一种具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其锁芯包括一个外壳体、一个槽道装置及多数个弹于孔,该槽道装置设在该外壳体内,包括一个曲折式槽道,该曲折式槽道一端与该锁口相通,该弹子孔设在该外壳体中,该曲折槽道的槽壁形成多数个具一定深度的分枝状长形孔穴,可使偷挖锁孔的长条弹片偏离而不易返回正常的曲折式槽道,具有更佳的防挖效果。

Description

具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具
本发明涉及一种具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具。
以往的曲折式锁具,例如CA2115600A号专利案中的锁具,其锁芯包括一个外壳体、一个槽道装置及多数个弹子孔,该外壳体是长形体,在一端设一个锁口,该槽道装置设在该外壳体内,包括一个曲折式槽道,该曲折式槽道一端与该锁口相通,并在靠近该锁口端开始往另一端以弧曲的方式延伸形成槽道,于槽道中并形成具有防挖功能的直立凹口,此种锁具虽然具有防挖的功效,但是因为该槽道中形成的直立凹口仅为很浅的斜角缺口,使偷挖锁孔者所用的软质长条形弹性薄片,有可能经一阵抽移扭戳后,会越过该直立凹口,使该直立凹口失去防挖的效果。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,可使偷挖锁孔的长条弹片偏离而不易返回正常的曲折式槽道,具有更佳的防挖效果。
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其锁芯包括一个外壳体、一个槽道装置及多数个弹子孔,该外壳体是长形体,在一端设一个锁口,该槽道装置设在该外壳体内,包括一个曲折式槽道,该曲折式槽道一端与该锁口相通,并在靠近该锁口端开始往另一端以弧曲的方式延伸形成槽道,该弹子孔设在该外壳体中,并邻接该槽道空间的周壁处与该槽道相通,弹子孔中设有弹子,其特征在于:
该曲折槽道的槽道曲折处槽壁,顺循着该曲折处由锁口而来的方向,形成多数个具一定深度的分枝状长形孔穴。
所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该槽道空间的周壁处设与该槽道不同向的多数个导沟。
所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该导沟以直向平行排列的多数个凹沟所构成。
所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该导沟设在该槽道的上、下或水平面的周壁处。
所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该导沟设在该弹子孔的槽道空间周壁。
所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该外壳体包括一个上盖装置及一个下盖装置,而该槽道装置包括多数个槽道单体且该槽道单体形成该曲折槽道,并容设在该上下盖体之间。
所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该锁口及该槽道的横截面为曲折式的蛇沟。
本发明的主要效果在于:该锁具锁芯的曲折式槽道的槽道曲折处槽壁,顺循着曲折处上游而来的方向,形成多数个具足够深度的分枝状长形孔穴,使偷挖锁孔的长条弹性薄片,因本体的弹性而插入该槽道时,其前端一直紧抵着槽壁前进,而被导引入该长形孔穴内至深度底端,使该弹性薄片偏离而不易返回该曲折式槽道。
本发明的槽道的上、下或水平面处,设有与该槽道不同向的导沟。
综上所述,本发明具防挖定向构造的曲折式锁具的确具有较佳的防挖效果,可使偷挖锁孔的长条弹片偏离而不易返回正常的曲折式槽道。
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明:

如图1所示,本发明锁芯包括一个外壳体2,该外壳体2由一个上盖装置30及一个下盖装置40所组成,且该外壳体2内设置一个槽道装置50。
该上盖装置30是一个内部挖空的盖体,且形成一个上挖空部31,该上盖装置30的前端32中央下缘处设有一个倒U形的上凹口321,该上盖装置30四顶角处设有四个销孔33及四个插孔34,且在内部设有容置弹子的弹子孔35。
该下盖装置40与该上盖装置30配合设置,该下盖装置40是一个内部挖空的盖体并且形成一个下挖空部41,该下挖空部41与上盖装置30的上挖空部31形成一个容置空间,在下盖装置40的前端设有一个U形跨座42,且有一个嵌合体43套装在该跨座42上,该跨座42设有两个卡沟421并与该嵌合体43两侧设的两个凸板431相配置,该嵌合体43中央处设有一个U形的下凹口432,该下凹口432与上凹口321形成一个完整的锁口,本实施例是一种称为蛇口式的锁口,也就是曲折式锁口。另外,在该下挖空部41内侧四顶角设有与该上盖装置30的四销孔33相对应的四个固定孔44,而该下盖装置40外侧四顶角处设有与该上盖装置30的插孔34相对应的插孔45,且在该下挖空部41两侧设有两个稍高起的长条形跨台46。
该槽道装置50装设在该上盖装置30的上挖空部31及该下盖体40的下挖空部41所形成的容置空间内,该槽道装置50包括左槽道单体51、右槽道单体52及一个该左槽道单体51与右槽道单体52之间形成的曲折槽道53,该曲折槽道53两侧处设有多数个防挖装置。每一防挖装置是在曲折槽道53的槽道曲折处的槽壁,循着该曲折处上游而来的方向,在该曲折处不曲折而直接延伸,形成一个具有足够深度的分枝状长形孔穴531,在槽壁的其余位置可设一些较浅斜角缺口状的副防挖装置532,另外,该槽道装置50的四个顶角设有四个穿孔54而与该上盖装置30的四销孔33、下盖装置40的四固定孔44相对应,用该上盖装置30的弹子孔35对应装设在该曲折槽道53。
该左、右槽道单体51、52的制法,可以用整体成型的方式,或如图1所示,由多数个预定冲成相同形状的薄片堆叠而成。
藉由上述构造,本发明在组装时先将该槽道装置50放置在该下盖装置40的下挖空部41,再将该上盖装置30盖上,以四个插销3’依序穿过该上盖装置30的销孔33、该槽道装置50的穿孔54及该下盖装置40的固定孔44,另外,再以四个C型环扣4’分别卡扣连结该上盖装置30的插孔34及该下盖装置40的插孔45,藉由四个插销3’及四个C形扣环4’将该上盖装置30、槽道装置50与下盖装置40紧密结合,当该槽道装置50的左槽道单体51、右槽道单体52放置在该下盖装置40的下挖空部41时,该左槽道单体51、右槽道单体52与该下盖装置40的两个跨台46形成具有间隙的导沟55。
上述构造组合后,如图2所示,由于该曲折槽道53槽壁的长形孔穴531,使偷挖锁孔者所用的软质长条形弹性薄片5’在接近该长形孔穴531时,会被导引进入该长形孔穴531,而偏离正常的曲折槽道53,且由于该孔穴531具有足够的深度,使得伸入该曲折槽道53的薄片不易越过该孔穴531。
如图3所示是本发明锁芯的第二实施例立体分解图,主要是在该槽道装置50的上下位置加设一个衬板56,该衬板56靠近该槽道装置50的板面上,形成纵向平行排列的多数个凹状导沟561,组合后,该导沟561位在该曲折槽道53的上下侧,且面对该曲折槽道53,因此,当偷挖锁孔者使用的条形弹性薄片伸入槽道53而欲往上(或下)侧拨动该弹子孔35中的弹子时,该薄片前端往上、下顶时,会接触到该凹状导沟561而受其导引,使该薄片前端的前进方向被卡限于直向,因此使本发明锁芯具有阻止偷开锁动作的效果。
如图4所示是本发明锁芯的第三实施例立体分解剖视图,其平行排列的凹状导沟36是直接设在该上盖装置30内部上挖空部31表面,如此在组合后可使该导沟36直接面对该曲折槽道53,且该左、右槽道单体51、52的薄片可直接以冲压或铣切方式加工成型为上、下表面具有纵向长型的波浪状导沟,如此,不但使各该薄片间更容易堆叠、定位,且该导沟36可全面的成型在该曲折槽道53的断面各转折处,而加强本发明的防挖效果(如图6所示)。
此外,该蛇口式锁口96以相同的形状一直延伸入该曲折槽道53,该槽道53的横截面也是与锁口相同的蛇沟53’,如图5所示,该蛇沟53’的转折程度,是以一侧侧壁91会超过对侧92的边线95,当该薄片5’插入该蛇沟53’内时,该薄片5’在横断面上会呈现如图5的弯弧状,当该薄片5’在深入曲折槽道53时,该薄片5’纵向的抗弯力会增加,相对使该薄片5’在曲折槽道53中不容易柔弯前进。
该蛇沟53’因弯曲而有横向的凸出部分93,且在下部有一个横向扩大口94,具有与前述横向上的定位及定向的作用。
如图6所示是本发明锁芯第四实施例的横截面示意图,该蛇口式锁口96及延伸至锁芯内部的曲折槽道53的横剖面为一直角曲折式槽壁533,且平行排列的凹状导沟534则可设在该直角曲折式槽壁533的水平槽壁535部位,同样具有使薄片前端的前进方向被卡限在直向的功效,同时,该锁芯的槽道单体薄片可以具有不同厚度,并且整个宽度上具有纵向长型的导沟(如图4所示),可利于槽道单体薄片的堆叠及在多个位置上具有防控的导沟,同时更可因厚薄不同的差异增加槽道横截面的变化。

Claims (7)

1、一种具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其锁芯包括一个外壳体、一个槽道装置及多数个弹子孔,该外壳体是长形体,在一端设一个锁口,该槽道装置设在该外壳体内,包括一个曲折式槽道,该曲折式槽道一端与该锁口相通,并在靠近该锁口端开始往另一端以弧曲的方式延伸形成槽道,该弹子孔设在该外壳体中,并邻接该槽道空间的周壁处与该槽道相通,弹子孔中设有弹子,其特征在于:
该曲折槽道的槽道曲折处槽壁,顺循着该曲折处由锁口而来的方向,形成多数个具一定深度的分枝状长形孔穴。
2、如权利要求1所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该槽道空间的周壁处设与该槽道不同向的多数个导沟。
3、如权利要求2所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该导沟以直向平行排列的多数个凹沟所构成。
4、如权利要求2所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该导沟设在该槽道的上、下或水平面的周壁处。
5、如权利要求2所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该导沟设在该弹子孔的槽道空间周壁。
6、如权利要求1所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该外壳体包括一个上盖装置及一个下盖装置,而该槽道装置包括多数个槽道单体且该槽道单体形成该曲折槽道,并容设在该上下盖体之间。
7、如权利要求1所述的具有防挖构造的曲折式锁具,其特征在于:该锁口及该槽道的横截面为曲折式的蛇沟。
