Abstract
本发明涉及塑封护卡膜,具体地说是一种性能更好的高品质的护卡膜及其制备方法。它依次由BOPET聚酯薄膜层、聚乙烯膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层组成,所述的EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层上设有恒久压纹,恒久压纹是菱形格子纹。在护卡膜的层叠时,菱形格子纹让护卡膜与护卡膜之间有气体,使用时,分张容易,不会粘连。实际塑封片材过塑时,护卡膜之间的气体沿格子纹路排到被塑封片材的外面去,气泡就不会塑封在被塑封片材表面或者其边沿。菱该护卡膜的制备方法是在原有的制作工艺上,在辊筒表面设有菱形格子凸起纹,控制好相关的工艺参数,经辊筒冷却拉伸压延复合切边,即工艺简单,可靠,且无环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑封护卡膜,具体地说是一种性能更好的高品质的护卡膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
护卡膜,又称塑封膜,由塑胶薄膜作为基片,在基片背面涂复粘合剂,再经特殊加工处理而成的高级片状包装材料,广泛用于身份证,文史资料,照片,图片,信用卡,许可证,营业执照,珍贵函件,证券,通行证,代表证等各类片状材料的封存和保护,被塑封的片状材料具有防水,防涂改,防潮,防虫蛀,防霉变,耐腐蚀等卓越功能,不仅美观,而且提高了鲜明度。加工出来的护卡膜都是层层叠放包装的,现有的护卡膜表面是光面的,使用时,护卡膜与护卡膜之间粘合很严重,使用不便;在护卡膜的实际使用过程中,需要用热熔过胶机将护卡膜压合到被塑材片上,现有的光面护卡膜在热熔过塑过程中,产生的气泡不容易排出,气泡会堆积塑封在被塑封片材表面或者其边沿,影响过塑封片材的美观及塑封效果。
发明内容
针对上述护卡膜过塑效果差,有气泡的问题,本发明提供一种表面有压纹的高品质的护卡膜及其制备方法
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种高品质的护卡膜,依次由BOPET聚酯薄膜层、聚乙烯膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层组成,所述的EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层上设有恒久压纹,所述的恒久压纹是菱形格子纹。在护卡膜的层叠时,菱形格子纹让护卡膜与护卡膜之间有气体,使用时,分张容易,不会粘连。实际塑封片材过塑时,护卡膜之间的气体沿格子纹路排到被塑封片材的外面去,气泡就不会塑封在被塑封片材表面或者其边沿。菱形格子纹是发明人经过无数次的实验复出的,其他形式的纹理没有排气泡的效果。
进一步:在上述高品质的护卡膜中,所述聚乙烯膜层是LDP低密度聚乙烯膜层或者LLDPE线性低密度聚乙烯膜层,压纹清晰。
所述的护卡膜上还设有等距纵横标尺线,使用者可以沿这些标尺线裁切出任意尺寸的护卡膜。当然所述纵横标尺线压印在EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层上,标尺线加工方便。
本发明还提供了上述高品质的护卡膜的方法,步骤为;
A:将BOPET聚酯基材经双向拉伸方法制得BOPET聚酯薄膜层;
B:聚乙烯熔体经模具流出到步骤A的BOPET聚酯薄膜层上,经过辊筒冷却拉伸压延复合切边,形成贴合在BOPET聚酯薄膜层上的聚乙烯膜层;
C:EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物熔体经模具流出到步骤B的聚乙烯膜层上,经辊筒冷却拉伸压延复合切边,最终得到成品;
所述的步骤C的辊筒表面设有菱形格子凸起纹。所述的步骤C的辊筒表面还设有等距离的纵横标尺凸线纹。
即不增加原来的加工步骤,就可以将菱形格子压纹压印到聚乙烯膜层上,加工方便。所述的辊筒冷却拉伸压延复合切边的工艺是本领域技术人员常用的工艺方法。辊筒表面设有菱形格子凸起纹是发明人经过无数次的实验复出的,其他形式的凸起纹得出的纹理没有排气泡的效果。
所述的聚乙烯熔体是LDP低密度聚乙烯熔体或者LLDPE线性低密度聚乙烯熔体。所述聚乙烯膜层是LDP低密度聚乙烯膜层或者LLDPE线性低密度聚乙烯膜层,这些聚乙烯材质韧性好,加工容易,压纹清楚,整个护卡膜的手感好。
所述步骤B的聚乙烯熔体的温度范围是315℃-325℃,冷却辊筒表面温度控制在40℃-45℃。所述步骤C中乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物熔体的温度范围是180℃-200℃,辊筒的表面温度控制在30℃-35℃。聚乙烯熔体的温度范围是315℃-325℃;乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物熔体的温度范围是180℃-200℃”,设定这样的温度范围主要优点有两个:一是保证聚合物熔体有较好的流动性,挤出机能够连续高速挤出原料,生产稳定,产量保持在较高水平;二是在此温度范围内熔体经辊压冷却复合后,与基材的粘合性较高。如温度低于上述温度范围低值,则树脂的塑化不好,流动性差,与基材的粘合强度低;如温度高于上述温度范围高值,则树脂塑化过度,易发生分解,产生晶点,黑点等不良品。冷却辊筒表面温度控制在40℃-45℃;辊筒的表面温度控制在30℃-35℃”,设定在这样的温度范围主要原因是:树脂在此温度范围内冷却复合后与基材的粘合强度最佳,且两边的废料能够顺利冷却脱辊,如低于这两个温度低值,则熔融树脂与基材的粘合强度变差,如高于这两个温度范围的高值,则两边的废料不能够顺利脱辊,将严重影响整个加工的顺利进行。
与现有技术相比,本发明的高品质的护卡膜,依次包括BOPET聚酯薄膜层、聚乙烯膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层组成,其特征在于:所述的EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层上设有恒久压纹,所述的恒久压纹是菱形格子纹。在护卡膜的层叠时,菱形格子纹让护卡膜与护卡膜之间有气体,使用时,分张容易,不会粘连。实际塑封片材过塑时,护卡膜之间的气体沿格子纹路排到被塑封片材的外面去,气泡就不会塑封在被塑封片材表面或者其边沿。该护卡膜的制备方法是在原有的制作工艺上,EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物熔体经模具流出到聚乙烯膜层上时,在辊筒表面设有菱形格子凸起纹,控制好相关的工艺参数,经辊筒冷却拉伸压延复合切边,即工艺简单,可靠,且无环境污染。

具体实施方式
实施方式一:如图1所示,一种高品质的护卡膜,依次由BOPET聚酯薄膜层1、聚乙烯膜层2和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层3组成,所述的EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层上设有恒久压纹,所述的恒久压纹是菱形格子纹4。所述聚乙烯膜层是LDP低密度聚乙烯膜层。该护卡膜的制备步骤为;
A:将BOPET聚酯基材经双向拉伸方法制得BOPET聚酯薄膜层;
B:聚乙烯熔体经模具流出到步骤A的BOPET聚酯薄膜层上,经过辊筒冷却拉伸压延复合切边,形成贴合在BOPET聚酯薄膜层上的聚乙烯膜层;
C:EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物熔体经模具流出到步骤B的聚乙烯膜层上,经辊筒冷却拉伸压延复合切边,最终得到成品;
所述的步骤C的辊筒表面设有菱形格子凸起纹。即不增加原来的加工步骤,就可以将菱形格子压纹压印到聚乙烯膜层上,加工方便。
所述的聚乙烯熔体是LDP低密度聚乙烯熔体。所述聚乙烯膜层是LDP低密度聚乙烯膜层,所述步骤B的聚乙烯熔体的温度范围是315℃-325℃,冷却辊筒表面温度控制在40℃-45℃。所述步骤C中乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物熔体的温度范围是180℃-200℃,辊筒的表面温度控制在30℃-35℃。这些聚乙烯材质韧性好,加工容易,压纹清楚,整个护卡膜的手感好。
实施方式二:与实施方式一不同的是,所述的聚乙烯熔体是LLDPE线性低密度聚乙烯熔体,所述聚乙烯膜层是LLDPE线性低密度聚乙烯膜层。
实施方式三:如图2所示,在实施方式一的基础上,所述的护卡膜上还设有等距纵横标尺线5。所述的步骤C的辊筒表面还设有等距离的纵横标尺凸线纹。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施例。在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化,皆属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种高品质的护卡膜,依次由BOPET聚酯薄膜层、聚乙烯膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层组成,其特征在于:所述的EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层上设有恒久压纹,所述的恒久压纹是菱形格子纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高品质的护卡膜,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯膜层是LDP低密度聚乙烯膜层或者LLDPE线性低密度聚乙烯膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高品质的护卡膜,其特征在于:所述的护卡膜上还设有等距离的纵横标尺线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高品质的护卡膜,其特征在于:所述纵横标尺线压印在EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层上。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4中任一项所述高品质的护卡膜的方法,步骤为;
A:将BOPET聚酯基材经双向拉伸方法制得BOPET聚酯薄膜层;
B:聚乙烯熔体经模具流出到步骤A的BOPET聚酯薄膜层上,经过辊筒冷却拉伸压延复合切边,形成贴合在BOPET聚酯薄膜层上的聚乙烯膜层;
C:EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物熔体经模具流出到步骤B的聚乙烯膜层上,经辊筒冷却拉伸压延复合切边,最终得到成品;
所述的步骤C的辊筒表面设有菱形格子凸起纹。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤C的辊筒表面还设有等距离的纵横标尺凸线纹。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤B的聚乙烯熔体是LDP低密度聚乙烯熔体或者LLDPE线性低密度聚乙烯熔体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤B的聚乙烯膜层是LDP低密度聚乙烯膜层或者LLDPE线性低密度聚乙烯膜层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B的聚乙烯熔体的温度范围是315℃-325℃,冷却辊筒表面温度控制在40℃-45℃。
10.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物熔体的温度范围是180℃-200℃,辊筒的表面温度控制在30℃-35℃。
