本发明提供一种PP保护膜及其制备方法,涉及高分子材料技术领域。本发明PP保护膜包含基层、中间层和表层,表层即为粘着层,基层的构成为:聚丙烯、聚乙烯、纳米碳酸钙、纳米碳化硅;中间层的构成为:聚丙烯、耐高温聚乙烯;粘着层材料为胶水,胶水构成为:丙烯酸胶水、乳化剂、固化剂,本发明的PP保护膜不仅具有耐高温的功能,而且具有较高的硬度,硬度为2‑3H,具有防刮花的功能,可以使保护膜重复使用,提高利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种PP保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
保护膜是一种用于保护商品表面的表面保护、包装材料,将其贴在各类金属、铝塑板、塑料板材、涂层钢材、不锈钢板、铝型材、石材、玻璃、仪器仪表、家具等商品的表面,使其在制造、运输、二次加工、贮存和使用过程中保护表面,避免商品受到污染、划伤并减缓商品表面的氧化。保护膜的应用,不仅可以改善产品的外观质量、方便材料加工,同时也可以提高材料的利用率,降低生产成本。
保护膜通常由基材层和压敏胶层组成,一般以涂布法进行工业化生产,即在已经制得的膜状基材上,涂布乳液态或者溶液态的压敏胶粘剂,然后加热除去溶剂或者分散剂,卷取而得到保护膜。保护膜一般以聚丙烯(PP)薄膜作为基材,如果涂布的压敏胶为溶剂型聚丙烯酸酯类压敏胶,因此在生产过程中有大量的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)排出。这些挥发性有机化合物不但会造成比较严重的环境污染,而且对使用者的身体健康也会造成比较大的危害。为此,降低挥发性有机化合物是我国表面保护产品行业所面临的重大问题。
现有市场上用PP基保护膜,粘着层材料的耐温性较差,50-60℃时其附贴性良好,但是粘着力过高,容易造成排除气泡不良。当PC板在吸塑成型时,粘着力增加过多,成型后保护膜不易从PC板上撕掉,PC板与保护膜发生粘死现象,保护膜也易撕裂;且保护膜材料的耐温性不好,保护膜容易受热变形,在PC板上会残留印痕,影响PC板的使用。另外一种PP上胶型保护膜,虽然其上胶很薄,但是高温下容易出现残胶的问题。另外,PP基上胶膜或PP基保护膜都存在制备工艺复杂,成本高,产品在高温下出现材料分层或残胶等问题,造成PC吸塑成型后产品被污染,不良率高,且不能擦拭,容易报废。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供一种PP保护膜及其制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种PP保护膜,包含基层、中间层和表层,表层即为粘着层,所述基层的构成为:70-90份聚丙烯、20-40份聚乙烯、15-25份纳米碳酸钙、10-20份纳米碳化硅;所述中间层的构成为:40-55份聚丙烯、60-75份耐高温聚乙烯;所述粘着层材料为胶水,胶水构成为:80-95份丙烯酸胶水、8-15份乳化剂、5-12份固化剂。
优选的,所述聚丙烯为共聚聚丙烯。
优选的,所述聚丙烯的密度为1-1.85g/cm3,熔融指数为1-15g/10min。
优选的,所述固化剂为异氰酸酯、乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油中的一种。
优选的,所述乳化剂为烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、乙烯基磺酸钠中的至少一种。
一种PP保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料重量份称取各个原料;
S2、分别将基层、中间层和表层的原材料加入搅拌机中进行混料,确保混料均匀;
S3、将步骤S2各层搅拌后的原料直接用吸料机分别吸入螺杆料筒,采用进口的三层流延挤出机,T型模头一次共挤成型,再经过冷却成型、调整厚度、修边,将保护膜收卷,即可。
优选的,步骤S3所述调整厚度为50-100μm。
本发明提供一种PP保护膜及其制备方法,与现有技术相比优点在于:
本发明的PP保护膜不仅具有耐高温的功能,而且具有较高的硬度,硬度为2-3H,具有防刮花的功能,可以使保护膜重复使用,提高利用率;本发明的PP保护膜包含基层、中间层和黏着层,基层中在聚乙烯和聚丙烯基体中添加纳米纳米碳酸钙、纳米碳化硅可以改善保护膜的加工性能,提高保护膜的力学性能以及改善保护膜的均匀性;黏着层的胶水由丙烯酸胶水、乳化剂、固化剂制成,在生产过程中不会有挥发性有机化合物排出,避免环境污染和危害使用者的身体健康,有利于表面保护产品行业的发展;中间层采用聚丙烯和耐高温聚乙烯,使得保护膜的耐高温性能好,保护膜不会受热变形,基层、中间层和黏着层配合作用,制得的保护膜很少发生粘死现象,保护膜不易撕裂,在高温下不会出现材料分层或残胶;
本发明的PP保护膜的制备中,控制保护膜本体的厚度为50-100μm,使整个保护膜具备轻小便携的效果,减少保护膜对空间的占用,减少保护膜的体积,增加保护膜的实用性。

5.根据权利要求1所述的PP保护膜,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、乙烯基磺酸钠中的至少一种。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述PP保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料重量份称取各个原料;
S2、分别将基层、中间层和表层的原材料加入搅拌机中进行混料,确保混料均匀;
S3、将步骤S2各层搅拌后的原料直接用吸料机分别吸入螺杆料筒,采用进口的三层流延挤出机,T型模头一次共挤成型,再经过冷却成型、调整厚度、修边,将保护膜收卷,即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3所述调整厚度为50-100μm。
