,以上症状消失,2016年8月经医院检查,血压124/69,脉率67(次/分钟),总胆固醇4.65(正常范围3.35-5.17),甘油三酯0.82(正常0.5-1.7),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)1.26(正常1.04-1.55),低密度脂蛋白(LDL)2.35(正常2.06-4.14),血清葡萄糖4.61(正常3.89-6.11)。这些数据证明健康状况已趋正常,体内脏器运化稳定,阴阳达到平衡,体虚症状得到干山。
3、某男,46岁,糖尿病多年,空腹血糖16.22,有多种糖尿病症状,身体十分虚弱,精神不振,长期治疗不见真正好转。服用本产品1个月后,空腹血糖降低到12-13;3个月后,继续降低到7以下,原来服用的降糖药停服,并一直稳定下来,因此身体状况逐渐好转。
4、某女,42岁,高血压病多年(多次测定为180-190/130-150),经常头晕耳鸣,四肢无力,眼底少量出血。每次服用降压药后,血压有所下降,但不久又升高,有时更难受,于是加大药量,过后不久又升高,身体时常疲惫。服用本产品后首先表现的是头晕耳鸣立即减轻,次数减少,随后是血压下降到160-170/110-100范围,降压药用量相应减少;4个月后血压降到130-140/80-85,停服降压药;半年后血压维持在130/80水平。体征状况与常人无异。
5、某女,52岁,患有高血压和冠心病,并出现飞蚊症和白内障病。服用本产品约20天,就见冠心病的症状明显减轻,特别是基本上不头晕和眩晕,血压也开始降低(160-150/100-110);2个月后,冠心病症状几乎消失,脉率70(次/分钟),血压140左右/90左右(停服降压药);4个月后,飞蚊症消失,血压135左右/85左右;此后各种体征一直处于稳定状态,自觉精神愉快。
6、某男,40岁,企业老总,工作繁忙,经常出差、应酬,没几年就表现出未老先衰的现象——胸闷、心悸、头晕、头痛,每隔2-3个月就发生一次眩晕,全身疲劳无力,求助于医生,服用地高辛片,靠此减轻症状,应付工作。服用本产品10天后,一些症状都有明显减轻,精力也开始充沛;4个月后,眩晕不再发生,心脑血管疾病的症状继续减轻;7个月后到医院检查,总胆固醇6.0,甘油三酯1.8,HDL1.61,LDL4.55,指标都接近正常水平,自我感觉良好,精力充沛。

1.一种黄精复合保健品,其特征在于,包含下述重量配比的组分:黄精15-20份、枸杞子10-15份、覆盆子10-15份、山药5-10份、葛根5-10份、玉竹5-10份;
所述黄精通过以下方法制得:将鲜黄精经清洗、刮剪、切片,在100-120℃条件下蒸制2-4小时,冷却后添加0.02%~0.1%的发酵添加物,装入发酵罐中,常温搅拌发酵10-15天,待固体材料变成黑色,烘干即可;所述发酵添加物为双歧杆菌、丁酸梭菌、枯草芽孢、桑黄菌、超氧化物歧化酶、纤维酶、木聚糖酶、果胶酶形成的混合物,所述发酵添加物的活菌总数≥200亿个/克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黄精复合保健品,其特征在于,各组分的重量配比是黄精18-19份、枸杞子12-13份、覆盆子12-13份、山药6-7份、葛根6-7份、玉竹6-7份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的黄精复合保健品,其特征在于,所述黄精复合保健品为片剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的黄精复合保健品,其特征在于,所述片剂还包含麦芽糊精。
5.如权利要求3所述的黄精复合保健品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述黄精复合保健品通过以下方法制备:1)各种原料采用含水量低于5%的干料,漂洗、干燥,干燥温度为40-45℃;2)将各种原料分类切成块或者片,用气流粉碎机进行粉碎和分级,收集等效直径小于1mm的粉体;3)按配方比例称取各种原料粉体,加入麦芽糊精和水形成固含量为60-80%的浆料,放入球磨机中进行球磨;4)将磨好的浆料通过纳米二氧化硅基质的过滤膜进行压滤,滤液经过100-120℃喷雾干燥造粒,压制成片剂。
