背景技术
便携式媒体播放器例如MP3播放器和智能手机通常容纳在保护盖或壳中,以保护媒体播放器而不被刮擦或因掉落而损坏。这种壳增加了媒体播放器的有效尺寸并且通常除了保护外不提供其它用途。

发明内容
一个或多个本发明的一个或多个实施例针对包括伸展式套管的用于提供除了保护播放器本身外的其它用途的便携式媒体播放器壳,例如下列用途中的一个或多个:储存耳机线以及防止线缠结、形成支撑腿、形成游戏手柄、夹至带、腰带和衬衫口袋上、形成用于将作为手机的播放器夹在肩膀和耳朵之间的腿、以及形成允许使用者用一只手可靠地保持和操作播放器的手柄。这种壳包括能够从壳向外伸展的套管。套管通常包括称为“褶皱部”的伸展式元件,包括具有弯曲折叶的柱形或锥形薄膜且在其末端具有脚部。套管构成为当套管伸展时允许耳机线缠绕在褶皱部上,以防止线缠结。在壳中提供腔,以便套管可以折叠与壳齐平,并且在耳机线缠绕在套管上的状态下套管可以部分或完全收缩以节省空间。按钮可以附接在套管的末端并且在至少一个实施例中是刚性的,并且在至少一个实施例中径向地伸展超过套管的末端以固定线等。

伸展式元件可以包括褶皱部,包括与壁交替的弯曲折叶。褶皱部结构允许按钮不仅仅从壳笔直地向外伸展,而且以各种倾斜角度远离向外轴线弯曲。按钮可以咬合到褶皱部的端部上,粘贴在褶皱部上,或者为与褶皱部一体地形成的脚部。特别地,在至少一个实施例中,褶皱部形成具有旋转“鳍状”壁和固定壁的锥体,旋转“鳍状”壁和固定壁共同产生彼此相邻地折弯的壁(以便壁大致平行于褶皱部的轴线),而不是彼此上下堆叠。

在优选实施例中,壳体4由TPU或TPE形成。与按钮1同样,套管板3由PC或ABS形成。褶皱部2由或低密度聚丙烯形成。
图3包括图3A和图3B。图3A是详细示出褶皱部2的优选实施例的结构的分解端视图。每个褶皱部2包括折叠部分29,折叠部分29包括与弯曲(或“活动”)折叶9交替的一系列相对刚性壁10、11、12,弯曲折叶9随着褶皱部2被折叠或扩展而弯曲。褶皱部2还包括顶部竖直壁8(用于连接至按钮1)和底部竖直壁12。
图3B表示褶皱部2的替代折叠部分29A。在这些示例中,折叠部分29A包含包括折叶的柔性薄膜。在图3A的实施例中,褶皱部2形成锥体。这允许壁8、10、11、12彼此相邻地叠合(如在图5中所示),而不是如图3B的实施例的情况那样彼此上下堆叠。实施例29和29A在各种伸展构造中都是稳定的。
图4A是沿着图3A中所示的线剖开的图1的便携式媒体壳的立体分解侧视图。图4B是制成后的图1的便携式媒体壳的剖开立体侧视图。套管24向外伸展。作为示例,竖直按钮壁5被粘贴至褶皱部顶部竖直壁8。褶皱部阳咬合配合部13与套管板阴咬合配合元件16接合。其它实施例可以具有与褶皱部2一体地形成或咬合配合于褶皱部2的按钮1,或具有永远地附连至套管板3的褶皱部2。
图5是沿着图3A中所示的线A-A剖开的图1的便携式媒体播放器壳的一部分的详细剖开立体侧视图。套管24处于其折叠位置。注意折叶9的弯曲允许壁10和11以大致平行的构造彼此相邻地折叠,而不是彼此上下堆叠。壁10被称为鳍状壁,因为当褶皱部2伸展时它们对角地向上定向而当褶皱部2关闭时它们对角地向下定向。壁8、11和12在两种构造中都保持竖直地定向,并且不旋转。壁5是刚性的并且不旋转。注意术语“向上”和“向下”用于描述附图方便,而不是特别为了包括处于各种其它朝向的情况。
在一个实施例中,褶皱部2是由形成的锥体。壁8、10、11、12都是大约1至2毫米厚且2至5毫米长。弯曲折叶9是大约0.2至0.4毫米厚且1至2毫米长。当褶皱部2处于扩展状态时,鳍状壁大约偏离竖直20-40度。这允许壁8、10、11、12如图5所示以大致平行的构造彼此相邻地叠合,从而减小了套管24在其折叠构造时的外形。
按钮环6按压到褶皱部阳咬合配合部13中,以促进阳咬合配合部13与套管板阴咬合配合部16接合。
图6是通过使两个套管24的下部以与外壳体4倾斜的角度伸展而被直立支撑(称为电视会议模式)的便携式媒体壳100的侧视图。图7是通过使两个套管的上部伸展而略微倾斜(称为文本模式)的壳100的立体侧视图。图8是横向放置并通过使两个套管24伸展而以较陡的角度笔直地倾斜或以较浅的角度斜向地倾斜(称为影院模式)的壳100的立体侧视图。
图9是类似于图8的构造为影院模式的便携式媒体壳的侧视图,其中套管24倾斜地伸展。当在该构造中倚靠在按钮的表面上时,便携式媒体壳处于非常适合于浏览因特网的冲浪模式。
图10包括图10A和图10B,并且示出了用于不会缠结地保持耳机线27的壳100。图10A是套管伸展的壳100的立体后视图。使用者经由耳机插孔25将耳机插头26插入到媒体播放器200中,并且将耳机线27缠绕在褶皱部2上。图10B类似于图10A,除了套管24已经基本上收缩以外。这保持线27,减小了壳100的厚度,并且降低了按钮1钩住其它物体的机率。使按钮1径向地伸展超过褶皱部2是有帮助的,使得按钮1形成用于保持线27的唇缘(或如在图11中所示的带28)。
图11包括图11A和图11B,并且示出了套管24夹住带28,以保持壳100。图11A是套管伸展的壳100的立体后视图,使得带28能够插入按钮1下方和褶皱部2之间。图11B类似于图11A,除了套管24已经基本上收缩以外,以便更紧地夹住带28并且减小壳100的轮廓。

尽管在本文中特别描述了本发明的示例性优选实施例,但是本领域技术人员将意识到除了那些明确提及的之外的在本发明的精神内的各种改变、增加以及应用。例如,媒体播放器200可以是平板或MP3播放器或其它设备,例如iPod TouchTM。壳4于是将相应地确定大小,并提供适当的孔道。此外,可以提供更多或更少的套管。套管和按钮可以具有不同的形状和大小。它们可以是弹性的而不是刚性的,或形成吸盘。
Claims (21)
1.一种可伸展套管(24),其用于附接到便携式媒体播放器(200)或便携式媒体播放器壳(100,101),所述套管(24)包括:
固定元件(13,31,32,33,34,35),其用于将所述套管(24)附接到便携式媒体播放器(200)或便携式媒体播放器壳(100,101);
褶皱部(2),其近端连接到固定元件(13,31,32,33,34,35)且其能够从固定元件向外伸展至扩展状态以及朝向固定元件往回折叠至折叠状态;以及
按钮,其位于褶皱部的与固定元件相对的远端。
2.一种可伸展套管(24),其用于附接到便携式媒体播放器(200)或便携式媒体播放器壳(100,101),所述套管(24)包括:
固定元件(13,31,32,33,34,35),其用于将套管(24)附接到便携式媒体播放器(200)或便携式媒体播放器壳(100,101);
褶皱部(2),其近端连接到固定元件且其能够从固定元件向外伸展至扩展状态以及朝向固定元件往回折叠至折叠状态;以及
按钮,其位于褶皱部(2)的与固定元件相对的远端,所述按钮由刚性材料形成,终止褶皱部的远端,并径向地伸展超过褶皱部(2)的远端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的套管,其中所述按钮由刚性材料形成,终止褶皱部的远端,并径向地伸展超过褶皱部(2)的远端。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的套管,其中所述固定元件包括吸盘(32)或吸盘带(33)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的套管,其中当褶皱部(2)处于其扩展状态时,所述套管(24)用作舒适的手柄。
6.根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的套管,其中所述褶皱部形成锥形。
7.根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的套管,其中所述褶皱部包括一个或多个弯曲折叶。
8.根据权利要求7所述的套管,其中所述褶皱部包括与一个或多个弯曲折叶交替的壁,所述壁相对于所述折叶是刚性的。
9.根据权利要求8所述的套管,其中所述褶皱部构成并布置为当褶皱部处于其折叠状态时所述壁保持大致平行于所述褶皱部的轴线。
10.根据权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的套管,其中所述褶皱部由基于聚酯的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体形成。
11.一种便携式媒体播放器壳(100,101),其用于容纳便携式媒体播放器(200),所述便携式媒体播放器壳包括:
用于容纳便携式媒体播放器的壳体(4);以及
附接到所述壳体的可伸展套管(24),所述套管包括:
褶皱部(2),其能够从壳体(4)向外伸展至扩展状态以及朝向壳体(4)往回折叠至折叠状态;以及
按钮,其位于褶皱部的远离壳体的远端。
12.一种便携式媒体播放器壳(100,101),其用于容纳便携式媒体播放器(200),所述便携式媒体播放器壳包括:
用于容纳便携式媒体播放器的壳体(4);以及
附接到所述壳体的可伸展套管(24),所述套管包括:
褶皱部(2),其能够从壳体(4)向外伸展以及朝向壳体(4)缩回;以及
按钮,其位于褶皱部(2)的远端,所述按钮由刚性材料形成并径向地伸展超过褶皱部(2)的远端。
13.根据权利要求11所述的便携式媒体播放器壳,其中所述按钮由刚性材料形成并径向地伸展超过褶皱部(2)的远端。
14.根据权利要求11至13中的任一项所述的便携式媒体播放器壳,其中所述套管(24)还包括固定元件(13,31,32,33,34,35),所述固定元件附接到壳体(4)并位于褶皱部(2)的近端。
15.根据权利要求14所述的便携式媒体播放器壳,其中所述固定元件包括吸盘(32)或吸盘带(33)。
16.根据权利要求11至15中的任一项所述的便携式媒体播放器壳,其中当褶皱部处于其扩展状态时,所述套管用作舒适的手柄。
17.根据权利要求11至16中的任一项所述的便携式媒体播放器壳,其中所述褶皱部在其扩展状态中形成锥形。
18.根据权利要求11至17中的任一项所述的便携式媒体播放器壳,其中所述褶皱部包括一个或多个弯曲折叶。
19.根据权利要求18所述的便携式媒体播放器壳,其中所述褶皱部包括与一个或多个弯曲折叶交替的壁,所述壁相对于所述折叶是刚性的。
20.根据权利要求19所述的便携式媒体播放器壳,其中所述褶皱部构成并布置为当褶皱部折叠时所述壁保持大致平行于所述褶皱部的轴线。
21.根据权利要求11至20中的任一项所述的便携式媒体播放器壳,其中所述褶皱部由基于聚酯的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体形成。
