Description

具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法
本發明係有關於一種具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法,尤指在染整加工過程中,將織物表面經過後處理加工方式包括有處理輪方式、刮刀方式、噴塗方式的撥水加工,使加工織物具有耐雨淋、高透氣、撥水及防水的特性。
一般對布面做撥水處理後,藉由上PU或壓克力膠達到防水,但此加工能賦予織物的撥水與防水性,具撥水加工往往都於染整階段配合加工,以利於後處理加工作業例如塗佈及貼合加工,但是撥水效果往往會因為前處理的製程而造成撥水效果不佳,尤指如圖1所示係習知撥水加工會在織物F表面撥水厚度L產生凹凸不平現象且會滲入織物F內,因此傳統型加工往往會出現如下現象:
a.織布加工再打緯紗時,會進行上漿動作以避免斷紗,但如果未完整退漿並殘留,會導致後續的撥水劑吃不上去。
b.另外也有可能因為布種含水率的問題,例如尼龍(Nylon)含水率約1.5%、聚酯(Polyester)含水率約0.4%,導致撥水劑無法有效進入纖維組織內。
c.現場量化加工為連續性生產,會有壓力輪控制壓吸量,假使壓力過重會導致吃料量過少導致效果不均。
d.因為上料量往往不足,導致撥水經過AATCC 135的水洗過程開始逐漸從布面剝離效果遞減。
e.隨著染整色牢度不好,隨著色料脫落,造成撥水效果下降。
f.若單獨做布面撥水並無樹脂添加,其水的滲透性高會導致過穿布面。
本發明主要目的,係要提出一種具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法專利申請,主要步驟係取染色織物經過撥水加工時,採取後處理加工方式完成薄化耐雨淋撥水防水織物,其撥水加工採用後處理加工方式包括有處理輪方式、刮刀方式、噴塗方式,後處理至織物表面上形成薄化膜,將撥水劑混與壓克力樹脂混合後形成撥水加工液,其撥水加工液包括含含氟壓克力樹脂10~20wt%、水性聚胺脂樹脂5~8wt%、檸檬酸3~4wt%、流平劑0.2~0.45wt%、異氰酸架橋劑5~8wt%、含丙烯酸增稠劑0.1~0.5wt%、並含有工業軟水80~90wt%,藉由後處理的方式後處理至布面上,使本發明具有如下特性:
(1).本發明加工方法可以避免因為壓吸造成不均現象,可以穩定的將原料輕薄的附著在織物上,其加工方法節省能源避免浪費。
(2).本發明撥水加工液藉由架橋劑促進與布面的結合,依據經過AATCC 135測試洗程100次的水洗而不剝落,以往技術水洗20次就會散失撥水效果。
(3).本發明撥水加工液在織物表面加工,藉由形成薄化膜,賦予織物優異的撥水防水機能性。
(4).本發明撥水加工液在織物上形成薄化膜具有撥水與防水,與以往PU膠防水有很大差異,PU膠會提升防水但會導致悶熱不透氣,本發明的加工方法 不會影響到透氣性形成輕薄高透氣產品。
(5).本發明加工方法除了表面具有撥水層外,其撥水加工液的樹脂會填補纖維中的縫隙,提升抗虹吸效果,而達到防雨淋的效果並賦予防水性。

本發明係為一種具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法,主要步驟係取染色織物F1,F2,F3,調配撥水加工液L經過撥水加工A時採取後處理加工 方式即完成薄化撥水防水織物,其特徵在於撥水加工A採用後處理加工方式包括有處理輪方式A1、刮刀方式A2、噴塗方式A3,後處理至織物表面上形成薄化膜f1,f2,f3經過烘乾D即完成成品P如圖2,9所示。
如圖3~5所示處理輪方式:採用處理輪裝置1,其包括有處理轉印輪R1、壓力輪R2、刮刀N1、配料盤W,處理轉印輪R1與壓力輪R2之間通過織物F1,處理後處理輪R1下方裝設配料盤W其盛著撥水劑L,處理轉印輪R1帶上撥水劑L1由刮刀N1刮下作撥水加工,利用不同表面凹痕的處理輪將配方後處理到布上,包括(A).處理轉印輪R1的圓側端面R11的深凹弧面R11'範圍較廣的大面積後處理如圖3所示。(B).處理轉印輪R1的圓側端面R12的淺凹弧面R12'範圍較密的大面積後處理如圖4所示。如圖3~5所示a.先將原料照配方調配。b.藉由兩種處理後處理輪的圓側端面R11,R12後處理處理。c.處理後處理輪上裝備一刮刀N1將多餘原料刮下重複再利用。d.利用壓力輪R2將處理轉印輪R1上刻痕內的配方後處理至織物F1上並進行熱烘定,又如圖8所示處理轉印輪R1與壓力輪R2之間染色織物F1的表面停留撥水加工液L1,會形成染色織物F1的表面形成薄化膜f1的撥水加工層f1'如圖9所示。
又,如圖6所示其刮刀方式:採用刮刀裝置2,其包括有滾筒R3,R4、刮刀N2,將滾筒R3與滾筒R4左、右裝設水平之間通過織物F2,在滾筒R1,R2的上方裝設刮刀N2將撥水加工液L2帶上織物F2表面進行刮刀加工。如圖7所示其噴塗方式:採用噴塗裝置3,其包括有滾筒R5,R6、噴頭S,將滾筒R5與滾筒R6左、右裝設水平之間通過織物F3,在滾筒R5,R6的上方裝設噴頭S將撥水加工液S1噴塗織物F3表面進行噴塗加工。
如下表1所示,藉由增稠劑的選用加工,調整附著至織物表面的劑量,來控制薄化膜的厚薄,此配方可彈性的調整應用至不同種類的織物組織規格上:
【實施例1】
取耐龍(70×70D)織物以下列撥水劑對織物經由刮刀塗佈以刮刀方式加工,其塗佈量10g/m2以下,以150℃×1分鐘進行烘乾,AATCC135一般水洗100次AATCC22達撥水度100,雨淋測試AATTCC35為0.07g,另以Bundesmann test ISO 9865作為測試撥水度100、透水率為0ml及含水率為3%如表2所示。
以處理輪方式塗佈的撥水加工液如下:
【實施例2】
取耐龍(40×40D)織物以下列撥水劑對織物經由刮刀塗佈裝置以刮刀方式加工,其塗佈量10g/m2以下,以150℃×1分鐘進行烘乾,AATCC135一般水洗100次AATCC22達撥水度100,雨淋測試AATTCC35為0.03g,另以Bundesmann test ISO 9865作為測試撥水度為100、透水率為0ml及含水率為5%如表2所示。
以處理輪方式塗佈的撥水加工液如下:
【比較例1】
取耐龍(70×70D)織物以下列撥水劑對織物經由壓吸裝置的壓吸方式加工,其塗佈量10g/m2以下,以150℃×1分鐘進行烘乾,AATCC135一般水洗100次AATCC22達撥水度60,雨淋測試AATTCC35為6.5g,另以Bundesmann test ISO 9865作為測試撥水度為70、透水率為19.6ml及含水率為26%如表2所示。
以壓吸方式塗佈的撥水加工液如下:
【比較例2】
取耐龍(70×70D)織物以下列撥水劑對織物經由壓吸裝置的壓吸方式加工,其塗佈量10g/m2以下,以150℃×1分鐘進行烘乾,AATCC135一般水洗100次AATCC22達撥水度70,雨淋測試AATTCC35為9.4g,另以Bundesmann Test ISO 9865作為測試撥水度為70、透水率為15ml及含水率為30%如表2所示。
以壓吸方式塗佈的撥水加工液如下:
註:1. N.=耐龍。 2.邦迪斯门淋雨測試ISO 9865(Bundesmann Test ISO 9865),撥水性(Water Repellency),透水性(Water Leaking),吸水性(Water Absorbancy),通過雨淋測試AATCC35(Pass rain test AATCC35)。
由上述表2係為實施例1,2與比較例1,2比較加工物性結果表,AATCC135一般水洗以AATCC22測得能達到水洗100次撥水度維持100的狀況,並且能經過AATCC 35的雨淋測試,實施例1是0.07g實施例2是0.03g,比較例1是6.5g比較例2是9.4g。
模擬雨淋下的狀況並且藉由Bundesmann Test ISO 9865的更嚴苛雨淋模擬測試,持續雨淋5分鐘能保有布面上的撥水為持在90~100的撥水(Water Repellency)效果。並且,透水率(Water leaking)實施例1,2為0,比較例1透水率為19.6ml比較例2透水率為15ml,因此藉由表2中實施例1,2是沒有水滲過去布面,且含水率(Water Absorbancy)實施例1是3%,實施例2是5%,比較例1是26%比較例2是30%,即本發明實施例的產品優於比較例產品具有優良加工物性。
本發明係為一種具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法,已符合專利要件,今爰依法提出專利申請。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法,主要步驟係取染色織物,經過調配撥水加工液進行撥水加工以主劑含氟壓克力樹脂、水性聚胺脂樹脂、檸檬酸、流平劑、異氰酸架橋劑、增稠劑為主,其撥水加工液採取後處理加工方式完成織物具有薄化、耐雨淋、撥水、防水性,其撥水加工採用後處理加工方式包括有處理輪方式、刮刀方式、噴塗方式,其加工方法進行塗佈量10g/m2以下的塗佈,將撥水加工液印至織物表面經由烘乾100℃~160℃後形成撥水加工液薄化膜其膜厚0.05mm以下。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法,其中,處理輪方式係採用處理輪裝置,其包括有處理轉印輪、壓力輪、刮刀、配料盤,處理轉印輪與壓力輪之間通過織物,處理轉印輪下方裝設配料盤其注入撥水加工液,處理後處理輪帶上撥水加工液由刮刀刮下作撥水加工。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法,其中,利用不同表面凹痕的處理輪將配方後處理到布上,包括處理轉印輪的圓側端面的深凹弧面範圍較廣的大面積後處理,處理轉印輪的圓側端面的淺凹弧面範圍較密的大面積後處理。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法,其中,採用刮刀裝置係包括有兩個平行相對滾筒、刮刀,將滾筒與滾筒左、右裝設水平之間通過織物,在滾筒的上方裝設刮刀將撥水加工液帶上織物表面進行刮刀加工。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法,其 中,採用噴塗裝置係包括有滾筒、噴頭,將滾筒與滾筒左、右裝設水平之間通過織物,在滾筒的上方裝設噴頭將撥水加工液噴塗織物表面進行噴塗加工。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有耐雨淋高透濕撥水防水加工方法,其中,以JIS L1099A1測得透濕度1025 0g/m2/Day,以AATCC135測得一般水洗為100,以AATCC35雨淋測試達到0.03g,以Bundesmann Test ISO9865測得撥水性100、透水率達到0ML及含水率達到3%。
