Abstract
本发明涉及到防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法,通过将150g锦纶布浸渍在质量分数15%的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入步骤所得的4.4g物质A于50~70℃下浸渍30~90min,将锦纶取出,放到质量浓度为10%的70g乙酸水溶液中,升温到50℃,30~45min后取出,然后用体积比为70:30的乙醇与水的混合溶液20ml洗涤3~5次,烘干;将海藻酸钠2.5g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.6g、所得的防尘剂7.5g加入到蒸馏水400g中,40℃混合搅拌6min;将所得锦纶布浸渍40~45min,然后加入交联剂2.2g,75℃下反应0.5~1.5h,80℃烘干5~25min,水洗3~5次,烘干即可防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料。

技术领域
本发明涉及到户外纺织布料的制备方法,尤其是防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法。
背景技术
当下,户外运动早已不是聚焦专业领的小众群体活动,而是发展成为兼具极限运动与大众休闲双重特征的生活态度,参与人群愈发广泛。中国纺织品商业协会户外用品分会《中国户外用品市场2014 年度调查报告》显示,2014 年,中国户外用品市场零售总额达200.8 亿元,同比增长11.28%。国内市场共有户外品牌 945 个,较2013 年的 891 个增长了 6.06%。 另据支付宝发布的“2014 海淘风向标报告”,户外用品购买率位居第二,增长近50%。
从广义上区分,户外面料可以笼统的分为两种,一种是户外运动面料,此类面料主要以制作登山服、滑雪服、冲锋衣为主,风格粗犷,手感硬挺,对产品性能要求非常高,适用于运动功能型和恶劣环境下使用,对人体起到保护的作用。另外一种是户外休闲面料,如皮肤风衣面料、软壳抓绒衣面料,其定义是走出家门外就是户外活动,此类面料以休闲时尚为主,讲究做工精细、手感柔软、穿着舒适。
由于户外和运动这两个特性,对户外运动面料的要求也相对较为严苛。人在户外运动时发热量大、汗液蒸发多,要求服装散热和透气性能良好 ;野外难免遇到风雨雪雾,服装要有一定的防水性能 ;希望尽量减轻负重、服装要尽量轻便 ;野外风大,高山寒冷,防风保暖性能要高 ;户外洗涤条件有限,服装的抗菌防臭和防尘性要求高 ;野外作业攀岩穿林,服装要求有良好的抗拉伸和抗撕破性⋯⋯
户外休闲服装,最常见的就是皮肤风衣。皮肤风衣就是要具备皮肤的一些性能,比如透气、排汗、耐磨、轻盈等。最具代表性的是
美国顶级户外品牌 patagonia 的一款超轻量的HOUDINIFull-Zip 风衣夹克,其所使用的材料有别于普通的面料,极轻的重量,异常舒适的
接触性,良好的透气性,并具备一定的防风性和抗水性,而且非常柔软,犹如人体的一层薄薄的皮肤。目前市场上皮肤风衣种类繁多,由
于工艺的进步,现在能做到超轻超薄的,早已不止 Patagonia 一家了。常见的皮肤风衣的面料主要有锦纶、涤纶和锦涤三种成分,其中锦纶
面料的成本价格最高。锦纶面料的弹性比较好、具耐碱性和耐磨、手感柔滑舒适 ;涤纶面料较锦纶硬挺、耐酸性、耐高温 ;锦涤根据成分比例,特性介于二者之间,锦纶成分比例越高,面料越柔软。综合几种面料的特点,采用锦纶面料制成的皮肤风衣更加柔软轻盈及舒适。
目前锦纶面料容易吸附灰尘、透气性差的缺陷,急需进行改进。

发明内容
本发明目的在于解决户外纺织布料防尘和透气性差的缺陷,通过自制一种二苯基二羟基硅烷、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、丙烯酰胺和催化剂,来合成一种新型的可使锦纶纤维孔径增大的材料啊(物质A),同时在自制的防尘剂的作用下,来提高材料的防尘性和透气性。
防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法,其特征在于
(1)物质A:向三口烧瓶中加入二苯基二羟基硅烷25g、苯基三乙氧基硅烷12g 和丙烯酰胺1.3g,通入干燥氮气 , 除尽烧瓶中的空气 , 然后加入无水甲苯45g , 搅拌 30min ,加入催化剂0.75g, 继续搅拌并逐渐升温至80℃, 加大氮气流量 , 分馏出副产物 , 并补加甲苯11g , 保持反应体系回流直至无副产物产生,所得浑浊反应液经静止分层后除去上层甲苯溶剂 , 下层浅黄色固体沉淀经无水甲醇多次洗涤,加入水35g,65℃下水解2h,加入八甲基环四硅氧烷1.8g、对十二烷基苯磺酰氯3.6g和分散剂1.5g,于60℃下反应1h,所得产品放入真空烘箱中于60 ℃干燥至恒重;
(2)防尘剂: 称取 尿 素6.5g氯 化 胆 碱12g加入到三口烧瓶中,
升温到70℃,搅拌反应2h,在加入2-甲基吲哚1.4g和双乙酰2.g,于90℃下搅拌反应1.5h,在加入物质B0.9g于50℃下搅拌反应1.2g,所得液体放到40℃的真空箱中真空干燥,所得粉末即为该防尘剂;
(3)锦纶改性的制备 :将150g锦纶布浸渍在质量分数15%的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入步骤(1)所得的4.4g物质A于50~70℃下浸渍30~90

催化剂四甲基氢氧化铵、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、对甲苯磺酰胺、二甲基苯胺的任意一种;分散剂为硬 脂 酸 钠 、十 二 烷 基 苯 磺 酸 钠、聚乙二醇 2000、聚乙二醇 6000、油酸钠、月桂酸钠、聚乙烯醇和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵;交联剂为双丙酮丙烯酰胺、异辛酸钠、硼酸锌中的任意一种;物质B为碱式氯化铝(购买于枣庄凯胜化工有限公司)、甲酰胺、乙酰乙酸乙酯、邻氯苯甲酸中的任意一种。
本发明的优势在于:
(1)采用尿 素和氯化胆碱,2-甲基吲哚和双乙酰和物质B自制一种高效防尘剂,提高锦纶材料在户外的防尘性。
(2)通过自制一种二苯基二羟基硅烷、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、丙烯酰胺和催化剂,来合成一种新型的可使锦纶纤维孔径增大的材料啊(物质A);
(3)碱式氯化铝(购买于枣庄凯胜化工有限公司),锦纶购买于
海宁市凯宇化纤有限公司。
具体实施方式
实例1
防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法,其特征在于
(1)物质A:向三口烧瓶中加入二苯基二羟基硅烷25g、苯基三乙氧基硅烷12g 和丙烯酰胺1.3g,通入干燥氮气 , 除尽烧瓶中的空气 , 然后加入无水甲苯45g , 搅拌 30min ,加入四甲基氢氧化铵0.75g, 继续搅拌并逐渐升温至80℃, 加大氮气流量 , 分馏出副产物 , 并补加甲苯11g , 保持反应体系回流直至无副产物产生,所得浑浊反应液经静止分层后除去上层甲苯溶剂 , 下层浅黄色固体沉淀经无水甲醇多次洗涤,加入水35g,65℃下水解2h,加入八甲基环四硅氧烷1.8g、对十二烷基苯磺酰氯3.6g和硬脂酸钠分散剂1.5g,于60℃下反应1h,所得产品放入真空烘箱中于60 ℃干燥至恒重;
(2)防尘剂: 称取 尿 素6.5g氯化胆碱12g加入到三口烧瓶中,
升温到70℃,搅拌反应2h,在加入2-甲基吲哚1.4g和双乙酰2.g,于90℃下搅拌反应1.5h,在加入碱式氯化铝0.9g于50℃下搅拌反应1.2g,所得液体放到40℃的真空箱中真空干燥,所得粉末即为该防尘剂;
(3)锦纶改性的制备 :将150g锦纶布浸渍在质量分数15%的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入步骤(1)所得的4.4g物质A于50℃下浸渍30
min,将锦纶取出,放到质量浓度为10%的70g乙酸水溶液 中,升温到50℃,30min 后取出,然后用体积比为 70:30 的乙醇与水的混合溶液20ml洗涤3次,烘干 ;

(1)物质A:向三口烧瓶中加入二苯基二羟基硅烷25g、苯基三乙氧基硅烷12g 和丙烯酰胺1.3g,通入干燥氮气 , 除尽烧瓶中的空气 , 然后加入无水甲苯45g , 搅拌 30min ,加入2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸催化剂0.75g, 继续搅拌并逐渐升温至80℃, 加大氮气流量 , 分馏出副产物 , 并补加甲苯11g , 保持反应体系回流直至无副产物产生,所得浑浊反应液经静止分层后除去上层甲苯溶剂 , 下层浅黄色固体沉淀经无水甲醇多次洗涤,加入水35g,65℃下水解2h,加入八甲基环四硅氧烷1.8g、对十二烷基苯磺酰氯3.6g和十二烷基苯磺酸 钠1.5g,于60℃下反应1h,所得产品放入真空烘箱中于60 ℃干燥至恒重;
(2)防尘剂: 称取尿素6.5g、氯化胆碱12g加入到三口烧瓶中,

(1)物质A:向三口烧瓶中加入二苯基二羟基硅烷25g、苯基三乙氧基硅烷12g 和丙烯酰胺1.3g,通入干燥氮气 , 除尽烧瓶中的空气 , 然后加入无水甲苯45g , 搅拌 30min ,加入对甲苯磺酰胺催化剂0.75g, 继续搅拌并逐渐升温至80℃, 加大氮气流量 , 分馏出副产物 , 并补加甲苯11g , 保持反应体系回流直至无副产物产生,所得浑浊反应液经静止分层后除去上层甲苯溶剂 , 下层浅黄色固体沉淀经无水甲醇多次洗涤,加入水35g,65℃下水解2h,加入八甲基环四硅氧烷1.8g、对十二烷基苯磺酰氯3.6g和、聚乙二醇 2000的1.5g,于60℃下反应1h,所得产品放入真空烘箱中于60 ℃干燥至恒重;
(2)防尘剂: 称取 尿 素6.5g、氯化胆碱12g加入到三口烧瓶中,
升温到70℃,搅拌反应2h,在加入2-甲基吲哚1.4g和双乙酰2.g,于90℃下搅拌反应1.5h,在加入乙酰乙酸乙酯0.9g于50℃下搅拌反应1.2g,所得液体放到40℃的真空箱中真空干燥,所得粉末即为该防尘剂;
(3)锦纶改性的制备 :将150g锦纶布浸渍在质量分数15%的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入步骤(1)所得的4.4g物质A于60℃下浸渍60
min,将锦纶取出,放到质量浓度为10%的70g乙酸水溶液 中,升温到50℃,38min 后取出,然后用体积比为 70:30 的乙醇与水的混合溶液20ml洗涤4次,烘干 ;
(4) 锦纶布防尘处理 :将海藻酸钠2.5g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.6g、步骤(2)所得的防尘剂7.5g加入到蒸馏水400g中,40℃混合搅拌6min;将步骤(3)所得锦纶布浸渍 40min,然后加入硼酸锌2.2g,75℃下反应1h,80℃烘干15min ,水洗4次,烘干即可防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料。

防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法,其特征在于
(1)物质A:向三口烧瓶中加入二苯基二羟基硅烷25g、苯基三乙氧基硅烷12g 和丙烯酰胺1.3g,通入干燥氮气 , 除尽烧瓶中的空气 , 然后加入无水甲苯45g , 搅拌 30min ,加入二甲基苯胺0.75g, 继续搅拌并逐渐升温至80℃, 加大氮气流量 , 分馏出副产物 ,并补加甲苯11g , 保持反应体系回流直至无副产物产生,所得浑浊反应液经静止分层后除去上层甲苯溶剂 , 下层浅黄色固体沉淀经无水甲醇多次洗涤,加入水35g,65℃下水解2h,加入八甲基环四硅氧烷1.8g、对十二烷基苯磺酰氯3.6g和聚乙二醇 6000的1.5g,于60℃下反应1h,所得产品放入真空烘箱中于60 ℃干燥至恒重;
(2)防尘剂: 称取尿素6.5g氯化胆碱12g加入到三口烧瓶中,
升温到70℃,搅拌反应2h,在加入2-甲基吲哚1.4g和双乙酰2.g,于90℃下搅拌反应1.5h,在加入邻氯苯甲酸0.9g于50℃下搅拌反应1.2g,所得液体放到40℃的真空箱中真空干燥,所得粉末即为该防尘剂;
(3)锦纶改性的制备 :将150g锦纶布浸渍在质量分数15%的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入步骤(1)所得的4.4g物质A于70℃下浸渍90
min,将锦纶取出,放到质量浓度为10%的70g乙酸水溶液 中,升温到50℃,45min 后取出,然后用体积比为 70:30 的乙醇与水的混合溶液20ml洗涤5次,烘干 ;
(4) 锦纶布防尘处理 :将海藻酸钠2.5g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.6g、步骤(2)所得的防尘剂7.5g加入到蒸馏水400g中,40℃混合搅拌6min;将步骤(3)所得锦纶布浸渍 45min,然后加入异辛酸钠2.2g,75℃下反应1.5h,80℃烘干25min ,水洗5 次,烘干即可防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料。

升温到70℃,搅拌反应2h,在加入2-甲基吲哚1.4g和双乙酰2.g,于90℃下搅拌反应1.5h,在加入甲酰胺0.9g于50℃下搅拌反应1.2g,所得液体放到40℃的真空箱中真空干燥,所得粉末即为该防尘剂;

min,将锦纶取出,放到质量浓度为10%的70g乙酸水溶液 中,升温50℃,35min 后取出,然后用体积比为 70:30 的乙醇与水的混合溶液20ml洗涤3次,烘干 ;
(4) 锦纶布防尘处理 :将海藻酸钠2.5g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.6g、步骤(2)所得的防尘剂7.5g加入到蒸馏水400g中,40℃混合搅拌6min;将步骤(3)所得锦纶布浸渍 40min,然后加入硼酸锌2.2g,75℃下反应0.5h,80℃烘干 5min ,水洗 3 次,烘干即可防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料。
纺织品的防尘性测试:采用GB17956-2000防尘服的测试标准进行测试;其中防尘性的单位为mg/10cm×15cm的标准。
透气率采用YG(B)461D型数字式织物透气量仪测试,试样面积20cm2,压差为100Pa,根据GB/T 5453—1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》,单位mm2/g

Claims (5)
1.防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法,其特征在于
(1)物质A:向三口烧瓶中加入二苯基二羟基硅烷25g、苯基三乙氧基硅烷12g 和丙烯酰胺1.3g,通入干燥氮气 , 除尽烧瓶中的空气 , 然后加入无水甲苯45g , 搅拌 30min ,加入催化剂0.75g,继续搅拌并逐渐升温至80℃, 加大氮气流量 , 分馏出副产物 , 并补加甲苯11g , 保持反应体系回流直至无副产物产生,所得浑浊反应液经静止分层后除去上层甲苯溶剂 , 下层浅黄色固体沉淀经无水甲醇多次洗涤,加入水35g,65℃下水解2h,加入八甲基环四硅氧烷1.8g、对十二烷基苯磺酰氯3.6g和分散剂1.5g,于60℃下反应1h,所得产品放入真空烘箱中于60 ℃干燥至恒重;
(2)防尘剂:称取尿素6.5g氯化胆碱12g加入到三口烧瓶中,
升温到70℃,搅拌反应2h,在加入2-甲基吲哚1.4g和双乙酰2.g,于90℃下搅拌反应1.5h,在加入物质B0.9g于50℃下搅拌反应1.2g,所得液体放到40℃的真空箱中真空干燥,所得粉末即为该防尘剂;
(3)锦纶改性的制备 :将150g锦纶布浸渍在质量分数15%的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入步骤(1)所得的4.4g物质A于50~70℃下浸渍30~90
min,将锦纶取出,放到质量浓度为10%的70g乙酸水溶液 中,升温到50℃,30~45min 后取出,然后用体积比为 70:30 的乙醇与水的混合溶液20ml洗涤3~5次,烘干 ;
(4) 锦纶布防尘处理 :将海藻酸钠2.5g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.6g、步骤(2)所得的防尘剂7.5g加入到蒸馏水400g中,40℃混合搅拌6min;将步骤(3)所得锦纶布浸渍 40~45min,然后加入交联剂2.2g,75℃下反应0.5~1.5h,80℃烘干 5~25min ,水洗 3~5 次,烘干即可防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料。
2.如权利要求1所述的防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法,催化剂四甲基氢氧化铵、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、对甲苯磺酰胺、二甲基苯胺的任意一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法,分散剂为硬脂酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙二醇 2000、聚乙二醇 6000、油酸钠、月桂酸钠、聚乙烯醇和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的任意。
4.如权利要求1所述的防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法,交联剂为双丙酮丙烯酰胺、异辛酸钠、硼酸锌中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的防尘、透气性良好的户外纺织布料的制备方法,物质B为碱式氯化铝(购买于枣庄凯胜化工有限公司)、甲酰胺、乙酰乙酸乙酯、邻氯苯甲酸中的任意一种。
