Abstract
本发明公开了一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,所述工艺包括纯棉织物的预处理,整理液A处理、整理液B处理、碱溶液漂洗等步骤。与现有技术相比,本发明所述工艺具有以下优点:(1)本发明所述工艺整理后获得的纯棉织物具有良好的防污能力,且防污性能稳定;(2)整理后纯棉织物依然保持纯棉的透气性和舒适度,有利于人体健康;(3)本发明所述工艺简单,生产成本低,适于工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种棉织物的整理,具体为一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺。
背景技术
纯棉织物具有柔软透气、富有弹性、穿着舒适的特点。由于纯棉织物原料为纯天然,因此减少了化学处理的过程。但是纯棉织物普遍存在着一些不足之处,如纤维品质差,比强度低,水洗容易变形,防污能力差等。
现有技术中为了赋予纯棉织物良好的防污性能,常采用在纯棉织物表面涂布功能涂层的方式。如中国专利申请CN2013100294231一种织物用抗污染隔热涂料及其制备方法,公开了包含丙酮、聚苯并咪唑、聚丙烯酸酯复合粉体、聚乙二醇及聚氨酯的涂料组合物。所述涂料具有良好的隔热性,且耐污能力强。该制备方法工艺简单,生产成本低,适于工业化生产。
但是采用防污染涂层的方式解决纯棉织物易污染的问题具有以下缺陷:首先,涂层的存在影响了纯棉织物的舒适度,导致穿着感下降;其次,涂层中含有的化学组分易刺激皮肤,影响身体健康;再次,涂层的寿命不长久。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,获得一种防污染的纯棉织物,且穿着舒适感好,对皮肤无刺激,防污性能稳定,本发明提供了一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺。
技术方案:一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)取纯棉织物,浸没于质量分数为3%~8%的碳酸氢钠水溶液中,30~45℃条件下处理0.5~2小时,取出自然晾干,清水洗涤2~4次;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液A中,pH为6~7,浴比为1:8~12g/L,30~40℃浸渍1~2.5小时,取出55~65℃烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液B中,pH为5.2~6.8,浴比为1:5~10g/L,35~42℃浸渍0.5~2.5小时,取出55~65℃烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的纯棉织物采用质量分数为2%~5%的碳酸氢钠水溶液漂洗,至残余液pH为7.0~7.4,自然晾干;
其中,整理液A为尿素溶液,质量浓度为1.2~4.5g/L;整理液B为海藻酸钠水溶液,质量浓度为0.5~1.8g/L。
优选的,步骤(1)处理后纯棉织物的含潮率为0.5%~2.0%。
优选的,步骤(1)中取纯棉织物,浸没于质量分数为5%的碳酸氢钠水溶液中,40℃条件下处理1.5小时,取出自然晾干,清水洗涤3次。
优选的,步骤(2)中将步骤(1)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液A中,pH为6.5,浴比为1:10g/L,35℃浸渍2小时,取出60℃烘干。
优选的,步骤(3)中将步骤(2)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液B中,pH为6.2,浴比为1:8g/L,38℃浸渍2小时,取出60℃烘干。
优选的,步骤(4)中将步骤(3)处理后的纯棉织物采用质量分数为4%的碳酸氢钠水溶液漂洗,至残余液pH为7.2,自然晾干。
优选的,整理液A为尿素溶液,质量浓度为3.5g/L;整理液B为海藻酸钠水溶液,质量浓度为1.3g/L。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述工艺整理后获得的纯棉织物具有良好的防污能力,且防污性能稳定;(2)整理后纯棉织物依然保持纯棉的透气性和舒适度,有利于人体健康;(3)本发明所述工艺简单,生产成本低,适于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)取纯棉织物,浸没于质量分数为3%的碳酸氢钠水溶液中,30℃条件下处理0.5小时,取出自然晾干,清水洗涤2次;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液A中,pH为6,浴比为1:8g/L,30℃浸渍1小时,取出55℃烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液B中,pH为5.2,浴比为1:5g/L,35℃浸渍0.5小时,取出55℃烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的纯棉织物采用质量分数为2%的碳酸氢钠水溶液漂洗,至残余液pH为7.0,自然晾干;
其中,整理液A为尿素溶液,质量浓度为1.2g/L;整理液B为海藻酸钠水溶液,质量浓度为0.5g/L。
步骤(1)处理后纯棉织物的含潮率为0.5%。
实施例2
一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)取纯棉织物,浸没于质量分数为5%的碳酸氢钠水溶液中,40℃条件下处理1.5小时,取出自然晾干,清水洗涤3次;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液A中,pH为6.5,浴比为1:10g/L,35℃浸渍2小时,取出60℃烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液B中,pH为6.2,浴比为1:8g/L,38℃浸渍2小时,取出60℃烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的纯棉织物采用质量分数为4%的碳酸氢钠水溶液漂洗,至残余液pH为7.2,自然晾干;
其中,整理液A为尿素溶液,质量浓度为1.2~4.5g/L;整理液B为海藻酸钠水溶液,质量浓度为0.5~1.8g/L。
其中,整理液A为尿素溶液,质量浓度为3.5g/L;整理液B为海藻酸钠水溶液,质量浓度为1.3g/L。
步骤(1)处理后纯棉织物的含潮率为1.2%。
实施例3
一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)取纯棉织物,浸没于质量分数为8%的碳酸氢钠水溶液中,45℃条件下处理2小时,取出自然晾干,清水洗涤4次;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液A中,pH为7,浴比为1:12g/L,40℃浸渍2.5小时,取出65℃烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液B中,pH为6.8,浴比为1:10g/L,42℃浸渍2.5小时,取出65℃烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的纯棉织物采用质量分数为5%的碳酸氢钠水溶液漂洗,至残余液pH为7.4,自然晾干;
其中,整理液A为尿素溶液,质量浓度为4.5g/L;整理液B为海藻酸钠水溶液,质量浓度为1.8g/L。
步骤(1)处理后纯棉织物的含潮率为2.0%。
对实施例1~3所述工艺整理后的纯棉织物进行性能测试,结果如下表所示:

Claims (7)
1.一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)取纯棉织物,浸没于质量分数为3%~8%的碳酸氢钠水溶液中,30~45℃条件下处理0.5~2小时,取出自然晾干,清水洗涤2~4次;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液A中,pH为6~7,浴比为1:8~12g/L,30~40℃浸渍1~2.5小时,取出55~65℃烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液B中,pH为5.2~6.8,浴比为1:5~10g/L,35~42℃浸渍0.5~2.5小时,取出55~65℃烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的纯棉织物采用质量分数为2%~5%的碳酸氢钠水溶液漂洗,至残余液pH为7.0~7.4,自然晾干;
其中,整理液A为尿素溶液,质量浓度为1.2~4.5g/L;整理液B为海藻酸钠水溶液,质量浓度为0.5~1.8g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)处理后纯棉织物的含潮率为0.5%~2.0%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中取纯棉织物,浸没于质量分数为5%的碳酸氢钠水溶液中,40℃条件下处理1.5小时,取出自然晾干,清水洗涤3次。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中将步骤(1)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液A中,pH为6.5,浴比为1:10g/L,35℃浸渍2小时,取出60℃烘干。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中将步骤(2)处理后的纯棉织物浸渍于整理液B中,pH为6.2,浴比为1:8g/L,38℃浸渍2小时,取出60℃烘干。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中将步骤(3)处理后的纯棉织物采用质量分数为4%的碳酸氢钠水溶液漂洗,至残余液pH为7.2,自然晾干。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯棉织物的防污整理工艺,其特征在于,整理液A为尿素溶液,质量浓度为3.5g/L;整理液B为海藻酸钠水溶液,质量浓度为1.3g/L。
