背景技术
据膳食调查,中国儿童和青少年,每天钙摄入量约为250-400毫克,仅靠日常饮食和传统食补,远远满足不了孩子快速发育的身体所需。尤其在黄金年龄期的孩子,对钙的需求大,吸收和转化率也很高,如果这一重要时期补钙量不充足,不但会影响骨骼的正常发育,造成生长停滞,让孩子长不高。甚至可能会罹患佝偻病、并增加老年时期骨质疏松、骨折的风险,处在生长发育阶段的孩子,骨骼也在不断地发育,骨骼最初以软骨的形式出现,软骨必须经过钙化才能成为坚硬的骨骼。骨骼钙化过程中,需以钙为原料,给身体补钙,因此孩子对钙有着特殊的需求。
随着人民生活水平提高和营养知识的丰富,营养素补充剂类产品得到越来越多消费者的认同,产量和销量都在稳步增长,目前国内市场上具有补充钙的保健食品和普通食品品种很多,其中很多都已经得到了消费者的认可,也占据了一定的市场份额,市场上关于补钙产品主要集中在吞服片及软胶囊剂型,儿童对于这两种剂型服用都有困难。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题本发明提供了一种适合儿童服用,剂量准确、质量稳定、便于服用及携带的的优点,同时加工工艺简单,生产成本较低,有利于大规模生产的海藻钙压片糖果及其制备方法 。
为了达到上述目的本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明是该海藻钙压片糖果每1000粒含有原料为海藻粉由蘑菇粉和海藻钙组成,其中:蘑菇粉0.6-1.2g,海藻钙100-140g;辅料:全脂奶粉300-500g,山梨糖醇145-165g,木糖醇40-60g,硬脂酸镁11-13g,植脂末55-60g。
优选方案为::该海藻钙压片糖果每1000粒含有原料为海藻粉由蘑菇粉和海藻钙组成,其中:蘑菇粉1g,海藻钙125g;辅料:全脂奶粉400g,山梨糖醇155g,木糖醇50g,硬脂酸镁12g,植脂末60g。
一种海藻钙压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)对原料辅料进行质量检测;对蘑菇粉、海藻钙、全脂奶粉、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、植脂末和硬脂酸镁进行质量检测,将检测合格的原料和辅料在洁净区外除去外包装和内包装并通过缓冲窗口进入生产洁净区;
(2)过筛:将蘑菇粉、海藻钙、全脂奶粉、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、植脂末分别过40目筛,得细粉,备用;
(3)称量:按配方比例称量蘑菇粉、海藻钙、全脂奶粉、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、植脂末、硬脂酸镁,备用;
(4)混合:将称量好的蘑菇粉细粉、海藻粉细粉混合10分钟,得混合粉1;将混合粉1与全脂奶粉细粉按等量递增法混合,即将混合粉1与等量全脂奶粉细粉混合,混合均匀,重复此过程,直到将所有全脂奶粉细粉混合完毕,得混合粉2;将称量好的山梨糖醇细粉、木糖醇细粉、植脂末细粉与混合粉2混合均匀,得总混合粉;
(5)再次混合;将称量好的硬脂酸镁加入步骤4中的总混合粉中,混合5分钟,得混合物;
(6)压片:将混合物压片,压片时温度18-25℃,湿度<65%,压片强度为10 Pa,得片剂,800mg/片;
(7)挑选:剔除不合格的片剂;
(8)内包装:内包装材料符合YBB00122002口服固体药用高密度聚乙烯瓶的标准;
(9)外包装、质检、入库:外包装用纸箱符合GB/T 6543运输包装用单瓦楞纸箱和双瓦楞纸箱的标准,60片/瓶;

山梨糖醇:甜味剂。能给人以浓厚感,在体内被缓慢地吸收利用,且血糖值不增加。其还是比较好的保湿剂和界面活性剂,在片剂中添加山梨糖醇,可以增加片剂的硬度。
木糖醇:甜味剂。是一种天然、健康的甜味剂,它是人们身体正常糖类代谢的中间体,片剂中添加木糖醇,有助于片剂成型。
植脂末:植脂末又称奶精,植脂末速溶性、协调性好、“奶”味强,在食品加工中可代替奶粉或减少用奶量,从而在保持产品品质稳定的前提下,可降低生产成本。
硬脂酸镁:润滑剂。白色细腻粉末,比容大,有良好的附着性,与颗粒混合后分布均匀而不易分离,为常用的润滑剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用天然海藻钙,就口感方面来说,当被唾液水结合,天然海藻钙的组织便会垮塌,从而形成一种味道柔和的平滑质感,天然海藻钙比碳酸钙具有较高的生物利用率,有助于促进骨骼的生长和骨骼的代谢,本发明利用率高,本发明在食用过多的情况下,会随着尿液排出,不会产生结石,添加了全脂奶粉,增加本发明的口感,奶香味更易于消费者接受,在生产过程中需要将原料和辅料反复多次混合,对混合后的混合粉进行休止角测定,在确保混合粉流动性较好的情况下再进行压片,确保本产品的质量。
本发明加工工艺简单,产品质量高,剂量准确、质量稳定、服用及携带方便,口感好,尤其适合儿童服用。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的普通技术人员能更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的描述。
1、本发明是一种海藻钙压片糖果,所述该海藻钙压片糖果每1000粒含有原料为海藻粉由蘑菇粉和海藻钙组成,其中:蘑菇粉0.6-1.2g,海藻钙100-140g;辅料:全脂奶粉300-500g,山梨糖醇145-165g,木糖醇40-60g,硬脂酸镁11-13g,植脂末55-60g。
2、实施例:所述该海藻钙压片糖果每1000粒含有原料为海藻粉由蘑菇粉和海藻钙组成,其中:蘑菇粉1g,海藻钙125g;辅料:全脂奶粉400g,山梨糖醇155g,木糖醇50g,硬脂酸镁12g,植脂末60g。
一种海藻钙压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 对原料辅料进行质量检测;对蘑菇粉、海藻钙、全脂奶粉、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、植脂末和硬脂酸镁进行质量检测,将检测合格的原料和辅料在洁净区外除去外包装和内包装并通过缓冲窗口进入生产洁净区;
(1)过筛:将蘑菇粉、海藻钙、全脂奶粉、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、植脂末分别过40目筛,得细粉,备用;
(2)称量:按配方比例称量蘑菇粉、海藻钙、全脂奶粉、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、植脂末、硬脂酸镁,备用;
(3)混合:将称量好的蘑菇粉细粉、海藻粉细粉混合10分钟,得混合粉1;将混合粉1与全脂奶粉细粉按等量递增法混合,即将混合粉1与等量全脂奶粉细粉混合,混合均匀,重复此过程,直到将所有全脂奶粉细粉混合完毕,得混合粉2;将称量好的山梨糖醇细粉、木糖醇细粉、植脂末细粉与混合粉2混合均匀,得总混合粉;
(4)再次混合;将称量好的硬脂酸镁加入步骤4中的总混合粉中,混合5分钟,得混合物;
(5)压片:将混合物压片,压片时温度18-25℃,湿度<65%,压片强度为10 Pa,得片剂,800mg/片;
(6)挑选:剔除不合格的片剂;
(7)内包装:内包装材料符合YBB00122002口服固体药用高密度聚乙烯瓶的标准;
(8)外包装、质检、入库:外包装用纸箱符合GB/T 6543运输包装用单瓦楞纸箱和双瓦楞纸箱的标准,60片/瓶。
在压片前对步骤5所得的混合物进行休止角测定,计算出休止角tgα=H/R:36°、37°、37°时说明混合物流动性较好,适宜直接压片,步骤2-8均在三十万级洁净区内进行,确保产品卫生。
中试生产验证
投料量分别按处方量放大100倍、100倍、100倍,进行中试放大试验,结果如下:

本产品的生产工艺为片剂制作工艺,经过中试生产及相关检测,各项指标均符合企业标准,故所用的工艺及原辅料用量是合理可行的。

1.一种海藻钙压片糖果,其特征在于:所述该海藻钙压片糖果每1000粒含有原料为海藻粉由蘑菇粉和海藻钙组成,其中:蘑菇粉0.6-1.2g,海藻钙100-140g;辅料:全脂奶粉300-500g,山梨糖醇145-165g,木糖醇40-60g,硬脂酸镁11-13g,植脂末55-60g。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种海藻钙压片糖果,其特征在于:所述该海藻钙压片糖果每1000粒含有原料为海藻粉由蘑菇粉和海藻钙组成,其中:蘑菇粉1g,海藻钙125g;辅料:全脂奶粉400g,山梨糖醇155g,木糖醇50g,硬脂酸镁12g,植脂末60g。
3.一种海藻钙压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
对原料辅料进行质量检测;对蘑菇粉、海藻钙、全脂奶粉、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、植脂末和硬脂酸镁进行质量检测,将检测合格的原料和辅料在洁净区外除去外包装和内包装并通过缓冲窗口进入生产洁净区;
过筛:将蘑菇粉、海藻钙、全脂奶粉、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、植脂末分别过40目筛,得细粉,备用;
称量:按配方比例称量蘑菇粉、海藻钙、全脂奶粉、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、植脂末、硬脂酸镁,备用;
混合:将称量好的蘑菇粉细粉、海藻粉细粉混合10分钟,得混合粉1;将混合粉1与全脂奶粉细粉按等量递增法混合,即将混合粉1与等量全脂奶粉细粉混合,混合均匀,重复此过程,直到将所有全脂奶粉细粉混合完毕,得混合粉2;将称量好的山梨糖醇细粉、木糖醇细粉、植脂末细粉与混合粉2混合均匀,得总混合粉;
再次混合;将称量好的硬脂酸镁加入步骤4中的总混合粉中,混合5分钟,得混合物;
压片:将混合物压片,压片时温度18-25℃,湿度<65%,压片强度为10 Pa,得片剂,800mg/片;
挑选:剔除不合格的片剂;
内包装:内包装材料符合YBB00122002口服固体药用高密度聚乙烯瓶的标准;
