本发明提供了一种橙子皮提取精油的方法,采用以下步骤:橙子皮清洗、切碎,放置于蒸馏釜中,加入蒸馏水,直接蒸馏,水蒸汽带出橙皮精油,经油水分离后,冷却分离再经过滤,再分离,提取得浓度99.3%以上的橙皮精油。本发明是以橙子皮废料为原料提取的一种天然食品或保健品的添加剂,具有工艺简单、成本低、环保无污染的特点。本发明生产的产品质地为黄色透亮的液体,流动性好,有良好的渗透性,其含有人体必需的8种氨基酸和维生素C以及多种微量营养元素,本发明中所有原料一律是食品级的,完全符合国家食用标准要求,对人体无毒无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物精油的提取方法,具体涉及一种橙子皮提取精油的方法。
背景技术
橙子皮,即橙子的果皮,性味,苦,辛,温。果皮含橙皮甙(hesperidin)、挥发油、果胶、胡萝卜素、维生素C,P等成分。在我国橙子主要产于陕西、江苏、浙江、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南、四川、贵州、云南等地。橙子皮主要有快气利隔、化痰降逆、消食和胃、解酲、杀鱼蟹毒等作用,主治胸膈气滞、咳嗽痰多、饮食不消、恶心呕吐。还能够很好的帮助人们提高免疫力,可以帮助治疗感冒引起的咳嗽等。
橙子皮深加工的研究一直处于初级阶段,果实多以鲜食为主,而占橙子总重量约20%-30%的果皮,大多数被白白丢弃,只有少量果皮用于凉果蜜饯加工,90%以上作为废弃物被丢弃,既污染环境,又不利于资源的综合利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种橙子皮提取精油的方法,解决橙子皮资源的综合利用的问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种橙子皮提取精油的方法,其特征在于,采用以下步骤:橙子皮清洗、切碎,放置于蒸馏釜中,加入蒸馏水,直接蒸馏,水蒸汽带出橙皮精油,经油水分离后,冷却分离再经过滤,再分离,提取得浓度99.3%以上的橙皮精油。
本发明是以橙皮废料为原料提取的一种天然食品或保健品的添加剂,具有工艺简单、成本低、环保无污染的特点。本发明生产的产品质地为黄色透亮的液体,流动性好,有良好的渗透性,其含有人体必需的8种氨基酸和维生素C以及多种微量营养元素,本发明中所有原料一律是食品级的,完全符合国家食用标准要求,对人体无毒无害。橙子皮提取的精油不仅可作为食品香料添加剂,通过食用被人体吸收,还可以用作去油脱污的洗涤剂,去污剂、除胶剂等的原料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详细说明本发明。
一种橙子皮提取精油的方法,其特征在于,采用以下步骤:橙子皮清洗、切碎,放置于蒸馏釜中,加入蒸馏水,直接蒸馏,水蒸汽带出橙皮精油,经油水分离后,冷却分离再经过滤,再分离,提取得浓度99.3%以上的橙皮精油。
原料:称取500kg色泽正常、无霉烂、无其它明显不良变化的橙子皮,将其清洗干净、晾干;
切碎: 将洗净的橙子皮切成小块;
蒸馏:将切碎的橙子皮放置于蒸馏釜中,加入蒸馏水,直接蒸馏。
分离、冷却、过滤:在真空吸引下,水蒸汽将精油分子带入冷凝口,分离口,气液分离后,将液体进行分离,油水分离后,再把橙皮精油进一步分离过滤,得含量达99.3%的天然纯橙皮精油。

1.一种橙子皮提取精油的方法,其特征在于,采用以下步骤:橙子皮清洗、切碎,放置于蒸馏釜中,加入蒸馏水,直接蒸馏,水蒸汽带出橙皮精油,经油水分离后,冷却分离再经过滤,再分离,提取得浓度99.3%以上的橙皮精油。
