Abstract
本发明涉及塑封护卡膜,具体地说是一种性能更好的新型护卡膜及其制备方法。它由BOPET聚酯薄膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层组成,它还包括PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层。所述BOPET聚酯薄膜层是双向拉伸方法制得,所述的EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层是经流延方法制得,所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层是将聚对苯二甲酸类树脂经挤出机炮筒熔融塑化,通过狭缝机头模口挤出,使熔料紧贴在冷却辊筒上,经过拉伸、切边、卷取工序制成。护卡膜的制备方法减少生产成本,减小环境污染。所得的护卡膜挺度强、透明度好、易识别且能增强被塑物的美感。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑封护卡膜,具体地说是一种性能更好的新型护卡膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
护卡膜,又称塑封膜,由塑胶薄膜作为基片,在基片背面涂复粘合剂,再经特殊加工处理而成的高级片状包装材料,广泛用于身份证,文史资料,照片,图片,信用卡,许可证,营业执照,珍贵函件,证券,通行证,代表证等各类片状材料的封存和保护,被塑封的片状材料具有防水,防涂改,防潮,防虫蛀,防霉变,耐腐蚀等卓越功能,不仅美观,而且提高了鲜明度。但现有护卡膜一般采用BOPET(基材)+PE+EVA三层结构,这样结构的护卡膜加工工艺复杂,需要消耗大量的能源。PE在熔融时易产生烟气;要让BOPET与PE完美结合,需在两者之间喷涂AC剂、臭氧等,易产生VOC\VOD等易挥发气体。
发明内容
针对上述护卡膜工序复杂,加工过程污染环境的问题,本发明提供一种工序简化,加工过程环保的新型护卡膜及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种新型护卡膜,由BOPET聚酯薄膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层组成,它还包括PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层。由于流延PET与BOPET原材料分子结构基本相同,相互之间易结合;而流延PET在软化状态与EVA的结合度极高。所以减少了护卡膜生产工程中涂胶,喷涂AC剂、臭氧等,以及VOC\VOD等易挥发气体的产生。
进一步:在上述新型护卡膜中,所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层设置在BOPET聚酯薄膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层之间。流延PET与BOPET原材料分子结构基本相同,相互之间易结合;而流延PET在软化状态与EVA的结合度极高,减少生产成本,减小环境污染。
或者各膜层之间的顺序依次为EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层、BOPET聚酯薄膜层和PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层。所述的PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层上设有恒久压纹。或者所述的PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层上设有图案;或者所述的PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层上设有可识别该护卡膜厚度、型号和大小的标识。流延PET在软化状态下只需用简单的压模就可以实现各种图案压纹。当这种护卡膜实际使用后,图案压纹仍能保存。比如用它来封装相片,虽然经过热熔后,压纹仍然完整无损,通过这种方式,即可以增强塑封物的美感,又能随时识别护卡膜的型号、规格和大小等。
本发明还提供了上述新型护卡膜的制备方法,所述BOPET聚酯薄膜层是双向拉伸方法制得,所述的EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层是经流延方法制得。所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层是将聚对苯二甲酸类树脂经挤出机炮筒熔融塑化,通过狭缝机头模口挤出,使熔料紧贴在冷却辊筒上,经过拉伸、切边、卷取工序制成。所述的聚对苯二甲酸类树脂经挤出机熔融温度是160~190度;所述聚对苯二甲酸类树脂在挤出机炮筒内呈熔融状态时需要抽真空,其真空度小于等于300pa。
所述的流延机的冷却辊筒的温度是8~12度。高温流延PET经过流延机的冷却辊骤冷至100~120度,经过这样的温度,PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层硬度好、结合力强和透明度好。
与现有技术相比,本发明的新型护卡膜,由BOPET聚酯薄膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层组成,它还包括PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层。由于流延PET与BOPET原材料分子结构基本相同,相互之间易结合;而流延PET在100度左右的软化状态与EVA的结合度极高。所以减少了护卡膜生产工程中涂胶,喷涂AC剂、臭氧、VOC\VOD等易挥发气体的产生。另外当PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层在护卡膜的最外层时,在PET膜层上设有恒久压纹。所述的恒久压纹是图案或者所述的恒久压纹是可识别该护卡膜厚度、型号和大小的标识。流延PET在软化状态下只需用简单的压模就可以实现各种图案压纹。因为是PET膜,该膜上的恒久压纹、标识和各种图案都不会随产品使用后(比如过塑后)消失,它永远都印在该膜层上了。所以本发明的有益技术效果是护卡膜的制备方法减少生产成本,减小环境污染。所得的护卡膜挺度强、透明度好、易识别且能增强被塑物的美感。

具体实施方式
实施方式一:如图1所示,一种新型护卡膜,由BOPET聚酯薄膜层1和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层2组成,它还包括PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层3。所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层3设置在BOPET聚酯薄膜层1和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层2之间。该新型护卡膜的制备方法,所述BOPET聚酯薄膜层1是双向拉伸方法制得,所述的EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层2是经流延方法制得,所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层3是将聚对苯二甲酸类树脂经挤出机炮筒熔融塑化,通过狭缝机头模口挤出,使熔料紧贴在冷却辊筒上,经过拉伸、切边、卷取工序制成。所述的聚对苯二甲酸类树脂经挤出机熔融温度是160~190度;所述聚对苯二甲酸类树脂在挤出机炮筒内呈熔融状态时需要抽真空,其真空度小于等于300pa。由于流延PET与BOPET原材料分子结构基本相同,相互之间易结合;而流延PET在100度左右的软化状态与EVA的结合度极高,所以减少了护卡膜生产工程中涂胶,喷涂AC剂、臭氧、VOC\VOD等易挥发气体的产生。所得的护卡膜挺度强、透明度好、易识别且能增强被塑物的美感。
实施方式二:如图2所示:与实施方式一不同的是所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层3设置在护卡膜最外层,BOPET聚酯薄膜层1是第一层,EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层2是第二层,当然这两层也可以调换。
实施方式三:如图3所示:在实施方式二的基础上,所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层3还设置有恒久压纹4。
实施方式四:如图4所示:在实施方式二的基础上,所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层3还设置有标识5。当然标识5也可以是图案。所得的护卡膜挺度强、透明度好、易识别且能增强被塑物的美感。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施例。在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化,皆属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种新型护卡膜,由BOPET聚酯薄膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层组成,其特征在于:它还包括PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型护卡膜,其特征在于:所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层设置在BOPET聚酯薄膜层和EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型护卡膜,其特征在于:所述的PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层设置在护卡膜的最外层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型护卡膜,其特征在于:所述的PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层上设有恒久压纹。
5.根据权利要求3所述的新型护卡膜,其特征在于:所述的PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层上设有图案。
6.根据权利要求3所述的新型护卡膜,其特征在于:所述的PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层上设有可识别该护卡膜厚度、型号和大小的标识。
7.一种制备权利要求1-6中任一项所述新型护卡膜的方法,所述BOPET聚酯薄膜层是双向拉伸方法制得,所述的EVA醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜层是经流延方法制得,其特征在于:所述PET聚对苯二甲酸类塑料膜层是将聚对苯二甲酸类树脂经挤出机炮筒熔融塑化,通过狭缝机头模口挤出,使PET熔料紧贴在冷却辊筒上,经过拉伸、切边、卷取工序制成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的新型护卡膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的聚对苯二甲酸类树脂经挤出机熔融温度是160~190度;所述的冷却辊筒的温度是8~12度。
9.根据权利要求7所述的新型护卡膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述PET熔料紧贴在冷却辊筒上温度骤冷至100~120度。
10.根据权利要求7所述的新型护卡膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚对苯二甲酸类树脂在挤出机炮筒内呈熔融状态时需要抽真空,其真空度小于等于300pa。
