Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of an intelligent cleaning device 1 of the present invention includes a base station main body 11, a replacement platform 12, and a replacement system 13; the base station body 11 includes a washing system 111; the displacement platform 12 is arranged beside the base station main body 11; replacement system 13 connects base station body 11 with replacement platform 12 for transferring mops 33 located outside replacement system 13 into washing system 111 for cleaning and transferring cleaned mops 3 back out of replacement system 13.
The intelligent cleaning device 1 can wash and clean the mop 3, and secondary pollution of dust to indoor air is avoided.
The translation stage 12 has docking stations for docking peripherals. When the peripheral equipment is stopped at a stopping position, the replacement system 13 and the peripheral equipment realize the movement, cleaning and replacement of the mop 3; it is possible to recycle a single mop 3.
The base station body 11 is provided with an infrared positioning device for emitting infrared rays to make the peripheral park at the parking position according to the guidance of the infrared rays.
The intelligent cleaning device 1 further comprises a charging system arranged on the base station main body 11 or the replacement platform 12 for charging the peripheral. The base station body 11 and the replacement platform 12 may be independent bodies or may be integrally formed. The ramp guide platform 14 and the displacement platform 12 may be separate bodies or may be integrally formed. In other embodiments, the base station body 11, the displacement platform 12 and the guide platform 14 may be integrally formed. The displacement platform 12 also comprises a mop drain; the displacing system 13 communicates with the mop outlet so that the mops 3 in the washing system 111 and/or the displacing system 13 are guided out by the mop outlet. The mop 3 can be added during the cycle or, alternatively, it can be handled at the mop outlet when it is to be removed from the displacement platform 12.
The washing system 111 includes a cleaning tank 1111; one end of the displacement system 13 is disposed in the clean water tank 1111. The cleaning water tank 1111 can automatically wash the mop 3 for cleaning, and secondary pollution of dust to indoor air is avoided.
The replacement system 13 comprises a lead-in mechanism 131, a lead-out mechanism 132 and a mop holder 133; the lead-in mechanism 131 connects the cleaning water tank 1111 with the displacement platform 12 to transport the mops 3 outside the displacement system 13 to the cleaning water tank 1111; the lead-out mechanism 132 connects the cleaning tank 1111 with the changing platform 12 to transfer the mops 3 from the cleaning tank 1111 to the changing platform 12; the mop holder 133 is used for holding the mop 3, and the mop holder 133 is slidably connected to the introducing mechanism 131 and the discharging mechanism 132.
When operation of the replacement system 13 is required, the lead-in mechanism 131 transports the mop holder 133 carrying the mops 3 to the cleaning sump 1111, where the mop holder 133 in the mop holder 133 is cleaned.
The introduction mechanism 131 includes a first elevation member 1311 and a horizontal introduction mechanism 1312; a first elevation member 1311 provided in the displacement platform 12 for transferring the mop holder 133; the horizontal introduction mechanism 1312 connects the first elevation member 1311 with the lead-out mechanism 132 to transfer the mop carrier 133 from the first elevation member 1311 to the lead-out mechanism 132.
The lead-out mechanism 132 includes a second elevation member 1321 and a horizontal lead-out mechanism 1322; a second lifting means 1321 provided in the washing system 111 and connected to the horizontal introduction mechanism 1312 to receive the mop carrier 133 transferred by the horizontal introduction mechanism 1312; the horizontal drawing mechanism 1322 connects the second elevation member 1321 with the first elevation member 1311 to transfer the mop holder 133 from the second elevation member 1321 to the first elevation member 1311.
In the present embodiment, the first lifting member 1311 has three stops, namely, a first stop 161, a second stop 162, and a third stop 163, which are sequentially spaced from top to bottom; the horizontal lead-in mechanism 1312 and the horizontal lead-out mechanism 1322 are respectively correspondingly connected with the third stop 163 and the second stop 162; with the mop holder 133 in the first stop 161, the mop 3 outside the displacement system 13 is placed onto the mop holder 133, after which the mop holder 133 is slid to the third stop 163, whereupon the horizontal pull-in 1312 transports the mop holder 133 in the third stop 163 to the second lifting mechanism 1321 in the cleaning tank 1111, where the mop 3 in the mop holder 133 is cleaned by the ultrasonic device in the cleaning tank 1111; thereafter, the second elevation mechanism 1321 conveys the mop container 133 containing the washed mop 3 to the horizontal drawing mechanism 1322, and the horizontal drawing mechanism 1322 conveys the mop container 133 to the second stop 162 of the first elevation member 1311; the first elevation member 1311 then transfers the mop holder 133 back to the first stop 161; the peripheral device can remove the mop 3 in the mop holder 133. Of course, in other embodiments the displacing system 13 also comprises a jacking member for pushing the mop 3 located in the first stop 161 out of the mop guide to be glued to an external device.
Referring to fig. 2, in other embodiments, the end of the second lifting mechanism 1321 has a relay area for receiving a mop holder 133 cleaned by the cleaning tank 1111, which is suitable for use in a replacement system 13 with multiple mop holders 133 and multiple mops 3.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention further provides an intelligent cleaning system, which includes a peripheral device 2 and the above-mentioned intelligent cleaning apparatus 1 carrying the peripheral device 2, wherein the peripheral device 2 is a cleaning robot.
The cleaning robot of the invention is detachably connected to the mop 3 and preferably comprises a mop gripping mechanism 21, which mop gripping mechanism 21 grips or releases the mop 3.
When the mop grip mechanism 21 releases the mop 3, the mop 3 enters the mop holder 133 on the first elevation member 1311 at the first stop 161; in this position too, the mop gripping means 21 grips the mop 3 in the mop receiving part 133.
The intelligent cleaning system comprises an intelligent cleaning device 1 and a cleaning robot adopting a mop cloth 3, the cleaning robot adopting the mop cloth 3 is low in power consumption, and the cruising ability of the cleaning robot can be increased.
The cleaning robot further comprises a gyroscope module. The gyroscope module can enable the cleaning robot to be positioned more accurately, realizes no repeated cleaning, no omission in cleaning and no need of repeatedly searching for a charging station when charging is needed, effectively reduces energy consumption loss, and has the advantages of convenience in use, accurate positioning, sensitive control response and the like.
The cleaning robot is internally provided with the balancing weight, so that dust which is difficult to clean on the ground can be effectively removed (the balancing weight is just like manually wiping the ground).
The cleaning robot comprises an infrared sensing assembly; the base station main body 11 includes an infrared positioning device for emitting infrared rays; the cleaning robot comprises an infrared sensing assembly for receiving the infrared rays so as to control the cleaning robot to slowly move into a parking position according to the intensity of the infrared rays.
The infrared induction component comprises a front induction group, a rear induction group, a left induction group, a right induction group, a left front side induction group and a right front side induction group, wherein the front induction group, the rear induction group, the left induction group, the right induction group, the left front side induction group and the right front side induction group correspond to the front end, the rear end, the left end, the right end, the left front side and the right front side of the main body of the cleaning robot.
According to the intelligent cleaning device 1 and the intelligent cleaning system, the intelligent cleaning device 1 can wash and clean the mop 3 of the peripheral device 2, so that secondary pollution of dust to indoor air is avoided, the intelligent cleaning system comprises the intelligent cleaning device 1 and the peripheral device 2 adopting the mop 3, power consumption is low due to the adoption of the mop 3, and the cruising ability of the peripheral device 2 can be improved.

one end of the replacement system is arranged in the cleaning water tank;
the replacement system comprises:
a lead-in mechanism connecting the cleaning basin and the displacement platform to transport the mops out of the displacement system to the cleaning basin; the leading-in mechanism comprises a first lifting component and a horizontal leading-in mechanism; the first lifting component is provided with three stop positions which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom at intervals, namely a first stop position, a second stop position and a third stop position;
a lead-out mechanism connecting the cleaning basin and the replacement platform to transport the mops from the cleaning basin to the replacement platform; the leading-out mechanism comprises a second lifting component and a horizontal leading-out mechanism;
the mop cloth containing piece is used for containing the mop cloth and is connected with the leading-in mechanism and the leading-out mechanism in a sliding way;
and the horizontal leading-in mechanism and the horizontal leading-out mechanism are respectively and correspondingly connected with a third stop position and a second stop position.
2. The intelligent cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the replacement platform has docking stations for docking with a peripheral device.
3. The intelligent cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein the base station body is provided with an infrared positioning device for emitting infrared rays to make the peripheral park at the parking position according to the guidance of the infrared rays.
